🏫 School 🏫

"Hello, Ebony!" Beli, your friend, beamed at you as you walked up beside her. You smiled back at her but did not say anything. You didn't like to talk when there was no need for it. "So, any news today?" Hadil said as she gave you a small smile. "Nah, not much going on nowadays," donut said and shrugged. Soon you all walked inside the classroom as the class had started. Elias smiled at you as soon as you made eye contact. You gave him a shy smile back. Then the class started. It was boring, to say that, at least. But as soon as it started, it ended. You do your friends walked out of the classroom; they're talking while you were padding behind. "hey Ebony, wanna hang with us?" Elias's voice called to you, and you turned around. 

You glanced back at your friend, who hadn't heard him even, and walked to their table. You sighed. You dint like hanging out with the popular kids, but if they wanted it, then it's OK. "sure, if you want," you said softly. Elias smiled at you and beckoned you to follow him, which you did. Soon you reached his table, and a few of his friends sat there. They were all talking but stopped as soon as Elias arrived at them. "ah hey El" Os, one of his closet friends, greeted the brown-haired boy with a pat on the shoulder. Suddenly he looked at you, and you wished that you could sink into the ground as all the guys followed his gaze. "ah, hey Ebony. did Elias bring you over?" Kevin, another one of Elias's friends, asked gently. He was the kindest out of them, you thought. 

All you did was nod and sit down.
