Bell slowly opened his eyes to an unfamiliar ceiling. Looking around the room in confusion, he saw Rose sleeping next to him with her head resting on her arms as she leaned on his bed while sitting on her chair.

Off near the door, he saw Ryuu who was also asleep while sitting in a chair and had a open book in her lap.

Slowly trying to sit up, he stopped as he heard movement and saw that Ryuus eyes opened and looked at Bell.

"Mr Cranel" she said sounding relived that he finally woke up, standing up she was about to walk towards him when the other occupant in the room woke up.

Rose heard Bell wake up and before she even realized what she did, she wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tightly as tears welled up in her eyes.

"Um... sorry for worrying you Rose" he said apologetically.

"Mmm".

"I'm back... and I'll try not to do that again".

"Mmm!".

Bell gently put his arms around her to hug her back, which made her very happy as her tail started to wag.

Ryuu watched all of this and unknowingly had a tiny frown on her face and a tiny bit of jealousy was welling up in her, but she didn't notice that as she was mainly embarrassed from seeing open physical affection.

Coughing lightly into her hand, Ryuu spoke "Mr Cranel are you feeling alright? She asked him.

"Um... still a little sore.. but overall I'm feeling ok" he said as he continued to rub Rose's back in a comforting way. "Where am I?".

"Your here at the Hostess, your in one of our spare rooms where Airmid healed most of your wounds since we couldn't rush you back to her Familia to get you healed" said Ryuu "you've been here for 2 days".

"Oh... sorry about that... I was just trying to pay you guys back for what my goddess did..." he said sadly.

Ryuus eyes softened from hearing that, she then walked forward and gently placed a hand on his shoulder and didn't seem to mind the fact she was touching him. It didn't bother her in the slightest "Mr Cranel you don't need to apologize and what you did was very reckless, so please don't do anything like that again ok".

Bell nodded his head while also wondering why she didn't seem to mind touching him. Elves only ever touch those they trust and care for, see as friends or love.

"Good, now I'll be back in a moment, I need to go inform Mama Mia about you waking up" said Ryuu as she left the room, leaving Bell and Rose alone.

"Um Rose?..." he said gently as he looked down at the werewolf who had yet to even loosen her grip of him.

She slowly looked up at Bells ruby red eyes and her mouth thinned into a line since she was both happy he was back and angry at what he did... she thought she lost him...

"Look I'm really so-mmm!?" He was cut off when she smashed her lips against his, trying so desperately to express all her emotions into a single kiss.

Bells eyes went wide since she was kissing him and that she was his very first kiss as well, he was completely shocked for a couple seconds before he pressed his lips against hers.

He was in love with Ais but... at the same time, images of others popped into his head, with Rose being the most prominent.

Rose felt him push into the kiss and it made her even happier, her tail was wagging so fast it was actually starting to hurt given she isn't used to it wagging this fast.

The kiss lasted a couple more seconds before it stopped and Rose pulled back and had to stop herself from snorting, given she kissed the life out of Bell. It was very easy for her to tell he has little to no experience, not that it bothered her.

"U-um R-ro-" "Bell I love you" she said cutting him off "I know it's fast and sudden but... given the life you live and my own instincts... I don't want to take a chance and loose you without telling you how I feel.... you don't have to give me your heart now or anytime soon b-".

She was cut off when he pressed his forehead against hers and smiled softly "Rose... I won't lie when I saw that I've thought about you and that it makes my heart flutter at times... but before I tell you how I feel about you, I think I should let you know that... I love someone else" he said.

Rose tilted her head slightly, wondering who it was, was it Eina? Or Zidril or Hephaestus or maybe that elf waitress who helped her take care of Bell by bringing them food and clean clothes.

"I... I have a crush on the sword princess and one of my goals is to get strong enough to stand by her side and tell her how I feel" said Bell.

"Oh I have no problem with that" she said bluntly and making him have a spit take.

"Huh!?".

"As long as you love me, give me attention and make me feel special, I don't mind you having multiple lovers, it doesn't bother me" she said with a smile.

Bells jaw dropped.

"Bell... marry her... MARRY HER RIGHT NOW, DO YOU HEAR ME!!!!!" Yelled the voice of his grandfather.

Bell immediately shut his grandfather up and looked Rose right in her amber yellow eyes "y-your ok with me having multiple lovers?".

"I don't see anything wrong with it, besides from what I've been seeing lately, you'll most likely have lots of girls after you" said Rose.

He couldn't fully wrap his head around that, but he took a deep breath to calm himself down, before looking back at her.

"Rose?" He said looking at her and feeling his cheeks heat up a bit and his heart race, even he couldn't deny he had a crush on the werewolf, even if they were moving a bit fast.

"Yes?".

"W-will... Lizz esaeu xa zes zoqa? (Will you be my mate?)" He asked as he slipped into her native tongue to show how serious he was.

Her ears perked up even more and her tail somehow seemed to wag even faster, she then lunged forward and kissed him passionately, pouring all her love into it.

"Yes Bell.. and I promise to make that crush you have of me turn into real love" she said before kissing him again, but they were interrupted when the door was knocked on.

Rose stopped her kissing of him and stepped back and regained her professional face, before she told the person to come in.

The door opened and in walked Mama Mia while she dragged two large heavy chests behind her, with Ryuu following and carrying one of her own and lastly Syr who saw Bell and smiled happily as she ran up to him.

"Bell how are you? Are you ok?" She asked with clear concern in her voice.

"I'm ok... sore all over, but ok" he said with a small smile before he looked at Mama Mia "umm... I'm s-".

She cut him off by dropping the chests, making the floor groan from the weight, she then walked up to him and punched the top of his head making him hiss in pain.

"That's for worrying my girls, especially Ryuu and Syr, they've been worried sick about you and this werewolf here has been so worried about you, she told her boss to go fuck himself and stayed here to be with you" said Mia who then punched him again on top of the head "and that was almost getting yourself killed".

"S-sorry..." he said before Looking at the three other girls in the room "and I'm sorry for worrying all of you as well".

"It's ok Bell, just don't do anything like that again please" said Syr.

"I agree Mr Cranel, what you did was very reckless and you almost got yourself killed" said Ryuu.

