'Nya's POV'

We run through the forest, on the way to the Evils' hideout. Sensei, Garmadon and Misako ended up staying back with Gwen, Jackson and Felix.

We run for what feels like hours before we see the big building that the Evils' are in.

"Alright, don't let your guard down" As Cole speaks we hear rustling in the bushes

"Aw, you've come to save Lilly... How cute" Evil Kai says as they emerge from the shadows

"You also saved us a trip; now we don't have to chase you down to kill you" Evil Jay says

"Kill us? Ha! Don't make me laugh..." Kai says

"By my calculations, it about a 50% chance that they could kill us" Zane says

"That means we've got a 50% chance too, and that's good enough for me" Cole says

"Well, it looks like you're going to fight for your lives" Evil Lloyd speaks

"There's no way we're going down without a fight" Lloyd glares at his Evil.

All of a sudden they begin fighting, each guy with his Evil. This gives me a chance to sneak away and find Lilly.

I sneak through the dark halls, having no idea where to go.

I check every room. No luck. Feeling defeated I rush around, looking for Lilly. I find one room that I haven't checked yet

She has to be in here!

I push the door open and light floods into the room. I see Lilly's body, not moving. There is a blood-soaked sheet around her stomach, the handle of a knife sticking out from the red fabric

"Lilly!" I scream and run to her. She won't move. I check for a pulse and find one. She's breathing, but just barley. I panic and try to contact Sensei through my bracelet

"Sensei!? Garmadon!? Misako?!... Anyone?!" I scream. After just seconds I get a reply

"Nya, what's the problem?" Sensei asks

"Sensei, it's Lilly, Evil Lloyd must have stabbed her, she's not moving!!"

"Get her to us right away!" Misako yells

"I will send your Samurai X suit" Sensei says

"Alright" I hold in tears... What would happen if she died?...

After a few minutes my suit is in the building. I pick Lilly's body up and put her into the suit, fitting myself beside her.

"Hold on Lilly" I whisper, holding in my tears.

'Felix's POV'

"Is Illy okay?" I ask, after overhearing Sensei, Misako and Garmadon's conversation

"Felix..." Misako looks to Sensei

"Felix, we aren't sure yet... Now, we must prepare for her arrival" They stand and rush out of the room

"Illy..." I whisper.

I rush out onto the front lawn when the Samurai X suit lands. Nya carries Illy into the monastery and I run after her.

By the time I get to the medical room Nya is stepping out of the door and closing it

"W-will she be alright?..." I ask

"I don't know..." Nya sits, her back against the wall. I begin to cry and she speaks again "come here Felix" she holds her arm out and I walk over. She hugs me

"N-Nya... What happened to Illy...?" I ask

"She... She was stabbed..." Nya answers. My sadness turns into anger. I stand up

"How could he?! I hate him! I'll kill him!!" I scream, standing and running down the path that I watched the guys run down hours ago

"Felix!" Nya runs after me, but I don't stop. I will kill him... I WILL!!

I only stop when I see Lloyd fighting his Evil. I jump on Evil Lloyd's back, hitting him

"You hurt her!! She might die!!! I scream

"Felix?! Get away from him!!" Lloyd screams.

'Lloyd's POV'

My Evil throws Felix off of his back as Nya runs up to us

"Nya, why is Felix out here?!" I ask as my Evil begins to attack me again

"He ran here saying that he was going to kill Evil Lloyd for hurting Lilly" she answers, kneeling beside Felix, who is now holding his side and coughing up blood

"Nya, get him back to the monastery! Now!" I yell. She nods and picks him up

"No, Lloyd..." I hear him whisper.

We fight and fight, but it seems like they won't ever give up. I only look away from my Evil when I hear someone yell

"RETREAT!!!" I recognize the voice as Cole's. I begin to run from my Evil

"That's right, run away like the coward you are!" My Evil screams at me.

