* IZUKU POV *

I watch as Kacchan lights the older bullies up. I watch in admiration.

'he's so brave!!'

Soon enough, the bullies are gone. Kacchan turns to me.

"You ok, Izuku?" He asks, holding out his hand. I gladly take it.

"T-thanks, kacchan! You're so brave! You are amazing!" I squeal. My smile grows as some blush paints my cheeks.

" Tch. I know! I have a quirk! I'm gonna be the best hero! No one is gonna touch me or you! " he smirks, proud of his work.

"Yeah! I'll be a hero, too!" I say, jumping up and down .

"You don't have a quirk! How would you be a hero?!" He yells.

" Well... Momma says I'll get my quirk soon! I'm just a late bloomer! " I say, trying to convince him.

He huffs. Kacchan begins to walk away, going towards a creek. I quickly follow behind him, keeping quiet.

We arrive at the creek. A tree was pushed over the center, making a bridge. Katsuki begins to cross. I see a crack.

"Kacchan! Watch out! There's a c-" Before I could finish my sentence, Kacchan falls. He hits the water with a small splash and a plop. I slide into the creek, coming to his rescue.

"Are you ok?!" I ask, voice full of concern. I hold out my hand as he takes it.

" Yeah. I'm fine. Thanks.. " he trails off. I smile at his words.

"I thought for a moment there you got hurt! Guess not, though!" I smile more.

He gives me a glare, basically saying to shut it. So I do. I hush.

We walk back to each others houses. We wave good bye, and go our ways.