Mia turned to the elf and Syr and a small idea popped into her head, it was obvious for her that Ryuu was starting to care for Bell, even if she would only admit it as a friendship.

"Then train him" said Mia.

"Mama?" Said Ryuu looking up at her.

"Train him so he won't do anything like that again.. speaking of which, what the hell did you do kid?" She said sounding genuinely curious. The stones he brought were all from the highest upper floors, before going into the middle floors, but they even had a lot of magic stones from the upper middle floors as well.

"Um... I... I spent 4 days and nights in the dungeon obviously... I did nothing but hunt and kill monsters non stop... I kept crawling through the floors until on the fourth day I made it to the 13th floor... I didn't go that far into their given how exhausted I was. 4 days of non stop fighting, collecting drops and stones, living off scraps from dead adventurers or what they dropped to escape. I honestly wanted to stay longer to make sure I made enough valis, but my body was at its limit from no rest and barely any food or water, so I came back to the surface... and here we are" he said.

If Mia and Ryuu weren't impressed before, they definitely were now, it's supposed to be impossible for a level one to do any of that... yet here was one who did it.

"I will begin training you immediately Mr Cranel" said Ryuu "once your wounds are healed then I shall begin your training in ernest so that you will be ready for the dungeon again. If Airmid permits it then I can begin your training tomorrow".

After she said that, a tiny smile appeared on her lips, she really did enjoy spending time with Bell and hoped that her training will help him on his journey and to keep him safe.

"T-thank you..." he said smiling.

"I'll help out too Bell, I'll do whatever I can to help you" said Syr quickly.

"You being yourself and smiling is more than enough Syr" said Bell with a smile as he looked at her.

Syr actually gained a light dusting on her cheeks from that, she wasn't expecting that, but it wasn't unwelcomed.

"I will help you too Bell, me and Eina will give you all the information you need for the dungeon to help you and" she then moved her hand over and gently grabbed his hand "I will always support you and be a shoulder to lean on whenever the burden becomes to much" she said with such warmth and love that it made Bells heart skip a beat.

Syr pouted while her eyes narrowed at seeing that, but she stopped when she realized something with her eyes...... Bells soul seemed to have glowed brighter.

Syr or Freya saw Bells soul shine even more when Rose did that and this left her with a new situation... she saw his soul burn when Rose did it and she also saw his soul burn, but not as much with Ryuu....

As she was thinking about this Bell was about to say something when his stomach growled loudly.

"Hm I guess you need some food, though I can't get ya anything heavy, Airmids orders" said Mia "but anyways these chests are yours".

Bell looked at her confused before Ryuu opened one showing it was filled with valis.

"I only took what I needed to repair the structure and pay for the medical stuff for you, after everything you did and the fact that you willingly put yourself through hell, not even I can take your valis, especially with these two being against it" she said gesturing to Ryuu and Syr.

"Mama" they both said in slight embarrassment at being called out.

"Psh just speaking the truth, now if your feeling good enough, come downstairs so you can eat some food, if not I'll send the elf to feed you" Mia said while laughing and walking away.

Ryuu blushed at hearing that while Rose pouted a bit, she wanted to feed him, hell she's been the one helping taking care of his body, besides the nurse that Airmid sent to do other things.

"Um... I think I can stand up" he said as he slowly moved, but stopped when he finally noticed it.

His right shoulder had a large scar and down his body along with arms had smaller ones along them.

"Me and Airmid tried our best to heal them, but it had been to long since you received them for us to heal them while leaving no scar.

"Don't worry it's ok... I can just look at this as a sign of how far I've come and that I need to get stronger" he said looking at them.

Ryuu and Rose didn't really like that, but at the same time Rose had to admit... they did look good on him.

"I think that's a great way to look at them Bell, it shows that you won't let anything stop you and whenever you start to question yourself, you can always look at these to see how far you've come" said Syr happily as she walked up to him smiling.

"T-thank you Syr.." he said smiling as he finally managed to sit up.

Rose then leaned over and kissed his cheek before she handed him a shirt "here, we don't want to give the girls a show, even though it'd be entertaining to watch" she said with a smirk.

Blushing as his brain kicked in enough to realize that he was shirtless infront of 3 beautiful woman.

Quickly putting his shirt on, he slowly got on his feet, with them being a tiny bit wobbly from not being used for two days, but after a moment he was able to hold his balance and slowly started to follow them downstairs.

Entering the dining area, he saw that the Hostess wasn't even open yet, meaning it was early in the morning.

"Here kid, eat this" Mama Mia said putting down a bowl of thick soup that had a healthy mix of vegetables and meats, but them being small enough to not upset his stomach from the lack of food he's had.

Sitting down he was about to take the spoon, when it was quickly snatched and held by a smiling Rose who filled it and offered it to him.

Bell went red, while Ryuu also gained a blush that went to her ears. Anya and the others giggled at seeing the sight, though some of them were jealous since they didn't have a boyfriend.

Mia rolled her eyes and went back to preparing the food for the day.

Lastly was Syr who even though she was clearly jealous, she saw it again.... Bells soul shined brighter and... so did Rose's and it looked almost as if they were slowly bonding to one another which she's only seen with people who truly love each other.

This of course left her very conflicted since she wanted him all to herself but...

"Syr get back to work and finish cleaning the tables!" Said Mia.

"Yes mama" she said going back to work and debating on what she should do, but then her eyes caught sight of the book she wanted to give him... and he was staying one more night until Airmid gave the all clear for him to leave.

"Come on Bell say ahh" Rose said with a warm smile.

Still heavily embarrassed he opened his mouth and she gently put the spoon in his mouth and waited a moment to make sure he had it, before she pulled it back.

Chewing for a moment, he swallowed and looked at Rose "I-I can feed myself" he said clearly embarrassed.

"Think of this as punishment for making me worry" she said with a fanged smile.

Blushing more he decided to just accept his fate and he fed by his new mate... that thought made his heart flutter for a moment with happiness and love.

Bell was back in the spare bedroom after Rose sadly had to leave to go to work after skipping two days of work and telling Royman to go fuck himself. Also to tell Eina who will be more than happy to hear the good news about him waking up.

