A couple of days have passed and it was finally the day of April's wedding, everyone continued setting up but it never felt right without Leah.

"You look pretty aunty!"

"Aww, thank you kiddo!" April smiled as she looked in the mirror, she was staring at her mermaid tail strapless wedding dress.

"You look good April, wait until your new husband sees" Karai teased.

"Oh hush!" She giggled but then stared at her phone, "I wish Leah was here to see this.."

"I know.. I know" she inhaled deeply and sighed. "I did a little something.. you know how there's some dead family members that you wanted to be at your wedding and they put pictures in empty seats, reserving them just for them?"

"I... I would love that" April started tearing up but Karai stopped her from crying.

"Hey, hey, you can cry after your wedding, okay?"

"O-Okay" April gently wiped her tears as Haley stormed in.

"Okay! It's startin' soon, come on!!" Haley shouted, wearing a long red dress.

"We're coming hothead! Are you ready?"

"Yeah! Let's do this!" April smiled and placed the veil over her head.

"Come on"

The guys were in their seats, waiting for April to walk down as they started staring at the groom.

"Hmm"

"He's kinda skinny," Raph said, causing Mikey to slap his arm.

"Well, at least he's not like you!"

"Oh shut up!"

"Make me, hothead!"

"Boys!!" Haley whispered and shouted at them.

"Yes Haley?"

"Mind shutting up?! She's about to walk"

"Okay!"

Everyone turned around in their seats and smiled as they saw April walking down with her father.

"Aww"

"Well, look at her" The team smiled at their friend, she waved at them subtly as she made it to the front.

"Wow"

An hour went by and April and her new husband, Ryan were eating cake at the sweetheart table while everyone else was either dancing or eating.

"Hey honey?"

"Hmm?"

"You wanna dance? I haven't seen you dance in a while hotshot"

"I don't know, babe! I'm a little rusty"

"Please baby"

Haley sighed then smiled as she nodded her head, she stood up and held his hand as Raph started dancing with her. His brothers stood behind and watched as both Raph and Karai danced with their lovers.

"Lucky.."

"You know what father always said, "When you lose a loved one, don't forget that someday you will see them again... In a different place.." Didn't think it would be this hard..."

"Dad always knew what to say... How are you holding up, Leo?"

"I'm doing better... I just keep expecting to see her everytime I walk into the kitchen" Leo chuckled sadly, "Leah was just a little girl... She shouldn't have had to go through this"

"We'll find her and when we do, we're all gonna help her, okay?"

"Okay.. I just wished we were all dancing with our lovers"

"I know.. ooh, Is Coral okay?" Mikey pointed at Coral who was crying.

"I don't know... Coral?" Leo tapped her shoulder.

"Yes?'

"Are you alright? You're crying"

"What?" Coral touched her face and realized she was crying, "Oh no..."

"What is it?"

"She's here..." Coral ran outside and she saw Blue Diamond standing there, in her dark blue coat that covered her entire face, "No.... EVERYONE GET OUT NOW!"

"What's wrong?!"

"JUST HURRY!" A giant blue aura touched Coral causing her eyes to go blank.

"Coral?"

Blue Diamond walked closer, tears streaming down her face.

"This... is the planet, he cared about so much..."

"Who is she talking about?"

"He was killed on your planet... You all must suffer for it." Blue tried to throw a weapon but Coral blocked it with her spear, "Oh... Coral C-23. Does every gem that touches this planet turn traitor?!"

"Only the ones that care about human life!"

"Coral, who is that?"

"Blue Diamond, of the leaders of HomeWorld... The gem who created me for Queen Novo"

"Oh"

"We have to leave now-!" Multiple gems started invading the reception, causing mass panic.

"No!" The adults pulled out their weapons and started fighting each gems but the teenagers didn't have their weapons with them.

"Crap!"

"Coral, Casey, Nightshade, April, Ryan, Haley! Take the kids out of here, get their weapons NOW!" Leo shouted, proofing some gems.

"Sir, you cannot expect us to leave you here!" Coral shouted, knocking over some gems.

