It was...

Actually,Shadestar couldn't tell who that was.By their scent,he could tell it was a she-cat,but it definitely didn't smell like a Webkinzluver5 O.C.All he knew that the O.C. was a silver tabby with big,sky blue eyes.

"Who are you?"he demanded,sliding out his claws

The silver tabby she-cat hissed back."You must be a Webkinzluver5 O.C."

"And this concerns you why?"

"You're the reason Bismuth is dead,"she mewed darkly."Now I'm going to return the favor."

Shadestar curled his lips."Try me."

"That can be arranged."As the strange tabby tensed and got ready to pounce,a rustling from behind Shadestar alerted him.Behind him,he saw Firefly,Kelive and Dodre appear from the bracken.

"Echostrike!"Firefly cried out,pushing past him and nuzzle the silver tabby."Where have you been?"

"I was looking for something to hunt when this mouse-brain came in an disturbed me,"she mewed,glaring at Shadestar.

"Me?Dodre sent me out to show I can contribute to the group!"he retorted defensively.

"Well,bickering among yourselves won't prove anything,"Dodre barked sharply.He glanced up at the sky as the sky began slowly darkening."Well,it's about to become night,anyway.At least we still have some prey in the cave."

Shadestar forced himself not to yowl out in irritation.Then what was I hunting for,anyway?Rolling his eyes,he followed Kelive,Firefly,and Echostrike back to their cave.Along the way,Shadestar noticed Echostrike,who was in front of him,was shooting quick menacing glares at him.

As if that's meant to scare me into submission,he thought disgracefully.Meanwhile,why is she being so hostile only to me? He snorted inwardly.Maybe it was Swiftstar.

When they finally reached the cave,Skyfire,Vi,Burnflight and Bearpaw were waiting patiently-well,expect for Vi,who was constantly turning see-through and completely visible-for them.

"I thought you guys wouldn't be back before the moon rose!"Bearpaw meowed.

"Echostrike's back!"Vi mewed,lashing her tail in anticipation.

"Quiet,you two,"Dodre growled."Are you trying to alert all the other tributes of our whereabouts?"

Vi snorted while Bearpaw muttered a small 'Sorry' of apology.After the rest of them had settled down,apart from Vi,who had blue coding starting to appear and her form seemed to be separating,Dodre got something for each of them from the small pile of fresh-kill he had compiled.

Shadestar went to sleep with a full belly that night.As he settled down into his a nest,a small pebble fell from the cave ceiling,though the wiry brown tom ignored it.

So what if a few pebbles fall from the ceiling?No need to worry about it...

Shadestar found himself on his moss nest,his back legs sprawled out behind him as he embraced the warmness of it and the softness of the bracken lined around it.He sighed contently as the warmness seeped through his fur.

He angled his ears as something fell from a high place-and it sounded heavy.He flattened his ears against his head,trying to block out the noise as it fell to the ground with a loud crack.

His heart began to beat faster and his breath quickened.What's going on?!

A sickening crack landed on one of his legs.He let out a pain-stricken yowl as he jerked up onto his belly and curled his claws instinctively into the nest.Fighting back tears of pain,he forced his head around to see a medium-sized rock had landed squarely on his back paw.Blood was already welling around it,staining the rock and spilling the red liquid onto the nest.When he tried to move his leg,pain shot up it,making him grit his teeth and his muscles tense.It was only then that Shadestar had realized the entire ceiling was falling-rocks,and a few boulders of all different sizes-onto the ground and making loud booms and cracks,some of them landing terrifyingly close.

Shadestar's belly churned and his heart caught in his throat.I'm going to be buried alive!That is if one of those rocks don't crush me first!

"Help!"Shadestar yowled."I can't move my leg!Someone help!"

His chest was soon starting to ache as he kept forcing himself to yowl out for help over the shattering cave.He struggled for breath and found himself practically gasping for it as more gray dust clouded around him.Shadestar's eyes stung and his chest felt tight as a red mist began appearing in the corners of his eyes.Struggling to stay conscious,a small rock hit him on the head,sending a new pain of shock through him.Suppressing another yowl of pain,hot tears slid down his cheeks.Forcing his eyes open,a shriek erupted from him as a heavy weight landed on his back that dug into his flesh.The red mist grew stronger as it clouded his vision and a darkness engulfed over him.The wiry brown tom let the darkness wash over him like water as he drifted into a painless sleep.