He did manage to help in the Hostess for a little while, but it didn't last long since Airmid showed up and had Ryuu drag him to his room so she can check on him.

It took a little bit but she did and informed him that by tomorrow his wounds will be healed enough for him to go on adventures again and staying here for the night was just to make sure he didn't do anything dumb.

But now for him, he was laying in the bed reading a book that Ryuu let him borrow, it was in elvish and he thanked her for it.

It was a tale about a elven hero named Tethir who sacrificed his life to slay two red Dragons to allow his tribe to escape.

*knock knock*

Looking up from the book he saw the door get opened by a smiling Syr "Hello Bell" she said while holding a book.

"Hi Syr, can I help you with something?" He asked curiously.

"No your good, I just wanted to bring you a book I think you'd like" she said with a smile as she held it up for him.

"Modern magic even a goblin can do?" He said reading the title.

"Mhm, an Adventurer left it here and since your staying here, I thought you'd like to read it" she said holding it out for him.

"Sure, I'm always up for reading new books" he said holding it and putting it down, before he saved the page in the book Ryuu was letting him borrow.

"Hey Bell quick question" said Syr.

"Hm?".

"What's your relationship with Rose?" She asked.

"Oh um...... it's both simple and complicated and if I tell you... will you promise not to judge me?" He said.

"Mhm, I promise on the gods" she said.

"Well... Rose is mate.. I told her that I do have feelings for her but... I also love the sword princess" he said.

Syr was quiet for a moment before she responded "so your with Rose..... and like her, but you love the sword princess?" She said slowly.

"Y-yeah... I told Rose that and um... s-she... said... that she doesn't m-mind if I...." his blush deepened more.

"Hmmm?".

"H-have multiple lovers as long as I love her" he squeaked out.

Syr was once again quiet before she started to giggle, it then turned into laughing "oh Bell... I never would've thought I'd ever hear anything like that".

"S-so you won't judge me?..." he said looking at her.

"Nope" she said smiling.

Bell sighed in relief and Syr smiled too before she left saying she had to get back to work, once she closed the door, she walked up to the window and spoke "Hogni".

Instantly a tanned skin, slightly gray green eyes and silver hair that could also look pale purple. He wore a black outfit with a black cloak surrounding his body.

"Yes".

"Tell Allen to go to the guild and gather as much information on Rose Fannett as possible, she's apparently now my beloveds mate" she said.

A frown appeared on Hognis brow "wouldn't it be better to eliminate her then?".

"No... she seems to have made my beloveds soul shine even brighter... not only that but her soul is quite pretty... plus from what Bell told me... I have something to think about" she said.

"Very well, I shall be back as soon as I can lady Freya" he said before disappearing as fast as he appeared.

With Bell he was reading the book that Syr gave him, when his eyes closed and he slumped backwards on the bed.

"Let's begin." A large white apparition that looked and sounded a lot like me appeared in a dark void. "What is magic to me?"

"I don't know. Something great and mysterious. Something I've always yearned for; for all my life".

"What does Magic mean to me?"

"Power. Great power. A grand weapon that will inspire my weak self. A heroic power to clear obstacles in my path."

"What kind of thing is Magic to me?"

"Fire. A strong ferocious flame that will never die. A beacon of hope to send out to both of the woman I love...." he said but then another image appeared in his head as he remembered all the times him and his grandpa talked during storms. "And... lightning or should I say thunder... I see powerful bolts of blue lightning that light up the sky and defeat my opponents".

The vestage seemed to have smiled even more from hearing both answers "What do you seek with magic?".

"To become strong like her. To reach out for her heart with the speed of the divine. Faster than anyone else. To catch her and share my world with her and to protect the woman I already care for... I want to get strong enough to protect the ones I love and one day my family".

"Is that all?".

"If I can. If I can. I wish to be a hero. For the one, I have been chasing with my foolish heart. I want to be heroic enough for her to notice me and to keep Rose safe and gods forbid if i somehow get othet lovers".

"Your such a child".

"Ugh... what happened..." he said as he felt slightly different and stood up, he felt more powerful than before.

Looking down at the book, he picked it up to read it, but the pages were all blank, he kept going through it but eventually his brain remembered something his grandpa said once.

This was a grimoire and they are stupidly expensive...

"I need to smoke..." he said as his stress level reached new heights.

He explained the situation to Mia and Syr and thankfully Mia didn't charge him for it, just said whoever left it here was an idiot. Bell then told he was gonna head home to check on his goddess since he's been away from her for about a week.

A bit reluctant, they let him leave, but he made sure to tell all them thank you and he hoped to see then all again.

Syr looked the happiest, with Ryuu smiling and having a very tiny red dusting on her cheeks. Anya giggled and said she hoped to see the rabbit again.

Walking down the street with a small cart he was pulling that had his chests in them, he was heading home and was completely unaware of the tail he had from the Freya Familia to ensure no one tried to steal his valis.

Finally arriving at the rundown church, he sighed sadly already missing the Hostess and the soft bed that felt like heaven on his back. But he toughed it out and grabbed one of the chests before bringing it downstairs.

Hestia wasn't hoke at the moment, which allowed him to bring all 3 chests in without incident, he then pulled out his pipe and was about to pack it when the door opened and Hestia spotted him.

"BELLLLLL!!!!".

Like a missile, she shot at him and wrapped her body around him while also burying her massive cleavage into his face.

Bell began to suffocate from the sudden attack, but he thankfully managed to pry her off of him and get oxygen back into his lungs.

"Goddess please don't do that, I can't breath..." he said with almost unnoticeable bite in his tone given the hell he went through.

"Bell why did you do that and leave me! You could've died in the dungeon and you were supposed to come home right away, not spend 4 days in the dungeon then another 2 at the Hostess!!!" She said with tears in her eyes. "Not only that but why do you smell like perfume!?!".

Taking a calming breath he began to pack his pipe and she was about to rant on that, but he spoke "Goddess... after everything and the fact most of it is your fault.. I believe I can smoke in here" he said with more bite then intended.

Flinching at that, she went silent and let him finish packing it and then he lit it and took a deep breath.