"We have a plan, go!"

"Fine, kids, come on!"

The turtles and Karai stayed behind while the other adults and the teenagers tried running to the shell-raiser but Blue Diamond used her powers to knock it over, making it non-workable.

"Sh**, now what?"

"The sewers, come on!"

"We're coming!"

Ryan stared in disgust as everyone climbed down into the sewers.

"You guys can't be serious!"

"Unless you wanna get tortured by gems, stay up there"

"Alright, but you're gonna have to do some explaining later"

"I know, honey! Just come down" Ryan climbed down after them, there were two tunnels.

"So.. which way?"

"Left, it will lead us to the lair!" Aubrey pointed at one tunnel while Remus pointed to the other.

"What about the others?"

"We can find them after we get our gear!"

"That'll take too long!"

"You are taking too long, arguing with me!"

"Oh isn't that obv-!" Remus started, then a portal opened, separating him from the others.

Everyone gasped as two gem guards walked out of the portal and started attacking them.

"Oh no"

Aubrey got shot in her forearm, causing her to scream in pain.

"Aubrey!"

Aubrey fell into Casey's arms, this caused Remus to pull out his feather shaped knives, banging them together.

"I'll lead them away, take them back to the lair!"

"Mussy, we can't leave you too!"

"Just go! I'll be fine!"

"I don't like this, Aunt April"

".. I don't either, let's go" April said, having flashbacks to when the Kranng first invaded.

The teenagers and the adults made it to the lair, they grabbed their weapons and finally were able to text Phillip, Tony, and Nymph.

"Why did you freeze when Aubrey said, she didn't like this, honey?"

".. because this entire situation happened before"

"... Really?"

"Yeah.. kids, are you in the mood for a fun story?"

"No, we gotta go out there and find everyone else! Leah if we have a chance"

"Yeah, but we need a meet up spot"

"The restaurant on 57th street, send a text to them now!"

"Alright, alright"

"Hurry!" Ray looked at the lair, then grabbed her sai's.

"We're coming hot head!"

Leah was running in the streets of New York, attacking any gem that came close to her but this only drew the attention of Metal and her minions who were watching her from above.

"Are we going to grab her now?"

"No, lead her to the Wolf Motel. That is where her grandfather died as well as her mother, she will fall there." Metal grinned evilly as she walked to the motel.

Gems kept blocking Leah's way, causing her to run up the wall onto the roof of the wolf motel, she laid down, out of breath and weak.

"Can I attack now"

"Go, make her suffer Anton."

"Gladly"

Leah looked up and saw Anton, she growled as she fought him as he tried attacking her.

Back with the others

"Phillip, where are you going?"

"I need to find Denny, last time I checked, he's still at school but with all this happening, I don't know where he is!"

"You go Phillip, We have to find Remus" Lena sat down at an empty table.

"Alright"

"Come back safe" Angelina said as she hugged him tightly.

"I will"

"You better"

"I will, I will"

Phillip got on his skateboard and skated away from them, a few moments went by as Remus ran into the restaurant.

"Where have you been dumba$$?!"

"I saw White Diamond... She's huge!"

"You what?!" The teens and adults minus Ryan shouted.

"I think we missed a few steps, you wanna explain all of that?!"

"She's the head Diamond, she brainwashed the military!"

"Well, sh**! Now what?"

"Well.. the only choice I can think of left, is leaving"

"Aunt April is right, we go back to the lair, get our essential items, find everyone else, then get out of town." Ray explained as Leah was thrown in the front window.

"Lele?!"

Leah was knocked out cold, she was bleeding and bruised, barely breathing as it is.

"Oh no.."

"This is your last chance. Come out and I'll make your ends swift."

"It's Anton!"

"And I doubt he's alone, so we need to go"

"Everyone out the back exit, hopefully the others will catch up soon"

"On it!"

Everyone started sneaking out the back exit, meanwhile Metal was leaving the wolf motel when she saw Leo, Raph, Mikey, and Karai in the lobby.