Shadestar let out a gasp as he jolted awake and sat upright.His heart was beating so loud he was surprised no one else had been awoken.Sweat dribbled down his face as he remembered every horrifying moment of his strangely realistic feeling dream. (I don't care if cats don't sweat on their faces >:U Deal with it -3-)

It was still night as crickets chirped in the distance and the sky was still a midnight blue.Shadestar didn't bother going outside to see today's deaths.Five thunderclaps had indicated five more tributes had died.Less tributes to deal with.

He was surprised when he heard something heavier sounding than a pebble hit the floor.A loud crack echoed across cave,startling the other O.C.s awake.

"What was that?"one of them asked.

"I don't know,"Dodre grunted,lifting his head from his paws,his slightly fluffy tail swishing.His pale green eyes glowed expressionlessly in the dark.

Shadestar noticed Vi hadn't waken up,and her form was still appearing...strange.What's wrong with her?

Another loud crack echoed across the cave.Vi still didn't wake up.I've heard of deep sleepers,but this is just ridiculous,Shadestar thought irritably.

He almost jumped in the air when another rock fell dangerously close to the black she-cat.If she doesn't wake up,she'll die in her sleep.Shadestar shuddered.That sounds like my dream...

A sudden jolt of realization hit him like lightning.I'm going to die in the cave-in like I did in my dream!

More rocks of different sizes began falling quicker as if on command because of his terrifying thoughts.Shadestar's eyes widened as big as an owl's when he saw one fall onto Vi's tail,though it went right through her as her form went see-through for two seconds and went back to completely visible.

"Vi!Wake up!"Firefly called out,but the she-cat barely stirred.

What Shadestar wanted to do was go right over there and roughly prod-no,shove-Vi in the side in hopes of waking her up,but with all the rocks falling,it would be suicide to be foolish enough to try and weave his way through the collapsing debris from the ceiling.

"Everybody get out!"Dodre ordered,leading Skyfire,Burnflight,Bearpaw and Echostrike to the opening where they quickly ran a couple fox-lengths from the cave."Firefly,Shadestar,what are you waiting for?!"he called.

"What about Vi?"Firefly yowled,his voice thick with grief.

"There's nothing we can do!"Shadestar hissed.Every muscle in his body practically screamed at him to leave the two Echostrike O.C.s to figure this out on their own,but he reluctantly forced himself to stay rooted to his spot."Let's go!"

"I won't let her die like Bismuth did!"Firefly yowled back.

Shadestar bit back a hiss of frustration.Thrusting himself forward,the entire time praying that a rock wouldn't land on him,the wiry brown tom grabbed the flame tom by the scruff and dragged him to the opening.Dust was thick in the air and stung his eyes,though he forced himself to keep going.

When he finally reached the other O.C.s,he immediately let go of Firefly and dashed back into the collapsing cave.If not for Vi's bright yellow and green markings,he wouldn't have been able to see her.Although every instinct told Shadestar to turn tail and run and save himself,he forced himself forward towards the she-cat.

He jumped back in surprise as a huge boulder landed right in front him.Reacting quickly,he wove his way around it and made his way to Vi.As he reached to grab her scruff,strange whizzing noises emitted as his jaws clasped air.

Lifting his head,he realized Vi wasn't in her visible form.In fact,she looked like she would stay see-through.Cold horror rippled through Shadestar.I can't save her!Her form won't let me!

Crumbling sounds that threatened to deafen Shadestar made him realize where he was again.Clearing his head,he wove around the huge boulder again and danced his way through the falling rocks,narrowly dodging some of them as they threatened to crush him.Finally reaching the opening,he leaped through and tumbled out into the open,panting furiously.His chest burned and his eyes were watery and his pelt was caked in dust,but otherwise,he was fine.In fact,his leg wasn't in pain like it was in his dream.

"You didn't save her!"Firefly cried out,his eyes wide in despair.

"Her form wouldn't let me,"Shadestar replied hollowly.

"No!Someone has to go in there and get her!"Echostrike yowled,her tail lashing furiously.