Blowing out a cloud of smoke, he sighed before looking at her and explaining everything that happened after she caused that huge mess at the Hostess. He then went on to explain what happened afterwards from what he was told, but he left out the fact that him and Rose were mates and that he read a grimoire.

"Bell... I'm so sorry, please if their is anything I can do to make up for it, tell me" she said with clear sadness in her tone and eyes.

Sighing he thought about it for a little "please just be a little bit more considerate for me and don't jump to conclusions..." be said.

"Done..." she said "also what are those chests.

"The Valis I made, Mama Mia only took out enough to pay for the structural damage and my medical bills, everything else is in those chests" he said.

Hestia smiled at hearing that but before it lasted too long he spoke again.

"I need to take a decent chunk of that to buy new armor and gear along with potions and go find my supporter who saved my life" he said.

"That's alright Bell... now let's check your status" she said.

Taking another long drag from the pipe, he blew out the smoke before he took off his jacket and lifted up his shirt, while ignoring the look of horror in her eyes from his scars. He then laid down and waited for her to get started.

Sitting on his butt, she cut her finger with her knife and let a drop of blood hit his back where his stats and everything popped up.... and what she saw, shocked her given it updated his stats.

"B-bell... what the heck did you do... your ready for a level up... and you got two new skills along with 2 quick fire magic spells and even the opportunity for a new skill..." she said not understanding how this was possible.

"I-I don't know goddess.. maybe it has to do with everything that happened in the dungeon.... but can I get a level up?" He said.

Sighing but nodding her head, she began to level up process and his back glowed brighter for a second with his new skill appearing called Hunter. But then something else appeared in the skills that caught her attention immediately.

Three hours later and getting chewed out for his last skill, Bell was sneaking out of the church and heading to the dungeon to test out his magic. As he started to slowly jog he smiled lightly at the fact that a member of the Hephaestus Familia helped him carry two chests to Hephaestus to help but a bigger dent into the debt they owed to her. This still confused him on how they still owed her so much and when he asked Hephaestus, she only sighed and said ask Hestia.

He continued to jog to the dungeon and snuck past the Hostess, since he knew that if any of them spotted him, then he'd get in trouble.

A little while later he arrived at the dungeon entrance and past the guild quarters stationed next to the entrance. He then went down to the first floor and began to walk around looking for any monsters.

This didn't take long as a goblin spawned from the wall and screamed at him before it charged in slower speeds for him.

Raising his hand he concentrated "FireBolt!".

A bright red flame appeared in his hand and glowed in power, before small arcs of blue surrounded it. The spell then shot forward with surprising speed and a decent kick back.

The firebolt hit the goblin head on and annihilated it, instantly.

"Wow..." he said in awe.

A kobold then appeared near him and he raised his hand again "ThunderBolt!!".

A blue bolt of lightning shot out of his hand and when it made impact with the Kobold, a loud boom of thunder was heard as the Kobold was killed instantly.

"Heheheahahahahahaha!!! WOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!" He cheered loudly and happily, he then snagged the two magic stones before he began to run down the halls killing monsters with his spells and collecting the stones.

"FireBolt! FireBolt! ThunderBolt! FireBolt!! ThunderBolt! ThunderBolt! ThunderBolt!" He yelled as he slaughtered the monsters with ease at his new level up and new magic.

He continued to do this until he reached floor 8 and his small bag he had with him was filled to the brim with stones.

"I think I might have lost track of time, I should head baaa-" he then collapsed onto the ground, unconscious.

Monsters began to slowly spawn from the walls, but they immediately stopped given the presence of three adventurers approaching.

"Ais that was an amazing fight" said Alicia looking at her.

"It was dangerous and you almost got seriously wounded... but still you managed to defeat Udaeus all by yourself" said Riveria.

"I needed to push myself more to get stronger" said Ais before her eyes caught the sight of a figure with white hair "Oh what's he doing down here?".

The other two looked and saw Bell lying on the ground unconscious.

Riveria walked forward and very gently placed a finger on his forehead before removing it "he's suffering from Mind down from overusing magic" she said.

"But what's he doing all the way down here? He said he was a level 1 and theirs no way he got down this far" said Alicia.

"We can ask that when he wakes up, besides I have a question for him myself" said Riveria as she sat down against the wall.

Alicia was confused on what she could want to ask this human boy not in their Familia. Sighing she sat down near her in case Riveria needed something from her.

For Ais she did something they weren't expecting, she sat on her knees next to Bell and placed his head on her lap, giving him a lap pillow.

Riveria and Alicia blushed immediately from seeing that.

"A-Ais what are you doing!?" Said Riveria looking at her.

"Helping him wake up faster" Ais said simply as she tilted her head a bit "you used to do it to me whenever I got knocked out during training and you said it helps wake people up faster" said Ais.

Riveria was a loss for words... she couldn't say anything against it since she did tell her that.

Ais then looked back down at Bell and gently began to stroke his hair with her hand "he kind of reminds me of a bunny".

Both elves looked down at him and they could see what she was talking about, in a way, he did look a bit like a bunny.

A minute passed and Bell was still unconscious, so Ais got an idea "why don't you two help me wake him up faster" she said.

Raising a eyebrow Riveria grew slightly worried what was going on in Ais's bead.

"And how would we do that?" Said Alicia equally as worried.

"Help me give him a lap pillow" she said as if it was the simplest thing in the world.

Blushes formed on both of them since elves didn't allow physical contact unless it was a family member, friend or lover.

Before they could say no to Ais, Bell started to groan and he sat up.

"Since when did the dungeon floor get so soft" he mumbled as he scratched the back or his head and still had his eyes closed.

"That wasn't the floor" said a feminine voice.

Jumping a bit, he whipped around and was shocked that he was staring at Ais Wallenstein, his crush. Near her were also two beautiful elven woman he saw over a week ago

"I-I'm s-s-so sorry!" He said and was about to flee but Ais caught him by his jacket and stopped him from running away.

Level 5 strength was scary and no joke.

But now he was sitting on the ground as the three woman looked at him, with Alicia having a tiny glare given he was looking at Riveria every once and a while along with herself and especially Ais.