"Well, what a wonderful surprise"

"Where is my daughter, Metal. I know you have her." Leo growled as he held onto his katanas.

"Oh, you mean precious Leah, who's now a monster.. nope, haven't seen her"

"Oh, you're lying. Tell me."

"Oh... poor thing, I took her away just like I took your wife away!" Metal started laughing, "Isn't that ironic?! In the same place her mother died!"

"No.. she's not.."

"Metal, do you have any idea what you have done?!" Karai yelled, as Metal lunged at the first attack.

"Of course I know what I did! And I don't care!"

"I guess everyone was right, you no longer have a heart..."

"Oh please, you always thought you were daddy's favorite! You are just like me!"

"I was like you! But I grew up! You didn't."

"You always thought you deserved happiness, anything that you hated you left behind! Like your daughter for example! She finally decides to let you in her life but guess what she still hates you! So why do you keep pushing everyone?! I'll tell you why because you are a villain and will always be the villain-!" Karai punched her in the face which caused her to slam into the wall.

"Guess I finally struck a nerve"

"Because I hit you?"

"No, because you are in my trap!" The floor underneath Karai, Leo, Mikey, and Raph caved in under them.

"Dah!!"

Metal walked to the edge and grinned evilly until she heard a cursed form Donnie run through the wall, picked her up and started swinging her around.

"Oh, another freak, maybe I can-!" Before she could continue, Donnie threw her into another wall and looked down where his siblings were.

Donnie lowered his tail, allowing them to use it to climb out.

"Perfect timing Donnie"

Donnie growled in response, they realized they didn't have any elixir on them.

"Crap"

"We have to get him to the lair, the curse is only gonna get worse if he doesn't take it-!" They froze as they heard Donnie roar in pain as Metal stabbed him in the leg, causing him to fall through the floor.

"Donnie!!"

"Look what you made me do, Karai. I got his blood all over me, you are so protective of your "real siblings" and yet you are so careless with your fake ones!"

"I, didn't make you do anything"

"No... But you are the reason why everyone has died, Why have I left you alone all these years."

"I wonder the same thing"

Metal growled and attacked the four of them, the fight continued leading into the sewers where not so far everyone was at the lair, getting their essential items.

"Okay, find one thing you all wanna take, we find the others and get out of here"

Ray had all her stuff but she was in Leah's room, grabbing some clothes, her weapons, then she stared at Captain Ryan in his cage, cuddling with Leah's hair clip.

".. come on, let me get you out of there"

Captain Ryan perked up, holding the hair clip in his mouth.

"Don't bite me"

Captain Ryan crawled into the duffel bag with the hair clip, this made Ray shuttered but she grabbed his cage and some food.

"Ray, you ready?"

"Coming!" Ray walked out of the room as Aubrey was in her room, grabbing books, clothes, her medical kit and some elixir for Donnie.

"Bunty?"

"A year ago, I never would've believed if someone told me I had to have a family and live here but now... I have to leave all over again"

".. do you need a hug?"

"I just want my home back"

"Mm.."

Aubrey hugged Tony for comfort, he hugged back but that is when Aubrey started sensing the turtles nearby.

"What is it?"

"I sense them, Aunt Karai... Uncle Raph, Mikey, Leo! They're close!"

"Alright, let's go"

Aubrey and Tony ran out of the lair, this caused the others to follow after them in confusion.

"Where are y'all going?!"

"I can sense them nearby! They're close, I can feel it!"

"Alright!"

They heard shouting through a tunnel, they ran through it to see Raph and Mikey knocked out by Metal as she was fighting Karai and Leo.

"Oh my"

"You are beneath me turtle." Metal slammed Leo in the ground and stomped on his shell.

"Ow!"

Metal was about to strike down on him when Karai jumped on her back, in serpent form.

"Get off him!" She hissed and tried to bite her.

Metal slammed Karai against the wall, repeatedly until she was knocked out cold.

"Mother!"

Leo looked up and saw the teens, he smiled sadly, "Okay, kids? I'm gonna be gone and we don't know when we'll be back, Coral take care of them and remember to feed Captain Ryan"

"No you won't! Get up!"

