Jaylenes Pov

i caried grace down a narrow hallway while sam and alex followed with shanen. i felt grace pulse every once and a while, i kept getting slower and slower.

"guys we need to hurry and find some medical equipment. Fast."Sam could detect the growing worry in my voice. Mostly because I never really worry about things. But this, this was serious.

"Jay what's wrong." fudge she figured out.

"Noting why?"

"im not stupid and she is one of my best friends so you have to tell me." she started crying, she knew what was wrong. Alex ,who was behind me was quietly crying while holding shanen. i wasn't going to cry not now, we have to make it they cant die not now.

"Why do you want me to say it! You already know!" Just them a flash of smoke rose up behind sam.

"Perfect now we can fight. Your all completly broken!" it was mage. she was laughing histerically.

"Im gona kill you!" sam lunged with the bloody sword that has been in her hand most of the time we where in tennese. but instead of hitting her everything went black for a split second. When i was able to see again we where in a long, white room, well not for long, and i bet a fight was going to start any minute now.

"guys back up, NOW!" mage was running twords us, so i pushed alex out of the way and we ran to a far side of the room.

Sams POV

mage lunged twords me with an awesome samuri sword that i really wanted but since mage touched it will one day rot in a huge pile of burning junk. i held my sword straight and waited for the one split second i could hit mage. i slashed her arm and moved to my right. Mage ran into the now pink/red padded wall behind me with her arm covered in blood.

"you little brat your going to die so why fight me?" i looked at her in shock. Obviously she has no clue who i am and what hapoens when myou mess with my friends.

"Ha thats funny. You do know that no one has lived after trying to kill me and my friends right." i thought to myself all exept jake that is. she glared at me, she was about to attack again when she did the most unexpeted thing ever.

Delaney's POV

i woke up to a loud noise like a piece of metal falling on the ground. i bolted up remembering my near death and. and. and the sight of grace being killed by sam. Hot tears started to fall down face when i realized that a girl i met seven months ago had died hours maybe even minutes ago.

"delaney your finally awake. oh you saw didnt you." my brother sat down by my uncomfortable pallet. all i could do was nod my head. i looked at my surrounding a cold gray room with three of the same pallets i was on. the only people in the room where me, my brother, and isac. Isac was in a corner crying so hard im surprised it didnt wake me earlier. I heard a loud sceam from above us and it sounded like mage.