But Bell then noticed something else that made his face go nuclear, Ais's shirt was cut from her fight with Udaeus and it exposed the underside of her boob.

Quickly taking off his jacket he held it out for her "h-h-here..." he said blushing.

Ais was confused why he was giving her his jacket before Riveria pointed it out.

"Ais your shirt".

Looking down she realized why and a very rare moment for her; her cheeks turned a light red in embarrassment and quickly took his jacket and put it on, covering herself.

A couple moments of awkward silence went by before Bell spoke again.

"Ummm c-can I ask w-w-why you wanted m-me to stay?" He said with clear embarrassment.

"I just wanted to ask how your getting strong so fast?" Said Ais with her head tilting to the side.

"O-oh ummm I-I'm not sure... I've asked m-my goddess and she's told me i-it's normal for adventurers to get early growth spurts" he said.

"I'm sorry to inform you about this Mr Cranel, but that's a lie, yes it's easier to grow when starting out but a level 1 shouldn't be here on this floor" said Riveria.

A but surprised that she remembered his name, he smiled a bit before speaking "o-oh um... I'm actually a level 2 now...".

Alicia's eyes narrowed and as much as she hated it, she pulled a bit of a Lefiya "Don't lie to us, their is no way in hell that you could be one" she said with narrowed eyes.

"N-no its true really.." he said.

Riveria saw that he was being serious, she could of course ask to check his back but that would be inappropriate, so another idea came to her "Ais test him, go at him as if you were a high level 2 or a low level 3".

"Right" said Ais standing up and pulling out her sword before putting it down on the ground and holding her scabbard.

Bell blinked a couple times before he stood up, his only armor was his gauntlet shield that Zidril made him, so he extended that out more, while he pulled out his short sword.

Riveria and Alicia both immediately recognized the pose he was using, it was based off a elvish fighting style for those who relied more on speed and precise strikes.

A second later Ais launched at Bell and he barely dodged it in time given her own fighting style being based off fast thrusts, he managed to use his shiled as he dodged to divert her blow, where he then went for a slash. Ais saw it and easily deflected it away and went in for another strike, but Bell lightly surprised her by ducking and trying to take her feet out from under her.

Jumping back she decided to reanalyze him, getting into a better stance, she charged.

Bell tried to dodge it, but she moved faster than he could react and her blow struck true hitting his unguarded right leg, before a swift kick hit his head and made him go flying.

Smashing into the ground he was knocked unconscious by the kick.

"He was telling the truth" said Ais as she looked at him.

"Ms Riveria you saw it didn't you" she asked as her eyes narrowed at Bell.

"Yes, he knows elvish fighting styles" she said, she personally didn't care if someone else knew them, but it more made her curious on who would teach him.

Ais walked over towards him, sitting on her knees and placed his head back on her thighs to help him recover faster... and to stroke his white hair.

"We might as well get comfortable, I wanna ask him where he learned that fighting style" said Riveria.

Alicia glared at Bell but said nothing, if Riveria wanted to do that, then she'll stay and help if need be.

A couple minutes went by and Bell woke up and stood up holding his head "ow...".

"Sorry for kicking you so hard, I forget to hold back sometimes" said Ais.

Bell looked at her and realized he had his head on her thighs again and was about to panic when Riveria called out to him.

"Mr Cranel could you tell me where you learned that fighting style?" She asked as she looked at him.

"Oh um.. sure, it was my master, she taught me almost everything about combat that she could for the two weeks she stayed in my village after my grandfather hired her to train me" he said.

"What was her name?" She asked curious if maybe she knew the person.

"Oh her name was Beatrix, she used to be am adventurer, but after her husband died in the dungeon she gave up that life and now she just travels the world... I think she said, she's been traveling for the last 100 years.." Bell said.

Both of them instantly recognized that name, she was an extremely powerful high eleven warrior who left the Royal Alf Forest for Orario to be an Adventurer, she became a level 5 before leaving the city 100 years ago.

"Did She have a large eastern styled sword by her side and has long platinum almost white hair, blue eyes, and pale-colored skin?" Asked Riveria.

"Yeah that was her" said Bell.

Riveria let a small smile cross her face "I know her, she was a very stoic woman, bit of a airhead and hated sitting around" she said as she remembered meeting her 70 years ago.

"Wow was she famous? She only told me she was an Adventurer" said Bell hoping to learn more about his master.

"Very, she was the most powerful High Elf in the world until I took that title and became a level 6, but she did hold it for over 100 years" Riveria said as it made more sense why he knew the elven fighting style. If she was the one who trained him, then she has zero qualms about him using it.

Bells eyes shined at hearing that and wishing she told him that.

"Your name is Bell correct" said Ais making sure she remembered correctly.

"Um yeah, Bell Cranel" he said looking at his crush and gaining a tiny blush.

"Your fighting style is good... but it has a lot of holes in it" she said.

"Well from what he's told us, he's only had 2 weeks to learn it and then he most likely just practiced what he was taught" Riveria said.

Bell nodded his head confirming that "she taught me the basics with a decent amount of weapons, proper archery and how to throw weapons, along with the basics of fighting, the rest I've learned down in the dungeons" he said.

Alicia hearing all of this pouted as a ball of jealousy welled up in her, getting trained by the legendary Beatrix was an extremely high honor and he didn't even know it.

"If you want I can give you some lessons on how to fight" Ais said looking at him.

Bell blushed and stared at her "r-really?" He said nervously.

"I don't mind... though I have to ask, why don't you have armor" she said.

"Oh um... all of mine got absolutely destroyed so I have to go and get some new armor" he said.

"Then why are you down here" said Alicia with narrowed eyes.

"Oh training my magic" he said.

This caught them all off.

"So your a level 2 after what.. a month... and you have magic as well" said Riveria.

"Mhm, watch" said Bell as he aimed his hand down a random tunnel "FireBolt!".

They all watched as a ball of flames shot out and raced down the hall, until it exploded against the wall.

Riveria was impressed at seeing that, quick fire magic wasn't the strongest type Magic in the world, but it's made up with speed and how fast it can be cast.