"No,"Dodre woofed,speaking up."Too many rocks are falling.If one of us goes back in,we'll most likely be killed."

"But Vi's glitching!"Skyfire protested."She won't wake up in time!"

"Then I suppose this is a sign Vi is not meant to win the Games,"the brown wolf replied,his eyes staring at their crumbling home.

"So we're just going to leave her?"Burnflight meowed,his voice thick with dismay.

"It should be Shadestar in there,not Vi,"Echostrike growled,fixing her burning blue gaze on him.

Shadestar curled his lips."Why are you blaming this on me?I risked my life to save her!"

"But you didn't!"Skyfire snarled,her fangs glinting in the pale moonlight.

"She was see-through!How was I supposed to?"

"You could have waited and see if she would go back to being completely visible!"

"This is all your fault!"

Dodre howled out for all the commotion to stop."Shut up,all of you.Otherwise,I'll choose who dies alongside Vi,"he threatened,his pale green eyes boring into all of them.

The six remaining O.C.s violently nodded their heads in understanding.They were all startled when an ear-splitting shriek faintly echoed above the cave-in,then slowly turned quieter.A loud thunderclap then lightning followed.The starry face of Vi appeared in the sky.

Shadestar thought he was imagining this,but he was sure he saw Vi gaze warmly at him as if thanking him for trying to save her,then her image faded into the star-filled sky.

These stars mean nothing,Shadestar thought darkly.They don't hold the power of my warrior ancestors.There's probably nobody to guide Vi somewhere to stay now that she's dead.

A shudder trickled along his spine.Because of me...

::Splash's POV::

Splash's eyes widened.Bismuth was dead?And it was because of him?How could that be possible?Sure,the ebony tom had hit the ground hard,but he couldn't have injured him that much!

"No!I would never kill another tribute!Not even if my life depended on it!"he wailed,letting his thoughts pour right out of him.

"Then I guess you won't want to face me,then,"a voice chirped.

Dappleheart and Splash turned their heads around to see a white she-cat with a light blue chest,front paws and tailtip with distinctive markings and blue eyes step out from the shadows.

Splash curled his lips into a snarl,struggling to get to his paws as Dappleheart arched her back and hissed at the strange O.C.

To their surprise,however,the she-cat only let out a small mrow of amusement."I'm only joking!"she purred."You guys are Dappleheart and Splash,aren't you?I'm Skycloud."

"Yes!And how do you know our names?"Splash snarled,trying to sound aggressive.

"We were all at the Reaping,remember?You'd think you'd at least know what I look like."

"Oh...right,"Dappleheart mewed,settling back down.

"So,you guys a team?"Skycloud asked.

"Yes,and we're happy with just the two of us,thank you very much,"Splash growled.

"Alright,then,don't let me get in the way,"Skycloud mewed gently,padding back off into the dark.

"Well that was...strange,"Dappleheart murmured."Anyways,back to Bismuth.Are you sure you didn't kill him?"

"Yes!"Splash snarled in exasperation."How insane do you think I am?"

The white she-cat flinched,clearly hurt."I was just asking!"Dappleheart retorted,her neck hairs bristling.

Curling his lips,Splash bared his fangs."Well,maybe you shouldn't ask me a question you've asked me before!"Limping away from their camp,Splash angrily wandered aimlessly through the dark forest.A loud thunderclap and lightning echoed across the sky as the starry image of a black she-cat with bright yellow and green markings shown in the starry sky.In heartbeats,she faded away.

I bet  she wouldn't annoy the tail out of me,Splash thought bitterly.

As he trudged along the forest,doing his best to take a quick rest every now and then,he kept noticing the familiar scent of a Webkinzluver5 O.C. while picking up the slight smell of smoke.

A fire must've broken out.Splash felt his eyelids droop heavily as he began slipping into sleep.He wasn't even sure how long he had been asleep when he heard the small rustling of undergrowth.Doing his best to ignore it,he flatted his ears against his head.A small prod in the side finally roused him up.As the tri-colored Aussie groggily got to his paws,he saw a hazy image a brown wolf with light tan bangs and orange eyes.When his vision finally cleared,he realized he was looking straight at the face of Alex.

