The group carried on with their classes but the turtles were having a little problem of their own.

"So... How should we get them to become friends again with Tony?" Mikey asked.

"I wish I knew"

"Guys, give them time-"

"Hamatos..." Tony was in the lair's entrance.

"Tony? What are you doing here?"

"Look, I know I'm the last person you want to see right now but I HAVE to talk to Aubrey!"

"Actually, you aren't the last person we wanna see but she's in class"

"Dammit! This is the one place where I know she can't avoid me!"

"Wait, she's been avoiding you?"

"Yes! But I have to talk to her, I saw some gems, they were following her and she won't let me talk to her!"

"Well, she can't avoid you here so.. just wait for her and the others to come back from school and then talk to her"

"No, she'll just run and hide"

"Well, just try.. I think i know why she's been like this"

"Did she tell you what I said...?" He asked, looking up at them.

"Not that we're aware of?"

"I told her that I never wanted to see her again... I also said that it was probably best if... we never met in the first place..."

"Oh.. geez.."

"That's why she's so mad at me... I was mean and I didn't mean what I said"

"Well, at least you didn't mean it.. Look, she's gonna have to talk to you whether she'll like it or not, now-!" he started but heard the girls coming back.

"Dudette's I'm tellin' ya! We gotta see that movie!"

"Maybe another time"

"Dunce Face, not everyone likes movies based on video games"

"Ray m-makes a point, but we" she started then looked up and saw 'him'. "Why are you here?!"

"Aubrey, let me explain!" He shouted, trying to get close to her.

"Explain what? What could you possibly have to explain to me?!"

"I'm sorry for what I said-"

"NOT AS SORRY AS I AM! You said you wanted to be left alone, so I'm leaving you alone! Why can't you accept that?!"

"I said that because I was upset and angry! But I need to tell you something important! If you'll let me."

".. two minutes."

"Gems have been following with you"

".. what are you talking about?"

"They have been stalking you since the invasion! Which have been what? Since January!!"

".. that long?"

"YES! That's what I've been trying to tell you for the last, what? Week and a half!!"

"Oh my... Are you sure?"

"I wouldn't be trying to tell you if I wasn't sure. Now, if you still want me to leave, I'll be on my way-!"

"No, we need you! Gear up, we're going on a mission, now." Leah ordered.

"Alright"

Aubrey looked at him then ran off to get geared up.

"Oh thank god" Donnie mumbled to himself.

"D, did you drink your elixir?" Mikey asked him for the tenth time, today.

"For the last time Mikey, I drank it! I know you're concerned but I drank it and I'm fine!"

"We don't want you turning into The Warlock, again!!"

"I drank it, alright!"

"OKAY! Geez"

The team got geared up and decided to create a trap, using Aubrey as bait. The tension between her and Tony was incredibly thick, you can cut it with a knife if you wanted too.

"So.. why are we using Aubrey as bait again?"

"That's the only way we'll catch them in the act, remember? Aubrey will lead them into the warehouse and that is when we'll attack them, to make sure they understand that she is not to be messed with!" Leah explained.

"Ohh, okay!"

"Everyone understands it?"

"Yes"

"Good, Aubrey started walking" Leah spoke into her phone, giving Aubrey a signal.

She nodded and started walking, minding her business.

Two hooded figures started following her, Aubrey began speeding up. Walking straight towards the warehouse.

"Come on!"

Aubrey was about to enter the warehouse when the hooded figures pushed her inside and pulled off their hoods to reveal that they were two female gems.

"Hey!"

"Let the sergeant know that we have the mutant." One of them said, pulling out handcuffs.

"Letting the sergeant know right no-!"

Aubrey pulled out her boa staff and fought off the first gem, "GIRLS! I need help here!"

The moment she said that, Leah, Ray and Sera came bursting through the doorway and helped her fight off the other gem.

Tony watched everything from the second level when he saw another gem appear from a portal and was about to attack Aubrey, he jumped down and protected her.

".. Hey Tony, when this is over, I need to tell you something"

"Aubrey, so do I but we need to focus!"

"I know!"

They both were back to back, they looked at each other and blushed madly before turning away.

"Focus nerds!!"

"S-Sorry!"

The fight was getting so bad that they almost had the team pinned down but that's when Aubrey used the powers she developed to poof all the gems at once.

"Yes!!"

"Perfect timing nerdette!"

But her powers didn't stop, they were overloading.

"I can't... STOP IT!" She screamed in pain.

"Aubrey!!"

Her charm necklace started glowing, slowly draining her powers as passed out in Tony's arms.

"Aubrey!"

"We should take her back home"

Aubrey's eyes slowly started to close as Tony was telling her that everything was going to be okay... When she opened her eyes again, she was in the lab. On the table with Tony next to her, wide awake.

"Wha.. what happened?"

"Aubrey! Are you alright?!"

"Tired.. what happened?"

"Well after you used your powers to poof the gems, they started acting up, then your necklace started glowing and knocked you out"

"Oh.. did I hurt anyone? Did I hurt you? Oh god, I'm-!"

"No! Everyone is fine, they all fell asleep waiting for you to wake up"

"Oh.. earlier you said you.. had something important to tell me?" she asked, moving her head over a bit, so that she was facing him.

"I... I do" He looked into her eyes, "I... I... I'm... a vampire" Aubrey jumped back in shock and a little disappointed because that's not what she wanted to hear.

"A.. vampire?"

"Yeah... My father took me out of the horde last year, I accidentally stumbled into the high school and that's when I met you"

"Oh my.."

"I'm not gonna hurt you! But I understand if you never want to see me again"

"No! I.. we wanna help you.. if you're gonna tell the others?"

"Please don't, I trust you! I don't wanna lose my friendship with the others" He held her hands.

"Okay, I won't, but.. you'll tell them when you're ready?"

"Of course, thank you Aubrey" They touched their foreheads which caused both of them to blush incoherently.

"Um.. did you say you wanted to tell me something earlier?"

".. nope"

"Are we friends again?"

"Definitely.. I'm sorry I snapped at you.. more than once"

They both smiled at each other, not realizing that the feelings they have for each other grew stronger, and stronger every minute.
