The Tenth Stone is first introduced to us at the end of Remembering the Forgotten after being accidentally shot by Lucy, the Masters's wife. Sadly the shot is fatal and we say goodbye to the Ninth Stone before welcoming the Tenth, a blonde welsh woman who has quite a bit of sass and isn't afraid to put the Doctor in his place.

With a new body and personality the Stone quickly decides it's time for an upgrade to her wardrobe opting for a plain white blouse, a black blazer with matching trousers, and of course: black vans.

The Tenth Doctor and the Tenth Stone say goodbye to Martha Jones before finding Donna again. The ginger decides to join the couple in the TARDIS on their adventures.

Once again the Time Lords come close to their death with them both believing that they're actually dying for good this time. The Tenth Doctor (with rather awful timing) proposes to the Tenth Stone in The Poison Sky. Of course neither of the Time Lords die and they continue their adventures.

The TARDIS goes haywire as Martha says goodbye to the Time Lords and is stuck with them again as they go to Medussa where the Time Lords get a daughter called Jenny born out of a machine.

Jenny sadly is murdered while trying to protect the Doctor and the Stone drops the name Rita, not wanting to be associated with the human name, this is where she is no longer addressed as 'Rita' even in text. She is now 'the Stone' from this book forth.

The Tenth Stone meets River Song for her first time but the womans last, the two Time Lords are promised many adventures by the woman and knowing them, they're looking forward to it.

Moving on, the Tenth Doctor and Stone soon realise why planets have been just disappearing after coming face to face with the Daleks, with Rose back and the TARDIS team bigger than ever the Time Lords save the Universe and put all the planets back at a price.

Theres now two of the same Doctor apart from one of them is human, one heart and a human life, with Rose jealous of the friendship and now relationship the Time Lords have after her separation from them the Tenth Stone gives her the new Doctor to teach how to be kind because this Doctor only has the memories of his first few hours of regeneration, he hasn't met Rita Stone yet and definitely hasn't fallen in love with her, his heart is set on Rose.

After sadly wiping all of Donnas memories due to the Human-Time Lord metacrisis the two Time Lords are left on their own once again but that isn't until after they have got married.

The Tenth Stone and the Tenth Doctor then go against the Master once again and the Stone has a brief encounter with an old member of her family before the Doctor is forced to regenerate to save the Wilfs life.

The two crash into little seven year old Amelia Ponds back garden, the Doctor now in his Eleventh regeneration, after saving the Earth in under twenty minutes the Time Lords invite Amy on the TARDIS.

The Tenth Stone meets River Song again and learns hardly anymore information other than she killed a woman, the Eleventh Doctor doesn't trust her while the Tenth Stone does.

The Tenth Stone then soon meets her death in 'Cold Blood' while trying to save her companion: Rory. The two sadly are shot leaving the Tenth Stone forced to regenerate into the Eleventh and Rory deleted from the Universe.
