Iseul stared at the merchandise in front of him. It was Jisu's birthday in a week and he wanted to get her something. He knows she likes this type of anime but he knew nothing about it. Either way, he grabbed the shirt off the rack and brought it to the cashier.

"You don't look like someone who would watch this... Is it for someone else?" She asked and Iseul nodded.

"Yes. Honestly, I think it's trash but she likes it so I'll indulge her. We're actually going to watch a marathon of it," Iseul said. He followed Laon's advice; Jisu is strange.

"Ah, is she your sister?"

"No,"

"Girlfriend?"

"No,"

"Um.."

"She's my friend," Iseul said as he watched the cashier bag the shirt.

"Well, either way, I hope she likes it,"

"Thank you. Have a good day," He said as he walked out the store. He wondered if he should've got more but reasoned marathoning with her would count as a present too. Besides, she has many other friends and hopes they had gotten her something as well. If not, then that would be an awkward situation he would rather not take part in.
