Ryou Kosta also known as "Timberwolf" is also one of the seven main wizards in the Nova Saints. "Ryou" which means "cool, refreshing and distant" in Japanese is the personality that he has himself. Despite him being distant he is a good contributor to the Nova Saints. He also has a very good and long-term friendship with fellow Nova Saint member and fellow wolf mage Kiara Winters which began when Kiara was captured by evil and sinister wizards and would've departed if Ryou wasn't there for her. After her rescue a young Ryou and Kiara ended up in the town of Columbia and eventually joined the Nova Saints together after Master Allura, Master of the Nova Saints found them wandering around the town. Ryou soon grew up to be known as Timberwolf because of his hard work and his growth within the Nova Saints.