"No chanting..." said Alicia as her frown grew since she knew how hard it was for mages since they had to recite a chant from 5 words all the way up to Riverias one spell that's over 100 words. They couldn't mess up, get distracted or interrupted or else the spell would be ruined.

Bell then took a breath "ThunderBolt" he said as a bolt of blue lightning shot out of his hand and once it hit the wall, a loud boom of thunder was heard throughout the tunnels.

"Two Quick Fire spells... that's rare but very useful" said Riveria.

"Oh um... thank you" be said in embarrassment "I'm still knew to it so I need to learn how to add spells Into my fighting style".

"That's a very good idea" she said with a smile before she looked over at Ais, she knew that Ais would be perfect for training Bell how to fight better... but when it comes to magic training "Ais I think I'll join you in given him some advice on how to use magic".

"W-what that's not necessary..." he said quickly, not wanting to take away his crushes or her friends precious time away from them.

"Think of it as a way of me seeing how good Beatrice did at training you, I myself trained under her for a short while so I think it'd be fair to train you even if it's just pointers" Riveria said.

Alicia narrowed her eyes and looked at Riveria and spoke elvish so Bell wouldn't understand her "Híril Riveria, im heni- i cin anír- na see how man another pupil -o cín herdir was, but cin shouldn't gwador with hi firen, ho's ú- o mín Familia! (Lady Riveria, I understand that you want to see how good another pupil of your master was, but you shouldn't associate with this human, he's not from our Familia!)" She said.

Riveria narrowed her eyes at that "Who im choose na spend nin anand with na- nin choice eriol Alicia a im've told cin hi before, but im'm flae -o hi elven superioritui belief (Who I choose to spend my time with is my choice alone Alicia and I've told you this before, but I'm sick of this elven superiority belief)" she said in clear anger.

Alicia flinched and was about to say something when Bell shocked them both once again.

"Ha's ok, cin don't gar- na train nin if cin don't anír- too, im don't anír- na take anand awaui o cin a cín Familia, im'm just an outsider (It's ok, you don't have to train me if you don't want too, I don't want to take time away from you and your Familia, I'm just an outsider)" said Bell in perfect Elvish.

"You know elvish Mr Cranel" said Riveria genuinely shocked since even In her long life, has she met anyone but other elves that know elvish.

"Um yeah... my master taught me some, then my grandfather taught me the rest of the language along with reading and writing, he also helped me with other languages" said Bell.

Her growing interest and slight respect for Bell, just grew, learning multiple languages was very hard and almost does it, yet here was someone. "That's very impressive Mr Cranel, but don't worry I don't mind, just think of it as a older student teaching the new one".

Bell nodded his head.

They were all interrupted by a stomach growling.

Looking over they saw Ais holding her stomach "I'm hungry".

"Well I believe we should get going, Mr Cranel would you like to come with us to the surface? It'd be safer given you don't have armor" said Riveria.

"Umm... i-if you don't mind then sure..." he said a bit embarrassed.

They all then began walking towards the surface while either being silent or having light conversation, though the one thing that both shocked and annoyed Alicia was that Riveria and Ais seemed to have taken a slight interest in Bell.

Though if her goddess could see her, she'd just call her a tsundere.

They continued to climb for another 45 minutes until they finally reached the staircase that leads to the surface. Riveria and Ais took the lead given Riveria was the only one that could keep Ais from running off and getting food.

Alicia was about to ask something when the step she stepped on, cracked and gave out under her making her fall backwards.

Before she fell far, she felt a pair of strong arms quickly catch her, with one arm going around her back and the other holding her from her knees in a traditional princess carry.

Complete silence was in the dungeon because Bell caught Alicia and was holding her in a princess carry.

"I'm sorry for touching you!" He quickly said in embarrassment since he knew elves don't like to he touched, so he put her down on her feet "a-are you ok".

Alicia's face was redder than Bells eyes at that moment, all the way up to the tips of her ears. She was caught by a human man and held like a princess... she wanted to die of embarrassment and slap him for touching her.. but deep down she knew he caught her to stop her from possibly falling off the stairs.

With a bit of hesitation she turned and looked at him with a still red face "t-thank you... a-and I forgive you..." she said with gritted teeth since she knew it'd be wrong to slap him even though she wanted to.

"I'm still sorry... for that and i-if it makes you feel better I won't ever bring it up" he said quickly.

Nodding quickly she began to walk faster up the stairs to leave.

Riveria let out a small chuckle before looking at Bell "that sure was something... so tell me Mr Cranel are you available tomorrow for training?".

"Oh um early in the morning I was gonna go and get new armor and potions, then try and find my supporter to set a date for our next journey into the dungeon. After that I was going to go to the Hostess to train with Ms Ryuu, given my injuries and she wants me to be stronger and more ready for the dungeon" said Bell.

"Oh you were injured?" Said Riveria looking him over for injuries.

"I was, Airmid healed me and now I'm all better and ready to get back to grinding in the dungeon to get stronger" he said with his eyes to quickly dart towards Ais for a second.

"How did you get injured" Asked Ais.

"Umm... you two wouldn't believe me.." be said as they all exited the dungeon.

"Bell?" Said a voice that made him jump.

Slowly turning his head he saw Eina who had her guild uniform on but had a jacket on as well, since she was about to leave.

Her eyes narrowed as she realized that Bell just came back from the dungeon even though he was supposed to be resting and healing.

Marching towards him, she grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and began to drag him off to get lectured about taking proper care of his body.

"M-ms Eina please I'm s-" "YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE RESTING!! MULTIPLE BROKEN BONES, SEVERE BLOOD LOSS, LASERATIONS, A WARSHADOW CLAW STUCK IN YOUR SHOULDER AND BARELY ANY FOOD OR WATER FOR 4 DAYS!!" Yelled Eina as she continued to drag him away and everyone being to scared to help him.

"He was injured that much..." said Riveria with narrowed eyes.

Ais heard all of this and she tightened her grip on her swords handle. Hearing he was injured this bad, made her harden her resolve to get stronger so that no one will suffer.

"Riveria.." said Ais getting her attention "I'm going to train him until he can handle anything the dungeon will throw at him"

It was the next day and Bell got chewed out by Eina for an hour and she warned him that she was telling Rose as well given she was told what their relationship was now.