"Make sure the kids stay on track with their training, Casey.... Nightshade, help Coral and April with whatever they need.... It's time for you guys to have your next adventure without us..."

"But.. we don't know what we're gonna do tomorrow"

"Isn't that exciting?" Leo smiled sadly as he turned around, Trying to give Metal the final blow.

"No!"

"Stop it! Pop-Sicle woke up!"

"Pops, get up!"

"Uncle Raph! Uncle Mikey! Help him!" Aubrey tried to use her powers to bend the bars but it wasn't working.

"Now, who shall I end first? How about.. you"

Leo was bloody up and bruised, Metal punched him in the stomach hearing his ribs crack, this made her grin.

"Ow!!"

Metal punched him again and again until he was knocked out completely, barely breathing.

"You all are next!!"

Metal dragged him over to Mikey and Raph, she proceeded to push the three of them into the sewage pipe.

"Now watch as you precious parents go"

Metal turned on the water and closed her eyes as she heard everyone scream their names as they were swept away by the sewage.

".. kids we gotta go"

"You... You are a monster!" Light was pulling on the bars, screaming as Metal dragged Karai away.

"Light! Light, come on"

"That's my mother! My mother, you b**ch!" April had to pull Light away as she sobbed in tears.

"Hey, hey, come on"

The adults dragged the kids into a crummy old van and drove around, waiting for Phillip to show up.

".. what about grandma, Ray?"

"I tried looking for her, when I was at my apartment I checked the hospital... she was nowhere to be found"

"Oh.."

A few moments went by and they heard someone banging on the side of the van.

Casey stopped the van and opened the door, he saw Phillip, holding Denny in his hands.

"Get in"

Phillip and Denny crawled inside as Casey started the car, driving up state.

"Where are we going now?"

"The old farmhouse.. remember Casey?"

"Yeah.."

"I can't believe that.... I lost the only man that could survive her legacy"

"We'll be okay.. right?"

"For the first time in my life, I have no idea Dunce-Face" Ray let Sera lay on her side while Aubrey wrapped Leah in a blanket.

".. you said this happened before, Aunt April?"

"Yeah, Remus... It was a long time ago, surprisingly it's how we met your mom, Sera"

"Heh, yeah... Lovey was the guardian of the forest or that's what the local humans called her" Haley held onto Ray.

".. can you tell us that story?"

"Well.. we're gonna be on the road for a while so.. sure, Casey, you wanna help?"

"Yeah, it was after the kraang invasion, we spent a couple months at the farmhouse and Mikey was bored one day"

"And when Mikey gets bored, that's dangerous! So he decided to go out into the forest"

"He was walking around the forest near the lake when he heard a voice shout, "Who are you? And why do you disturb the forest at its peak of beauty!" He looked up and saw Lovey in the tree, she was wearing a leaf inspired dress"

"Didn't he just stare at her for a few minutes and called her pretty?"

"Yeah, he made Lovey throw a giant flower at him"

"Aww"

"She climbed down the tree and started running away from him but she got caught in a bear trap"

"He helped her out of the bear trap, they looked into each other's eyes and.. that's about when they fell for each other"

"Mikey picked her up and carried her to the farmhouse, where we wrapped her leg up and gave her some actual clothes"

"And every day after, they couldn't stay away from each other for too long.. I think there were a few times when Leo had to separate them"

"You think? There were times Michelangelo wouldn't train because he wanted to see how she made a new flower."

"Oh yeah! After a while, he finally told her how he felt in the most ridiculous way possible!"

"Oh god, how could we forget?! That dork wanted to make her feel like a goddess!" Haley chuckled.

"What did he do?"

"He first made her favorite dinner, then he proceeded to shower the living room in flowers while April wrapped a tie around his neck, then kicked everyone out of the farmhouse"

"Then after he kicked all of us out, we could hear him singing cheesy romantic songs to her then it got quiet.. disturbingly quiet"

"I then snuck back inside, only to find the two lovebirds kissing"

"Could've been worse, Sera could've been born a couple months later if we didn't find them"

"True!"

