"I don't want to leave you both alone Sara."

"Yrr these people. Can't they just conduct matches in Mumbai why do we have to travel to England for this?"

"But just look at Aashu, she keeps looking at me with her innocent eyes and keeps giggling. I will miss her and you. But I don't think you will miss me."

"Ofcourse I will baby. But it's important na and moreover you are the vice captain, you cannot miss these series and all."

"Come with me please."

"Shub please just for this one time go alone. You know we can't come with you. I have my shoots lined up and even Aashu has to get her vaccine."

"She will cry Sara."

"But I won't be here to handle her and her fever."

Shubman sat quiet later. He picked up Aashvi who was sitting and playing with her toys. As if understanding that her father is sad she kept her head on his chest and her hand on his heart.

Shubman smiled kissing her head softly. She giggled as she felt ticklish by his beard.

"Same like mumma ha, even she doesn't like my beard. I will cut it when I see you next time. I will miss you my baby. I love you."

"Mum mum."

"You are hungry, wait let mumma come then she will feed you. For now be with dadda he is gonna miss you like crazy. How will I spend this 1 month god?"

He cried looking up and that's when Sara came in rolling her eyes.

"Ho gaya natak to give her to me I have to feed her."

"Aey I am not doing any natak."

"Of course Shub."

As Shubman gave Aashvi to Sara she smiled and sat beside him.

"Baby don't worry. We will call you everyday okay. You should just take care and play well. Don't worry about us we will be fine."

"I know but still just go and live with Maa Baba for a while. I can't risk leaving you two alone here."

"Shub."

"Sara please, even they miss you and Aashu. I am sure they will be happy if you go there."

"Okay. Only this time but."

"Yes because next time se I won't go alone you both will have to come with me."

It was evening when Sara was done with their packing and even Shubman was ready. Firstly he was to drop Sara to the Tendulkar house and then leave for his flight from there.

When they arrived, the Tendulkar's were so happy you can't even express in words. Arjun and Sachin quickly took Aashvi from Sara and began playing with her while Sara pouted.

"Khudki beti bhi to Ghar aayi hai par nahi inko toh bas apni poti hi dikhti hai."

"It's okay jaaneman mai hu na tumhe dekhne."

Shubman wrapped his hand around her waist and she blushed.

"Uh uh. Aapka ho gaya ho toh mai meri beti se mil lu."

"Maa."

Sara whined as Anjali teased them and the trio bursted in laughter. Anjali hugged Sara.

"Kaisa hai mera baccha?"

"Ekdum mast. Ab toh 1 month yahi rehna hai."

"Accha hai. Hume bhi bohot yaad aati hai teri."

"Accha thik hai maa don't be emotional now. Hum andar chale Aashu ko thand lag jayegi."

"Umm Sara it's time for me to leave. Arjun please drop me."

"Ofcourse Shub let's go."

"Wait."

Saying this he went to Aashvi and took her from Sachin hugging her to his life. He kissed each n every corner of her face and then again hugged her while she kept giggling receiving those fishy kisses from her dadda.

The family looked at them in awe as they both were not ready to leave each other. When Sara went to take Aashvi she kept holding his shirt not leaving him making Shubman more emotional.

When Sara tried forcefully she began crying and Shubman immediately held her close again making her stop crying.

"Aashu dadda will be back ver quickly. You won't even miss dadda. Play with your Nanu Nani and mamu okay."

When she refused to leave him he had to forcefully hand her to Anjali who took her in to give her toys sorry that she would stop crying and Sachin followed them.

"Jiju come fast I will wait near the car."

Arjun winked at him and they both laughed while Sara looked down blushing.

When no one was there Shubman hugged Sara and did the same with her which he did with Aashvi ie peppered her with fishy kisses all over her face.

Sara giggled feeling ticklish. Once he was done he held her face in his hands and lowered his face to hers joining their lips for a kiss.

Sara moaned as he was harsh. But she loved it. When they were out of breath he broke the kiss resting his head on her head.

"Please take care of yourself and Aashvi. And call me every night. Have food on time. Aashu ko sambhalte sambhalte bhul mat jana okay."

"Yes boss even you take care of yourself hmm."

"I will. I love you."

"I love you too."

They both parted ways and Sara walked Shubman till the car. And soon he was gone.

The next day Sara had to take Aashvi for her vaccine and as every kid even she was crying. Everyone tried to calm her but nothing helped.

Atlast Sara had to call Shubman, every time Aashvi needed to get her vaccine Sara would always keep Shubman away because he was so protective he would not let the doctors pierce the injection. And she would let Shubman come only after Aashvi would calm down.

But today was different, she was just not stopping crying. When Shubman received her call it was 3 there and he was sleeping but still he picked up the call.

"Hii..what Sara why is she crying so much? Oh baby shhh dadda is here. Calm down."

As Aashvi heard his voice through the phone she looked at it and stopped crying. While everyone looked at her with wide eyes Shubman smiled. She forwarded her hand towards the phone as if touching his face which immediately brought tears in his eyes.

Not even one whole day and he was already missing her terribly.

"Don't cry Aashu, dadda is here. Why are you crying and troubling mumma. Hmm? Ok do one thing ask Arjun mamu to bring toys for you he won't deny and then you can play with them. Dadda will be there very soon to love you and papmper you."

As he kept talking to her, her eyes started drooping and she slowly fell asleep while Sara sighed and made her lie down properly.

"Thank you so much Shub I was so worried."

"No worries. Just take care of her and kabhi bhi pareshaan kre to call me. Also usko fever hai kya? Aankhe laal dikh rahi thi?"

"Ha thoda hai but I have given her the syrup. You should sleep. Sorry for disturbing you."

"Sara please just call me whenever she misses me. I miss her a lot."

Shubman whispered and Sara smiled.

"I know just few days."

"Hmm bye for now. Love you."

"Umm bye."

"What? Love you too bolo."

"Shubman."

She showed him her eyes but he didn't stop while Sara looked at her surrounding to see her family members pressing their smiles.

"Sachin let's go now we have lots of work to do."

"Yes yes of course."

Sachin and Anjali got up and giving a teasing smile to Sara they went away while Arjun kept sitting there.

"Ab tujhe alag invitation dena padega ja na."

"Kya ab pati ke aate hi Bhai ko bhagado wahh."

He said and left while Sara laughed.

"Ab toh sab gaye ab toh bol do."

"Shubman you are impossible."

"I know baby but you still love me."

"Yes I love you and I miss you. Play well and come back fast."

And she hung up the call.