We run all the way to the monastery, out of breath by the time we're inside the doors

"Ninja, why have you returned so soon?" Sensei asks as he approaches us with Nya -who looks like she's been crying- my mom and dad

"Cole called for a retreat" Kai answers. We all look to Cole, waiting for an answer

"I called for a retreat because the weapons weren't working; I stabbed my Evil but he wouldn't die... I don't think they're powerful enough..." Cole explains

"But what could be stronger then weapons charged with light from The Temple of Light?" Jay questions. My eyes widen in realization

"Someone with the power of light..." I whisper

"Lilly..." Cole looks up "where is she?!" He demands

"She's in the medical room, but-" he cuts Nya off

"I want to see her! Now!!" He yells

"Cole, she hasn't-" he cuts my mother off too

"Let me see her!!" He demands. Nya looks to me with pleading eyes, I understand and nod

"Cole!" I yell, he looks to me "they aren't keeping you from seeing her, but she hasn't waken up yet..." I assume and his eyes fill with tears

"C-Could I see her?... Please...?" He whispers

"Yes, follow me" Cole follows my mother out of the room

"Jay, the kids want to see you" Nya says, Jay smiles and rushes into the living room with her

"Sensei, where is Felix?" I ask as the others leave the room to

"He is in his bedroom, he has not yet seen Lilly in her unconscious state..." he answers. I walk out of the room and immediately go to Felix; he can't be dealing with this well...

I walk in the door quietly and he turns to me, his eyes are red, swollen and still hold tears. He stands up and hugs me tightly

"You came back..." He whispers. I kneel down, still hugging him

"I promised you I would..." I say, trying my hardest not to cry

"Thank you... Can I ask you something, Lloyd?" He asks

"Of course Felix, anything..."

"Why did Illy give herself for us, knowing that she might die...?" I pull away and look him in the eyes

"Because she has the most loving heart of anyone I have ever known... She would do anything for anyone... Especially the ones she loves." he begins to cry again and I hold him to my chest

"I don't want her to die..." He whispers. A tear rolls down my cheek

"None of us do..." I place him in his bed and get in beside him

"Try to get some sleep Felix."

He cries for about another half hour. I slowly get out of his bed and pull the covers over his small body.

I walk into the medical room and see Cole in a chair beside Lilly, crying.

I pull a chair up beside him and sit, beginning to cry myself

"Cole... I'm sorry..." I say, patting his back. He looks up, eyes red, but not angry

"It's not your fault, it's your Evils... How could he do this..? How?!" I see his anger build

"Cole, we will kill them, if there's anything I can promise you, it's that" He looks into my eyes, the anger fading slowly

"Lloyd, you really do care for her... I'm glad she has you..." he half smiles, wiping his eyes

"Thank you... That means a lot to me" I say, he nods

"Well, Im going to bed... See you in the morning Lloyd" he stands up and walks out of the room.

I look to Lilly, in a way, she looks peaceful. I hold her hand and intertwine my fingers with hers

"Lilly, I know you probably can't hear me right now, but if you can, I want you to know that we all love you and want you to wake up... And please don't die on me, I need you, I love you..." I whisper.

I only lift my head when I hear footsteps approaching me. I see my mother

"How do you feel Lloyd?" She asks

"Horrible... do you know if she's going to wake up?" I ask

"No one can know, she suffered many injuries, some only minor, but she had some bad bruises and gashes." She answers

I look up her arm; 3 bruises are easily seen on his skin, and one small cut on her forearm. Her neck is not as badly bruised or cut. She has 3 gashes on her face, and a black eye. The first cut is on her cheek, the second cuts through the right side of her top lip, the third cutting though the right side of her bottom lip. None of the three gashes look deep enough to create scars.

"Lloyd?" My mothers voice catches me off-guard, pulling me away from my thoughts "it's getting late, you should try to get some sleep" I nod and let Lilly's hand go, turning to look at her once more before walking out the door.

I climb the stairs and pass Gwen and Jackson's room, Jay and Nya are putting them to sleep, though both look worried.

I walk into my room and close the door. I change and get into bed.

I don't fall asleep easily, my thoughts are full of worry and sadness...