"They still were inseparable after that, almost every moment after that were movie nights, cuddle sessions, and late forest runs, it was adorable yet made everyone wanna throw up"

"So basically it's how the Chump and Nymph are?"

"Yeah, except more wholesome and Lovey would hibernate in the winter"

"Aww"

"Yeah, we have so much more stories to tell y'all" Haley looked down and saw the teenagers dead asleep.

Another 30 minutes passed and they pulled up to the farm house.

"Well, this is deja vu" Haley sighed as she stuck her head out the window.

"Mmm hmm, wanna wake them up or not?"

"Let's just get Leah into a swimsuit and into the tub, someone open the door"

"I got it," Casey said, getting out of the driver's seat and opening the side of the van.

Haley picked up Leah and started carrying her into the farmhouse, April unlocked the door and Ryan led them to the bathroom.

"Can you turn the water on?"

"Yeah" Ryan turned on the tub water and left the room as Nightshade closed the door, leaving April, Haley, and Coral to change Leah into a swimsuit.

"The water will help her heal faster.. we should go"

"Is it alright if I stay with her, Ms.O'Neil and Haley?"

"Yeah, that's perfectly fine"

Haley and April left the room while Coral stayed, staring at Leah's unconscious body.

"Kids, we're here"

"Huh?" Remus woke up with Nymph on top of him, half awake.

"Mmm?"

"Come on, it's late and you guys should get to bed"

"Alright"

All the teens walked into the house and into the guest rooms, the adults were fixing the lights and kitchen when they heard crying from the living room.

"Huh?"

They all saw Coral on the couch, crying her eyes out.

"Coral?"

"I'm going crazy.... I'm right back where I saw 15 years ago.... A lost gem, no master.... No family"

"You have us.. we're gonna be okay"

"I can't go through this again... I lost everyone"

"No you didn't, Leah's still here, we're right here"

"Red makes a point, we know you don't have Leo or Novo here, but you still have Leah, sure, she's injured but you still have her"

"Promise me you will help me, I can't do this alone"

"We promise"

In the guest bedrooms

Remus was sharing a room with Phillip, Tony, and Denny. Denny was already asleep and Tony was staring out the window.

"You okay Tony?"

"I'm just thinking, my father is probably mutated by now"

".. my mom might be too"

"Same with ours, I know the girls are worried about their loved ones"

"Mmm hmm"

"Phillip, what happened to your father?"

".. what do you mean Tony?"

"You never spoke of him, only your mother"

".."

"You don't have to tell us"

".. before me and Denny were born, my dad is a drunk, has always been a drunk and will always be one.. mom had a bad day, so she went to a bar, she met him over a few drinks, the next morning, they were in the same bed"

"Oh...I see"

"That's not even the bad part, skip a few weeks and mom finds out she's pregnant with me, her and dad were a thing and he stayed, up until I was born, he left the hospital and disappeared for.. about seven years, in between those seven years, mom got fired because and I quote "she's been stealing, be lucky we aren't throwing you in prison!"

"Oh..."

".. I assume it gets worse?"

"Yup, he came back on my birthday, actually threw me a fun party and invited a lot of my classmates from school.. just so I didn't hear him.. and mom.. a few more weeks passed, mom's pregnant with Denny, the same thing happened, he disappeared when all three of us were in the hospital.. calling him nothing but a mistake"

"Phillip, you don't have to feel this alone"

"Heh.. I've felt like that for the past eight years, I'm okay you two"

"Just let us know when you need help"

"I will, nigh-!"

"Goodnight, I will stay up," Tony continued, staring at the window.

With the girls

Sera, Aubrey, and Nymph were asleep as Ray and Lena stayed awake.

"Why are you still up?"

"Couldn't sleep, to busy thinking"

"About what?"

"My pop's.... I've never seen him like that before..."

"Oh.."

"I miss him..."

"Hey, we'll get him back"

"We better"
