A month has gone by, everyone was on the verge of giving up on Leah and Andrew until one day.

"Come on Chump, just ask her!"

"Yeah, the worst thing she can do is say no!" Sera said, then got elbowed in the ribs by Ray.

"Alright, alright!"

"Do it!!"

"I'm going, I'm going!" Remus said and started walking over to Nymph. "Hey honey"

"Hey baby, what's up?"

"Not much, um.. Is it okay if I could.. spend the night at your place?"

"Of course! We can rent some movies if you want"

"Yeah, that'll be fun!"

"How wonderful!!" Nymph smiled and hugged him tightly, kissing his cheek.

"Ack!" He snickered, hugging back and kissing her cheek.

Ray gagged slightly while Sera gasped in awe, meanwhile with Phillip and Angelina.

"Are we going to the park again?"

"Yes, we can get some ice cream and have Denny play in the park!"

"Yeah"

"Yay! I can try climbing the monkey bars again!"

"Please be careful Denny!!"

"Take it easy!" Angelina giggled as she and Phillip sat down on a nearby bench with some other parents.

"This is nice, huh?"

"Yes, I just... wish Andrew was here to see this"

"I know.. But he probably wouldn't approve of me being your boyfriend" he chuckled.

"He's always been dramatic" She giggled and rested her head on his shoulder.

"I'll bet" he smiled, wrapped his arm around her and watched Denny play with other kids.

"He's adorable" They heard an older woman say, she was sitting next to them.

"Excuse me?"

"You're son, he's adorable!"

"I.. um"

"Oh, he's not our son! It's his younger brother" Angelina giggled, quite flattered but confused meanwhile Phillip was as red as a tomato.

"Oh, well.. You three would make such a wonderful family"

"Aww, thank you so much"

Meanwhile with Lena and April

"Where are we going?"

"Just a quick errand, now... why did you dye your hair?" April gestured to her white hair with pink tips.

"Because I wanted to, are you taking me to get my hair dyed white?"

"No exactly" April lifted her head up and they were at child protective services, "I'm here to sign some papers for me to be your foster mother"

"What?"

"Surprise" She smiled then immediately noticed that Lena was crying but tears of joy. "Are you okay?"

"I'm... so damn happy... f**k, I'm sorry!" Lena tried to wipe her tears but all she did was mess up her pink eye shadow.

"Hey, Hey, it's okay! It's okay!"

Lena hugged April tightly, this caused April to smile and hug back.

"Lets go"

"O-Okay" Lena smiled and followed after her into the building.

Aubrey was in the lab, working on the diamond's portal, Ray and Sera were in the lab with her but they were looking at photos of them with Leah.

"Are you two still helping or.."

"What would help if you used your special powers to find her! What's the point of us sitting here while she's up there... scared. Alone..." Ray looked down and leaned against a closet door.

"Ray.. I don't know how I can use my powers to find her! I barely know anything about my powers!"

"Then this is why WE F**KING ASK QUESTIONS!" Ray growled and slammed the closet door, causing it to open and an old communicator fell out.

"Dah!! Ray!!"

"Sh**"

Sera crawled over to it and picked it up. It was a cat-shaped tamagotchi that was pink and had the letter "L" on the back.

"Ooh, it's pretty!"

"What even is it?"

"It's a tamagotchi! Pop-sicle has one in his room but orange" Sera pressed the on button and there was a bunch of heart emojis, "Aww"

"Ooh"

"Maybe we can find out who it is-!" The diamond's portal started glowing and it opened.

"What the?!"

"The portal activated, leading into their home!" Aubrey looked into her computer, "The air is toxic, so use these!" Aubrey handed them and put on a ventilator mask.

"Shouldn't we grab Mus?"

"It's too late, he's already at Nymph's-!" Aubrey tried to explain but Sera had already jumped in.

"Sera!!"

Aubrey froze as Ray grabbed her sai's and was about to jump in after her, "Wait! The environment could be toxic-!"

Ray already ran after Sera, shouting "Nerdette, come on!"

"Oh... Leah, when will you come back?" Aubrey mumbled and jumped after her.

"Dork!! Where'd you go?!"

"Oh my!" Aubrey gasped in awe, as they landed on a floating platform that was leading into a main crystal city.

They looked around, there were buildings made out of crystal. 1000s of different types of gems, flying or riding platforms and a giant crystal palace at the end of the city.

"Damn"

"Stay down!" Aubrey jumped on top of Ray making them fall into a cargo hold.

"Dah!! What was that for Nerdette?!"

"There was security, they were scanning each platform!"

"Oh"

"How will we find Serafina here? It's huge!"

"I dunno, start screaming her name and hope she hears us!"

"Oh that is smart, we are in enemy territory and if Leah was here, she would tell us to stay in the shadows!"

"Well Leah ain't here!"

Aubrey gasped and she leaned back a little, this hit Ray like a truck.

"Neither is Serafina."

".. right"

"We never got along, huh? We were always pushing each other... to impress our fathers"

"Yeah.. we were"

"But now a year has gone by since we first met... We've changed but not together..."

"Maybe we should fix that"

"How? You can control fire while I don't even know what I am"

"We'll figure something out"

"Okay... This cargo is supposed to stop somewhere, we just have to wait and see-!" The ship stopped quickly, making Ray and Aubrey slam face first into the wall.

"Ow!!"

"Guess it stopped..." The two climbed out and they realized they were in the crystal palace, they walked around until they found an all black room.

"I wonder what's in here"

Aubrey looked up and nearly screamed in horror as she saw multiple gem shards in different containers floating around in the world, the gems... they were dead.

"O..kay, let's leave!"

