A couple of weeks passed and Leah has been growing more curious, she has a strange feeling that her mother's past would help her in the near future.

Coral was dancing ballet in the dojo, in her own thoughts when she had this terrible vision of a siren that had Novo's royal blue eyes.

"NO!" She screamed, alerting everyone.

"Coral?!"

Coral fell on her stomach, drenched in sweat and she gasped for air.

"Coral, what's wrong?!"

"She's coming... I can feel her! She's coming...."

"Coral? What's wrong?" Leah walked into the room, with the other teenagers.

"N-Nothing Novo... I mean, Leah!" Coral covered her mouth and then ran out of the dojo, with the others following after her.

"Coral, your visions are getting worse! You need to talk to us about it"

"No! It's my problem not yours" Coral explained, as she grabbed her bag and jacket, as she ran out of the lair.

20 minutes later

Coral was walking through the streets of New York, thinking about her past.

"I haven't seen them since I was young and foolish... They couldn't possibly show up now! I mean, they stopped looking after that night..." Coral mumbled, trying to make sense of her visions when she realized something.

"What if... They never stopped looking at all..." The thought of that scared her more than anything.

"No, Don't think like that!" She sat down on the bench and leaned back, thinking.

"They care about me but would they still care if they knew why I stayed with them all these years..." She thought as she closed her eyes.

Flashback

A younger version of Coral chased after a younger version Novo, trying to get her to wear a nice seashell dress.

"Princess, please! You have to wear this at the gala tonight" Coral shouted, as she swam after the young princess.

"No, Coral! I don't want to sit around at a party while snobby prince's try to swoon me over" Novo said, swimming close to the surface.

"You're majesty, NO!!" Coral screamed as Novo poked her out of the water and saw the turtles, fighting the Newtrailzer.

"Oh my" Novo blushed slightly as she looked at Leonardo.

"Novo!!" Coral grabbed her by her tail and pulled her back into the water.

"Ow! Coral!" Novo swatted her tail away.

"Please... Let's return back home" Coral pleaded as she tugged on her arm.

"... Alright" Novo sighed as she followed Coral back to the castle.

A couple of months have passed and Novo has officially met Leo, the two became close then they got closer to the point where they were married.

"Coral, just because you don't like Leonardo! Does not mean you can't respect him" Novo shouted, chasing after the small gem.

"You shouldn't have married him! What happens when his family finds out about what we really are?!"

"I'm sure they will accept us no matter what!"

"How do you know that?!"

"Because I listen to my heart! Me and Leonardo are happy, you don't have to be happy for us but respect our decisions."

"... Fine, Your highness" Coral said, dropping her jacket as Novo pulled her into a hug but she didn't accept it.

9 months later...

Novo and Leo were crying tears of joy as they were holding a baby Leah, Coral stood in the doorway... Upset that they had a baby behind the kingdom's back.

"Coral... Would you like to hold her?" Leo asked, wiping his tears.

Coral froze for a moment then nodded her head as she walked over to them, Leo carefully handed Leah over to her.

Coral looked down at the infant, as Leah opened her eyes to show her bright blue eyes. This made Coral tear up a little bit.

"O-Oh stars, I love her!" Coral teared up as she held Leah with a smile on her face, causing Leah to giggle at the gem.

Then she remembered the dreadful night, the night where they lost everything.

Coral stood in a black dress, holding Leah in her arms as Leo cried next to her. Staring at the Grave that was in front of them.

Novo Couture

A loving wife, mother, friend, and partner.

February 2nd, 1984 - February 18, 2017

Coral couldn't help but cry as her friend, the woman who she was supposed to serve and protect died because she couldn't protect her.

Then came a couple days after the funeral, Queen Alanna.... Novo's mother came to visit the lair. It was just Leo, Leah, and Coral living there at the time.

"She is of royal blood and she will live in the siren kingdom!" Alanna shouted, chasing after Leo who was holding Leah.

"No! Novo didn't want that future for her! She wanted Leah to grow up, having a choice!"

"Fine. Coral take the infant." Alanna ordered but Coral didn't move.

"No, My duty is to serve Princess Novo and when she and Leonardo eloped that means I take orders from Leonardo now." Coral snarled.

"Fine... Just don't think I won't be back, Hamato." Alanna snarled as she left the lair.

Flashback ends

Coral opened her eyes, tears streaming down her face then she gasped in fear as she saw Queen Alanna but this time with gray hairs, holding a spear in front of her.

"Hello Coral."
