Somehow a virus had wiped out most of the community in our world. For many days we've gone into war with the group who had started the virus. The Doctors. For many years I couldn't find out why I can't remember my parents. All I remember is that one day I ran into a boy who was wearing a lab coat, and was a little bit taller than me, was in a hurry with a large stack of papers. As he was running, he tripped on his shoe lace and fell on the concrete side walk. "Crap!" He yelled. "I'm going to be late!" I decided to help him out. I was only 7 at the time so I really didn't know who to trust but he seemed trusting so I helped him out. The way he looked and smiled at me, made me smile too and to be honest, I never really smiled at a lot of people. "Uh. Thanks." he said. I helped him pick up papers and started reading a few. "A what-tified body?" He looked up and saw me reading the paper then quickly grabbed it out of my hand. "I thought I lost that paper weeks ago." One thing was for sure. He didn't make fun of my ears. I was born with wolf like ears and a wolf like tail. I gave him the rest of the papers as he stood up. "Bye now." He said. "Bye." A quick wave and he was off. But 4 years had went by, and I never saw him again. The town was torn down and people kept getting the virus. Looking out my window I saw nothing but torn up houses with roads filled with wood, bricks, ash. It's amazing that you can find stuff in the mess. I don't really like to be bored all the time so I just head over to the abandoned thrift store to see if they have any parts that I could use to build something.