He was now slowly dragging his feet to the Hostess while wearing his new armor which was a slightly different design from his first one, it covered his body a bit better and felt a lot lighter. Though that might be because he's a level 2 now.

He also went and informed the guild he was a level 2 and bought some new potions along with his medicine from Miach, he didn't get a replacement for a crossbow since he couldn't find any so he planned to place a order from Zidril when she's next available since he didn't see her in the tower.

But before he could leave, he did go and apologize to Eina and then talked to Rose for a minute and gave her a quick peck on cheek before leaving and not seeing the look of hunger in her eyes since he didn't let her return the kiss.

"Nya good meowning Bell" said Anya with a smile on her face.

"Morning Anya, you look nice this morning" he said tiredly.

Anya smiled "aww your so sweet" she said with a smile as she walked towards him with a tiny extra sway, deciding to tease him lightly "ya know nya is single".

Bell blushed and wanted to say he was taken but what Rose said popped back into his head.

"As long as you love me, give me attention and make me feel special, I don't mind you having multiple lovers, it doesn't bother me".

He was about to start choking on his words when Ryuu walked over and lightly bopped Anya on the head.

"Anya you know he's in a relationship" said Ryuu.

"Oh that doesn't matter, Bell told me that Rose is ok with him having more than one lover" said Syr with a grin.

Both woman blushed, especially Ryuu who's blush went to her ears.

"S-syr.." he said.

"Hehehe" she couldn't help but giggle at this.

Ryuu took a deep breath to calm herself and remain professional "Mr Cranel, if your ready I can train you for at least 2 hours" she said.

"Mhm.. but umm... by any chance would Mama Mia he ok if I quickly ordered some breakfast?" He said.

"She won't mind" said Ryuu.

After a quick breakfast and getting teased by some of the girls, Bell was standing in the backyard with Ryuu, Syr and Anya.

"So Bell for training I'm going to help you with your fighting style and give you better experience in fighting, I will also help you get faster and know where to aim your strikes" said Ryuu.

Bell nodded his head and pulled out his short sword and got into his fighting stance.

Ryuu just like Alicia and Riveria immediately recognized his fighting stance, but decided to not say anything. She just pulled out her wooden sword and aimed it at him.

Bell was the first to make a move and he made at level 2 speeds which caught Ryuu off guard for a second, but she quickly recomposed herself.

Getting in close he went for a quick strike which she easily deflected with her sword and went in with her own strike. Seeing it coming, Bell raised his shield and it tanked the blow, but sent him flying a couple feet.

Looking up at her Bell saw her coming and he tried to feignt her strike, but she saw straight through it and changed the direction of her strike and hit his unguarded stomach.

"Ugh!" Bell recoiled and saw another strike coming, where he ducked under this blow and went for a slash, but she easily dodged and kicked him away with a bit to much force.

Bell was knocked unconscious once again and sent flying.

"Ryuu you used to much strength" said Syr.

Ryuu immediately looked regretful for doing that, but it's been too long since she's had to fight, so she isn't that great at holding back enough.

Syr walked over to Bell and before sitting down and picking up his head and placed it in her lap.

"S-syr!?" Said Ryuu in shock.

"Hehehe nya is one lucky boy, also helps he's cute" said Anya.

"What? This helps them recover faster" said Syr as if it was the simplest thing in the world.

"Nya gotta say for a level 1 meowhite did pretty good since your a level 4 meow" said Anya.

"He did and now I have a good idea what to work with and fix" said Ryuu.

Time went by and Bell was awake again and fought her but got knocked out again, then again and again.

"Syr, Anya come in here!" Yelled Mia from the kitchen.

"Aww" said Syr as she walked away sadly.

Anya pouted but walked up to Bells unconscious body and patted his head "your doing a very good job Bell meow" she said with a warm smile before she walked away with a slightly extra sway of her hips with her tail moving in happiness as well.

Ryuu sighed seeing them leave, she then looked at Bells unconscious body and a strange thought came to her mind.

Slowly walking over to him, she sat down on her knees, next to him and quickly glanced around the area making sure no one was here. After making sure they were alone, she picked up his head and placed it on her thighs and... she oddly liked it.

"Is this how Syr did it?" She asked herself, before her hand unconsciously went to his white hair and began to slowly trail her fingers through it. "Hmm... he really is like a bunny..".

She continued to do this and began to really enjoy it and how calming it was, it brought back really happy memories of her past.

"Your really excited today Ais" said Riveria as they were walking towards the Hostess.

"I did become a level 6... and I'm hoping to train Bell... I don't want anyone to get hurt anymore.. and I wanna learn how he's getting so strong, so fast" said Ais.

"I too am curious and it seems what he said was true and is a level 2" said Riveria since they just left the guild to inform them that she's a level 6 now. They ended up talking to red haired werewolf named Rose and quickly learned something... she was his mate and she was annoyed he didn't let her return a kiss this morning when he went and informed the guild.

They continued to walk before they heard a noise of commotion coming from behind the Hostess and headed towards it. They arrived and saw a blonde haired elf wearing one of the Hostesses outfits and had Bells head in her lap as she gently patted his hair.

"Looks like we found him" said Riveria before she walked forward, startling Ryuu.

Ryuu heard noise and quickly turned, ready to take down whoever it was but force upon seeing the elven princess and the sword princess.

"Oh my apologies princess" she said quickly as she put Bell down on the ground and stood up "can I help you with something?".

"Yes we were actually looking for Mr Cranel and he told us he was going to be here training in the morning, last night" said Riveria.

Both woman saw a look of anger quickly form on Ryuus face as she turned and stared at Bell "was he in the dungeon?".

"Yes, but don't worry, his advisor already scolded him last night" said Riveria recognizing the look on her fellow elfs face.

Taking a calming breath Ryuu nodded her head.

"Ow... why can't I stop getting knocked out.." said Bell suddenly as he got up.

"I can help train you to dodge and counter" said Ais.

"That was actually what I was teaching him, along with the fact he's using to much energy for each strike" said Ryuu.

It was almost unnoticeable, but Riveria saw it for a split second.

