RUN.

     Thoughts raced through Dark's head as he ran towards the Pedestal, dodging attacks left and right and spraying ink all over. Cries of anguish rang through both the land and his head as markers were decaying away. Even at his best defenses, he felt someone grip his arm and drag him to the shop. 

     The two of them plunged into the water, splashing around and fighting for breath. Under the water, Dark saw Ecosystem's floating body, pale with malnutrition. Their fish, however, were well and alive. Must've given up their own life to feed their fish, Dark thought. Danger seemed to see this as well, and paused for a second. 

     Dark, taking advantage of the confusion, dragged the stranger up above the water, threw him onto the deck, and sprayed him with ink. Not only did he hit Danger, who was his attacker, he also sprayed Difficulty who was hurridely boarding the door to the shop closed. 

    "Listen to me and tell me you'll stay safe-" Difficulty was yelling right before he was hit. "Plaid- take care of everyone-"

      He used his last words telling other people to stay safe, while he himself was dying.

     Dark shook his head, clambered out of the water and ran. Not at the Pedestal this time, but to somewhere safe. Stormy, who had come down to try and gather supplies, tried to hide behind the factory where Winning Smile was. 

     Winning Smile had a knife, and Stormy was dead within a second. Stormy sent a series of thunderbolts a second too late- while he did destroy the factory, making the wall fall on both him and Winning Smile, he didn't do very well in surviving either.

     Trying to ignore all of the chaos, Dark ran towards Candyland hoping that he would find a bit of shelter to take a breather there- only to find Candy Cane holding a dangerously sharp candy cane in front of him. Dark spewed ink without thinking, and while he did hit Candy Cane, Peppermint was one of the unlucky ones who was in range. He didn't scream, yell, or make any noise as he, too, slowly withered away. Mint ran over and caught Peppermint in his arms, crying profusely.

     "Don't do this. Don't do this. Peppermint- don't leave me don't leave me DON'T LEAVE ME-" Mint was screaming as Peppermint's blood dripped all over his arms. He was left alone by the time Candy Cane was also gone. 

     Not only was Peppermint dead, but Dark had managed to kill Cinnamon and Stracciatella. Stracciatella was able to successfully shove Marshmallow into a hiding place while they collapsed to the floor, but Cinnamon was just an unlucky bystander. 

     Deciding against staying and causing even more death and resentment, Dark sprinted towards Spawn. He was almost at the stairs when he stopped short.  

     The forest.

     There was a glow- four different colors; blue, red, yellow, and green- radiating from the windows of the house in the forest.

     The house that Wild Marker lived in. The house that Dark's father figure lived in. And as far as he knew, Wild Card was the only one that was able to create any sort of glow in the first place.

     Dark rerouted, and coursed his way through the Server to the house. Ignoring Leaf and Tree sap's burnt bodies, he went through the open door-

      Only to find Wild Card restraining Wild Marker's arms, in which held a knife against his throat.

     Dark was stopped in his tracks by shock. "...dad?" he managed to choke out.

     Wild Card's grip loosened a little.

     Wild Marker took advangage of the situation, and his knife plunged against his throat.
