"Dunce face, what are you talking about?"

Sera showed them the canister, "Pop-Sicle told me the story about how they turned into mutants! Isn't this the mutagen?"

".. dunce face might be right"

Leah looked at the driver, "What is your name? And tell me why do you have that?"

"The names snake and I'm not telling you sh**!"

Ray looked at him then snatched the canister from Sera, "Listen here, bub. I'm not in the mood for this sh**"

"I ain't in the mood for it either! Now let me go!"

Ray opened the canister and waved it above him.

"Listen here, bub. I was just an ordinary person just like my pops until we got hit with a little bit of this." Ray smirked.

"And why should I care?"

"Now, you could turn out handsome like my dad or crazy looking like my uncle. So let's play mutagen roulette." She started tipping it over just a little bit. Soon, some of it almost hit his face when he finally spilled his guts.

"Alright! Alright! They call themselves the Diamonds! They've started grabbing scientists all over the city!"

"This is perfect! His father is a scientist! I'm a scientist, he's going to like me now!" Aubrey smiled a goofy grin.

"O.. kay, definitely not weird at all"

Leah looked at him, "You don't get room to talk. Where are they now?"

"I don't know."

Ray pulled out the canister and slowly started dumping it on him.

"They're taking them out of the city tonight but I don't know where!"

"Well, I guess we're just gonna have to hold you until you do know." Leah said.

"If I said I don't know, then I don't know lady."

Leah turned away from him, to think.

"I think we should let him go"

"Are you crazy, Princess?!" Ray snapped at her.

Leah looked at her, "Trust me"

Ray started to grumble at first but eventually caught on and smirked.

"Let him go, you two" Leah looked at Aubrey and Sera, the two girls looked at each other and let Snake go.

Snake immediately took this opportunity and started running away from them.

20 minutes passed by and the girls were in the lair, Leah was in the dojo coming up with a plan.

Leah had a poster board on the ground and she was drawing the plan.

"This has to work" She spoke with determination.

"Almost every-time you come up with a plan, it usually fails when you meet your enemy"

Leah turned around and saw Leo, "Dad, what do you mean?"

"When I was younger, your grandfather put me in charge of your uncles to be a team and every-time I made a plan, it usually backfired when I met the enemy."

"What enemy?" Leo looked at her and she understood what he meant, "You mean the night when mom..." he didn't say anything except nod his head.

Leah looked down then Leo spoke, "On that night, it was no different. Your mother was watching the stars." Leah looked up at him, waiting for him to continue. "My original plan that night.. was to ask her about growing this family and give you a little sister or brother one day"

"Then what?" Leah question.

"Then.. well.." he started but froze up.

"Hey, I don't have to know now" Leah calmed him down, that made him smile.

"Okay.. but I'll tell you, I promise."

"Okay, but what lesson did you learn?" She looked up at him.

"Just.. trust your instincts, they'll always help you"

Leah smiled and nodded then they saw Ray chasing Sera around with a spoon.

Leah and Leo looked at each other, they both smiled nervously at each other.

"Well.. I did say almost every time you come up with a plan, it fails"

"I know, I know" Leah sighed then smiled. He ruffled her hair and chuckled.

"Now go and be careful."

"Yes, Father"

Aubrey was in the lab, she pulled out some old ninja weapons.

"Papa?" Aubrey turned around and saw Donnie.

"Hey, Are you ready to go?" Donnie walked over to her, to help her with the weapons.

"Almost" Aubrey had a question then spoke.

"Did mama ever fight these battles?" Aubrey looked at him.

"Sometimes"

"Did it ever bother you?"

"Only if she got hurt"

Aubrey looked down,"Was she fearless?"

"Yeah, she was, is something wrong?"

"I will never be like her... she was strong, powerful, fearless... I'm nothing like her..." Donnie realized she was doubting herself, how much she wanted to succeed in this mission was crushing her.

"Well, she was all those things in the heat of the battle, when things get tough your fear just slips away"

".. so what are you saying?"

"All I'm saying is don't doubt yourself or your abilities, you are strong, just like your mother" he told her and smiled.

Aubrey smiled and hugged him. He hugged and smiled back.

"Now go and be careful, alright?"

"Yes papa," Aubrey smiled.

They then walked out the lab and saw Ray chasing Sera with her sai's.

"Get back here!!" Ray shouted at her while Sera laughed and kept running.

A good hour has passed, there, outside of the city, there was a high tech secured facility, with heavy security surrounding the building.

Snake was outside the facility holding a high tech weapon of some sort, with 2 female guards behind him.

"So, what's your grand plan to get inside, princess?"

"Just wait for my signal" Leah kept her eye on the gate.

The 2 female guards looked at each other.

"Jasper: 23J-245, are there sightings of the enemies that will be arriving at this location." One of the guards said.

The other guard looked at her, "Negative, Jasper: 24J-246."

The two guards continued talking which caused Snake to be annoyed.

"Okay, what's the hold up?!"

"The enemies you described have not arrived yet."

"And?"

"If you wasted our time, the diamond's will have your head."

"I didn't waste your precious time! They'll show up, alright?!"

"What are these mortals called anyways."

"Listen, they aren't mortals and they're somewhere nearby"

"There is a van approaching at a high level of speed."

"What are you-!"

The van that snake was driving earlier was now coming full speed towards the entrance.

"What the hell is that?!"

The van rammed itself into the gate, causing an explosion to happen. The vile of the strange pink ooze flew out of the car and onto Snake.

"Ew!! What the.." He fell on some weeds and it was changing him.

The girls were climbing the wall as the van exploded.

"Whoa, dudettes look!" Sera pointed at the car as the other three groaned in annoyance.

"What?"

"Sera, we made sure that van exploded." Leah explained.

"Really?"

"Yes, we knew Snake was going to run so we used it as part of our plan"

"Ooh, okie!"

Aubrey and Ray rolled their eyes and continued climbing. Leah and Sera soon followed and found an opening.

Leah kicked it open and landed inside on her feet. As the others followed after her, some started to get distracted with their surroundings.

Aubrey gasped and looked around in awe, "I've never seen such amazing technology before!!"

"Calm down nerdette, we're here to save your boyfriend, not watch you have a geek explosion"

"H-He's not my boyfriend!!" Aubrey blushed a dark red.

"Are you sure about that?"

Aubrey nodded while waving her arms around.

"Alright, alright, don't get dramatic on us"

Sera looked at the wall and saw a button, "Maybe this one will help us find him!"

"No!" The other three shouted unanimously.

"Serafina, don't touch anything. I repeat, do not touch anyth.." Leah started, but.. if Sera's anything and everything like her dad.. Well:

Sera pushed the button and alarms started going off.

"Sera!!"

"Sorry!!" Sera apologies, trying to ease the situation. The others just gave her a deadpan look.

"Okay! This is fine, let's split up!" Leah said, but the others weren't having it.

"Yeah, no," Ray said.

"No way! I don't wanna be stuck with a hothead!"

"It's either you're stuck with the hothead or with me"

Aubrey tried to speak up but they were ignoring her.

"I don't wanna go with you either!"

"Oh my.. okay, Sera, go with Aubrey and the hothead comes with me, is that better?" Leah stated, exasperated.

"Much!"

"GIRLS!!!" Aubrey shouted as loud as she could.

"Dah!! What is it?!"

"Guards, coming this way!" Aubrey shouted.