"Alex.What are you doing here?"he barked,his speech slurred by sleep as he gaped his jaws in a huge yawn.

"I was looking for the other Webkinzluver5 O.C.'s after Midstrip died,"he replied.

"Midstrip's dead?"Splash hadn't watched last night's deaths,so he had no idea was dead and who was still alive.

"You didn't watch the deaths?"

Splash shook his head.

"Bismuth,Angelfeather,Comet,Midstrip and Vi are dead,"Alex woofed,his gaze darkening.

"But I heard six thunderclaps,"Splash argued."Who's the sixth dead tribute?"

A long pause that seemed to last forever happened before Alex spoke again."Hazeleyes,"he murmured so quietly the Aussie could barely even hear it.

"No!"Splash howled out loudly."She can't be!The Games have barely started!"

"Try telling that to Feather and the five other tributes,"Alex snorted.

The ground seemed to sway under Splash.Overwhelming guilt washed over him.Suddenly,he felt incredibly bad about leaving Dappleheart last night."We need to find Dappleheart,"he said finally,trying to push back his thoughts and forcing his voice not to crack.

"Where is she?"

"We had a bit of an argument and I..."The Aussie trailed off before continuing."I just...walked out.I didn't give her a chance."

Alex's gaze was warm."Well,let's go give her that chance."

Nodding,Splash followed his scent trail the best he could the way back to the temporary camp he and Dappleheart had set up the day before.A loud screeching and yowling nearly made him jump three feet in the air as he realized the horrible sounds were coming from the direction he and Alex were heading in.

Putting on a burst of speed,Splash ignored the small pain that shot up through his injured leg as he raced along the forest floor,still trying to follow back his scent,Alex trailing right behind him.When they emerged out from the bushes and undergrowth,Splash's belly churned in dismay.

Dappleheart was locked in battle with a small silver tabby she-cat who was battling furiously with her.The white she-cat swung her paw across the tabby's forehead,making the smaller she-cat let out a pained cry as blood tricked into her eyes as she blindly swiped her paws at thin air.

Racing forward,Splash let out an angry snarl as he pounced on the silver tabby,landing squarely on her shoulders.Digging his sharp teeth into her scruff,the she-cat struggled to roll over onto her back.When she finally did,Splash felt the air knocked out of him as she refused to get off of him.The weight finally lifted when Alex thrust his head forward and threw the she-cat into the air.

Splash got to his paws just in time to see the silver tabby she-cat plummet back to the ground.She would've hit hard if Alex hadn't luckily caught her by scruff.

The Aussie's heart caught in his throat when he realized the wolf was digging horrifyingly deep into her neck.A small crack was heard then a pained shriek that ended in a small gurgle as the tabby she-cat's diamond blue eyes slowly became glassy and blood poured from her neck.A loud thunderclap sounded,followed by lightning.

Alex killed her!

::Alex's POV::

*THREE POVS IN ONE CHAPTER WHAAAAAAAAAT .O. *blows air horn for five minutes while wearing big earphones*

Dread rippled through Alex as he quickly released the limp body of the small silver tabby.

"No!I've killed her!And it wasn't even on purpose!"he wailed,his howl thick with grief and shame.

"Silverpaw!Silverpaw!!Where are you?!"a voice howled in the distance.

Alex shot a quick glance at the small,crippled body of the tabby she-cat.That must have been Silverpaw,he thought grimly.

Heartbeats later,a light electric blue she-wolf with light blue,blue and white markings came rushing into the clearing.When she saw the limp body of Silverpaw on the ground next to Alex,she instantly became hostile."You killed her!"she snarled."Now I'm going to make you all suffer the same way she did!"

Cliff HANGERS .D. I'm su sorreh ;A; I've become su evil... *curls up in corner and rocks back and forth* ;;A;; Anyways... o3o I've now thought of a new idea! :D DON'T WORRY IT WON'T EFFECT THE FANFIC.After the entire story if completed,I'm going to do The O.C. Hunger Games BLOOPERS! :D Yaaaay! .D. *throws more chicken and biscuits for everyone* This isn't TECHNICALLY a show,but it would still be fun to do. XD After THAT'S done,I'll also make a Truth or Dare with Windtail and Acefoot! .D. I'm getting su inspired ;O;