"G-Good idea" They tried to get to the door when it opened, so they ran behind a curtain, they saw a woman about Yellow Diamond's size but she had light blue skin, she was wearing a long dark blue dress, with long dark blue hair, her eyes had bags underneath and they were dark blue with diamond shape pupils.

"Blue! This is no time to be crying, we made a deal with Mistress Metal and you know how White will get if we don't hold our end of the deal."

"I know.."

"Ugh, why must you care about those ridiculous mortals?! Those filthy creatures will thank us for transforming their world!"

"I don't think they would.."

"You shouldn't care about anyone else's lives. I don't and look where I am"

"That's not how you were before-!"

"Enough. We don't speak of him, he left this home and he suffered greatly for it."

"I don't think he did! Come on Yellow-!"

"Blue... enough, that world... Earth will transform in less than 72 hours. I expect you to lead your army alongside me and White. Am. I. Clear."

".. Yes Yellow"

"Alright, now let's leave this room. It gives me... memories."

"Okay.."

The two diamonds left the room, finally giving Aubrey and Ray a chance to breathe.

"Well, there's tension"

"They lost someone, like us... Maybe we can help th-!"

"Aubrey, the only one that could be willing to help us, is Blue! And if you read the room, she's kinda stuck listening to her older.. Sister.."

"She's trying to protect her like how... Leah tried to protect us"

"Yeah.."

"Let's find Sera, she must be close by"

"Yeah.. lets hope"

The two snuck out of the room and past the guards where they saw a giant laboratory, they had the plans to transform the Earth by.... Taking the life from it.

".. ya know how you felt like you were gonna throw up when you saw the dead gems?"

"Yeah..."

"You might've thought a little too soon"

"They are going to take life from plants, animals, even people! They are going to use it as a fuel source for their people"

"Yeah.."

"Hey!" A guard caught Ray and Aubrey and pointed a gun at them, "Hands up, now."

"What now Ray?"

"We just... Gotta attack-!" The two saw a nunchuck go through the guard, causing them to poof and his jasper gem fell to the floor and they saw Sera with ripped up clothes and a gem inspired hat.

"Sera?!"

"Hey girls! Follow me!!" Sera started running towards a wall.

"Where are you going?!"

"Come on!!"

Ray gave Aubrey a look that said she can't be serious. Aubrey shrugged and ran after her.

"Oh great." They followed Sera straight to the wall and found a secret room.

"So.. what's this room?"

"I found this a couple of days ago, I've been staying here and spying on the diamond's!"

"Days?! Sera, we just got here!"

"Clearly time manages differently here, that is probably why Yellow said 72 hours in this time it's three days but ours must be longer!"

"Ah"

"So you heard about the invasion well, I got more than that! They made a deal with Metal, saying they will hand Leah over to her if she helps with the invasion!"

"What?!"

"That is probably why we haven't been able to find her! Because they have her"

"Oh no.."

"We gotta stop them! Leah needs to come home!"

"Yeah, but how? And if they have her here.. where would she be?"

"In the dungeon! That's where they keep all the rouge gems and any enemies"

"Well, since you're so smart, where's the dungeon then?"

"Glad you ask, Ray! Follow me!" Sera ran through a different wall.

"Oh god"

The two girls followed Sera until they made it to the dungeon, there were multiple bubbles floating around with different types of gems in each of them, but one of the bubbles had Leah in her komodo dragon form, sleeping peacefully.

"Tada!"

"There she is! Aubrey, try and use your powers to get her down!" Ray pointed at the bubble Leah was in.

"I-i'll try"

Aubrey used her powers to pull the bubble closer to them when the lights turned on and it was Blue Diamond standing in the doorway.

"O-oh no"

"Oh... You want your friend back...? You can't have her"

"And why not?!"

"She belongs to us now... Just. Like. You!" Blue burst into tears causing a blue aura to form, she sprayed a fountain of water at them.

"Hey, hey! We know how it feels to lose a family member.."

"You know... Do you know how he died..."

".. no we don't.. but we know what it's like to miss someone that you can't bring back"

"You don't know... What it is like to hear them die... BY THEIR OWN SWORD!" Blue started balling in tears, making the aura grow stronger.

"Yeah, we don't! But we don't wanna feel like that anymore, just like you probably don't wanna feel so sad either!"

"I suppose... But I cannot help you, If anyone asks... I'm not even in this room" Blue wiped her tears and walked out of the room, snapping her finger allowing Leah's bubble to pop.

"Lele!"

Leah looked at them and hissed as she ran around the room, setting off any alarm.

"Leah, wait! Please! God, the one time Remus isn't here!"

Guards came storming into the room and attacking the four girls, Sera accidentally fell onto a button which opened the portal to New York which allowed Leah to run through it.

"Lele! Please!"

"Sera!! Focus!"

"Alright, alright!"

"We have to stop this before they finish their plans!"

"Yeah, come with me!"

The three girls closed the portal door and followed Sera to a different room.

"Well, what are we doing here?"

"This is their control room! White Diamond controls everything from here!"

"Well, we heard White Diamond is worse than the other two, is she even here?"

"How about we don't speculate and let Nerdette figure out how to slow down their controls?"

"Yeah, Go ahead, A!" Aubrey walked over to the control center and slowly started figuring out how to stop it.

As she started to struggle, instead of trying to slow down the invasion process, she set off an alarm.

"Oh no!"

"Damn it!!"

"Crap!!"

"Dunce Face, stay focus! No matter what, stick together!" Ray pulled out her sai's.

"Okay!"

Sera pulled out her nunchucks and the two girls started fighting the guards as Aubrey tried shutting down all assessments to the invasion.
