Alex padded alongside the white and blue she-wolf until she led them into a cave.

"So,when will I meet the other tribute?"he asked.

"You're about to,"Coldice replied.

Alex suddenly felt a familiar scent hit his nose.Sniffing deeply,he felt his heart skip a beat.Oh no,not him!

"Midstrip!I found another tribute!"the she-wolf called.

Alex tensed the the blue and gray male wolf padded out into the open.Deep belly wounds were visible,and deep wounds were engraved in his paw and shoulders.

"What happened?Decided not to listen to an order?"he mocked.

Midstrip snarled."Don't try to act smart."

Coldice gaped at him."What happened?!Did someone attack the cave?"

"No,"he huffed,"but I nearly took out two other tributes,with the help of an unneeded Burnflight."

Coldice shook her head."You'll get yourself killed before the Hunger Games are even half over,"she snorted."Anyways,I found Alex following me,and he's going to join us."

Midstrip's eyes blazed."He was following you,attacked me at the start,and yet you're recruiting him?!"

Alex bared his fangs."Would you like me to end your suffering?"

Midstrip sneered."Try me."

Coldice growled."No!If any of us are going to the win the Games,we can't always be at each others throats!"

Midstrip rolled his eyes."Whatever.I'd rather throw myself over a cliff than team up with him."He flicked his blue tail towards Alex.

"That's fine with me!"Alex snarled,tensing his muscles,getting ready to pounce on the mangy furball.

Coldice shoved him out of the way."If you're going to join us,you won't try and bite off our head's,got it?"she threatened.

Alex swallowed hard.Maybe this was a bad idea..."Understood,"he rasped.

The fur along the she-wolf's spine relaxed."Good.That goes for you too,Midstrip."

"Whatever,"he snorted,lapping at his wounds.

"Did you see last night's deaths?"Coldice asked Alex.

He shook his head."All I heard was thunder and lightning."

Coldice frowned,her expression dark."Arjanna was killed,"she murmured.

"I'm sorry,Coldice,"Alex woofed sympathetically.

Midstrip gagged."Why haven't I actually thrown myself off a cliff yet?Will you two go find some food?"

"Nobody put you in charge!"Coldice snapped,whisking off into the woods.

Great,now I'm stuck having to put up with him,Alex thought in scorn.Scowling,he sat beside the cave entrance,keeping his ears pricked and eyes wide open for any intruders.

This is ridiculous,he thought,rage boiling inside of him.I can't believe I'm stuck on a team with that flea-bitten wolf!What I wouldn't do just to have him killed during the Games...

Suddenly an idea formed in his head.

::Dappleheart's POV::

Dappleheart's body trembled-half in rage,half in fear-as the familiar tom,Firefly,pinned Hazeleyes down.The she-cat thrashed,though she was unable to free herself.

"Get off,fox-heart!You better pray I don't get up,because if I do,I'll rip that pathetic excuse for a cat pelt of yours!"she yowled in rage.

Firefly just sneered and sunk his claws into her side."Struggling will only make things worse."

As he said that,a blue fox with a Kitzune tail stepped out from the shadows.Her chest was stained with dried blood,and she weaved heavily.

"Skyfire!"Firefly hissed."What happened?"

"That stupid puppy Splash nearly killed Bismuth,"she snarled.

What!? Dappleheart thought,her mind whirling.Splash would never...!

An ebony colored tom shakily followed after Skyfire and collapsed to the ground,his own pelt smeared in blood.

"He's alive,barely,"the fox continued."But we need herbs."

"Hazeleyes,"Firefly snarled."You must have some herbs on you."

The dark brown she-cat snarled in defiance."I don't have anything,mouse-brain!Now let me go!"

Skyfire lifted her paw and slammed it hard against her head,scraping her eye.Hazeleyes let out a cry of pain and a low moan as blood poured from her scratched eye."Please don't kill me,"she rasped."I have a tribute to look after."

"Like we care!"another voice chimed in.Out stepped a black she-cat with a yellow stripe running down her back and bright green and yellow markings.Her yellow eyes glowed.Dappleheart shuddered.

"We'll kill every tribute until the last remaining one!And right now,you're the first victim."A dark grin crossed her face.

"Please,don't...,"Hazeleyes begged.

"Begging is for the weak!"Skyfire snarled,thrusting her muzzle forward towards her neck,pressing down hard.

Dappleheart's blood ran cold.NO!

"For the last time,"Firefly growled."Where are your herbs?!"

"There...there are...n-none,"Hazeleyes choked.

"Refusing still,eh?"Vi snarled."Go ahead and kill her,Skyfire."

Dappleheart's jaw dropped open in shock as Skyfire sank in terrifyingly deep into the she-cat's neck.A shriek erupted as the life drained from her eyes and they turned glassy.Blood pooled around her neck as a loud thunderclap sounded and lightning followed.

Firefly grinned menacingly."Now that she's out of the way,let's-."

A low moan escaped the ebony cat's mouth.His breathing came in shallow gaps."Win...win...win the...the Games,"he whispered.His tail tip twitched one last time then stopped.His chest stopped rising and falling.He was dead.

"No!Bismuth!"Vi cried,her eyes widening.

A loud thunderclap scared Dappleheart out of her fur as lightning followed afterwards.

Splash really did kill Bismuth! she thought horribly.

Firefly yowled out in agony."This is all that Webkinzluver5 O.C.'s fault!If she just agreed to give us her herbs,Bismuth would still be alive!"His eyes blazed."Find her leaf packet.We'll take everything and leave nothing behind."

Dappleheart forced her gaze away from the dead she-cat and quickly headed towards back their camp.She wrapped up everything,leaving the mouse behind,and stalked off in the opposite direction.

Fighting back tears,Dappleheart trudged forward.I can't believe it...Hazeleyes is really dead.Sudden rage boiled inside of her.I'll make Firefly pay for this,she promised herself.I'll make him pay gravely...

So now,Alex is getting muderous sounding ideas about Midstrip,Firefly,Skyfire,and Vi have teamed up and killed Hazeleyes (nuuu ;-;),and now Dappleheart is out for revenge.Tensions are rising,people...Tensions are rising... -u-