Both Ryuu and Ais's eyes narrowed for a split second as a bolt of lightning went off between them.

"I think I'm slowly starting to get better at dodging..." said Bell rubbing his still pounding head.

"Some progress is better than no progress Mr Cranel" said Riveria.

"I can't argue with that Ms... sorry but I don't know your name..." said Bell in embarrassment.

Riveria blinked for a moment before she realized she never introduced herself and that he's only been here for over a month.

"My apologies, my name is Riveria Ljos Alf" she said while a part of her hoped he didn't start treating her like a princess.

Bell didn't know why but... the last name sounded very familiar but he couldn't place his finger on it, at the moment.

"Well um.. it's a bit late but I'm Bell Cranel and it's very nice to meet you Ms Riveria" he said with a small bow.

Gaining a tiny smile that he didn't know, she spoke "like wise Mr Cranel".

"So ummm... what are you two doing here?" He asked curiously.

"Train you" said Ais.

"Oh.. oh!" Said Bell as all the contents of last night's conversation in the dungeon came crashing back.

"And I'm here to see how well you do and give you a quick magic lesson to help you with your quick fire magic so you don't get carried away" said Riveria.

This immediately caught Ryuus attention, she didn't know he knew magic or else she would've added that to the training.

"So um... where do we begin" said an embarrassed Bell since he was surrounded by 3 very beautiful woman with one being his crush and the other 2 being elves.. the only thing that could make this worse is it Rose was here.

"Their you are Bell" said Rose walking out towards him.

"R-rose!?" He said startled.

"You left before I could return my kiss and I'm on lunch break" she said with narrowed eyes.

Bell felt a shiver go down his spine... he felt like a rabbit being hunted by a very hungry wolf right now.

Rose walked towards him, completely ignoring the other woman present and stood before him being eye level with his forehead given he was still growing. She then grabbed both sides of his face and lifted it up before kissing him.

All the woman present blushed, even Ais had a tiny one.

It took Bell a moment to adjust to this and kiss her back.

Her tail immediately began wagging at that and after a couple seconds she let go "That's pay back for not letting me kiss you this morning... and later I'll punish you for going into the dungeon last night".

Bell felt another shiver of fear at that.

"Umm Mr cranel who is she to you?" Said Riveria.

Rose smiled and took a step forward while intertwining her fingers with Bells "I am Bells mate, Ms Riveria" she said.

Nodding her head, in the corner of her eye she saw that Ryuu blushed lightly while also looking slightly jealous.

"I-Im sorry about that Rose.. still getting used to this and after I finish my training, how about I treat you to a meal here?" Said Bell.

Her eyes widened a bit and her tail began to wag "I'd love that Bell" she said before pecking him on the lips and looking up at the others "treat him nicely please".

They all watched Rose walk off to the door and sat down on a small bench to watch and see how they'll train.

"So um.. what now?" He asked.

Ais stepped forward again and looked at him "we'll spar for 3 rounds then after that Riveria will train you"

"If possible after you go 3 rounds, could I eat my lunch with him? I only have a hour and a half break" said Rose since her sensitive ears picked up on what they said.

"I don't have any issues with that" said Riveria "Ais, Ryuu?".

Both shook their heads saying they didn't have anything against it.

Bell nodded his head showing he was ok with it and he got in his fighting stance again, but this time it had less holes in the stance.

Ais pulled out her sword and put it down again, while picking up her scabbard and holding it.

Bell shot forward and went for a quick slash, but he saw Ais dodge easily and go in for a strike but Bell hoped for this. He used his shield to deflect the attack and trusted his blade towards her stomach.

Ais easily dodged it and appeared behind him and slapped him away with her scabbard.

"Ready for the next one?" Said Ais "also you got too greedy".

"Greedy?".

"I purposefully let you do that since I wanted to show you that if you go in for the kill, you get tunnel vision and it's much easier for your opponent to turn the fight against you given that's when their guard is at its weakest" said Ais.

Bell nodded his head, Ryuu said something similar to that earlier.

"I'm ready" he said standing up and getting ready.

"Level 5's are scary..." said Bell holding his cheek as he ate lunch with Rose.

"Oh I'm a level 6 now" said Ais suddenly.

Bell felt a wave of depression hit him, before he shook his head and hardened his resolve. He was going to stand by her side and he needed to get stronger, plus now he had someone to protect.

Rose went to take a bite of her steak, when she felt Bell lean against her slightly. Looking down at him, she smiled warmly and laid her head on his with a content smile.

Syr saw this and was still feeling conflicted, but the biggest problem for her was that she wanted Bell all for herself yet.... Bells soul was burning so brightly and. Her eyes then went to Ryuu and she saw that hers and Bells souls were very very slowly starting to touch when they were near.

That was something you only see when someone was in love with another, Rose for example, her red Soul was all but fully merged with Bells and started to have tiny wisps of white from Bells enter hers.

This showed her that Rose loved Bell with all her heart, which was very rare to see but... it was also so beautiful...

"Mr Cranel how much do you know about magic?" Said Riveria as she ate her fish.

"Umm not much" said Bell honestly.

"Well Magic is considered to be a strong power. There are two different types of magic; congenital magic, magic based on one's own ability and race, and acquired magic, magic based on the falna given by the Gods and Goddesses. Most magic require a specific chant to activate, with the exception of quick fire magic, which is rare... yet you have two spells" said Riveria.

Bell nodded his head in understanding, now that he thought about it, it made a lot of sense.

"So Bell reached level 2 and spent 4 days in the dungeon along with killing a irregular Infant Dragon a day before that..." said Hermes with a smile.

"Yes" said Asfi.

"Hmm he's advancing faster than I thought... maybe I should give him a gift" said Hermes standing up and walking to his cabinet and opening it, before pulling out a small coin leather bag that adventurers used for storing magic stones.

"A stone bag?" Said Asfi confused.

"Nope, this is something his grandfather gave me, that belonged to Bells dad. It's called infinity purse and let's you hold basically as much as you wants, it specializes in stones and monster drops along with weapons" said Hermes.

"So you want to give it to him?" Said Asfi shocked that he'd give something this valuable.

"Indeed I will" he said standing up and leaving to go find him.
