After so long Amy had gotten used to everyone, she and rahne had bonded well, her and Illyana, they were....cool...I guess, they talk a little, but....moving on, her and Sam had some nice talks, he even supports her memory issues, and Roberto....oh boy....

Every chance he gets, he will flirt with her, and to the point when rahne or once in a while Illyana will come to the rescue

Once again, they were having another session with each other

" Yesterday I asked you to think about the first time your mutation manifested. Would anyone like to share? Sam." He looks at her, but then looks down

"Amy." She stays quiet, holding both her hands in silence, also cause she's shy

"Illyana." She raised her puppet Lockheed up and shakes its head "Roberto." He don't answer "Rahne." She looks down

"Look, we can't help each other unless we talk to each other. I've said this a hundred times this program can't help you if you refuse to participate. So Rahne, why don't you start?"

Just then the door opened revealing a young dark skinned girl, which caught everyone's attention

"Please join us, Dani. This is our new patient, Danielle Moonstar." She introduced

Roberto seemed to laugh, which doctor Reyes gave him a look "Oh, it's serious."

"Let's do our best to make her feel at home." Doctor Reyes instructed, she then turned to rahne "Go ahead, Rahne."

"Right." She nods "I was 13. I remember running through the woods." Memories of hers flashed before her eyes

"How did you feel?" Dr Reyes asked

"Free. Like, the most free I'd felt my whole life." She said, then turned slightly sad "But guilty, too."

"Why guilty?"

"Because I knew it was bad. I went to Reverend Craig..." Amy saw the upset feeling in her eyes "to see if he could pray it out of me. He asked me to show him, so I changed."

"And what did Reverend Craig do?" Dr Reyes questioned

"Beat me about half to death. Said I was a witch... that I was going to hell."

"Would anyone else like to share their first time?" Dr Reyes asked amongst everyone else

"New girl. How f***** up are you?" Illyana asks in a mockery

"Illyana." Dr Reyes warned

"Drugs, I bet." Roberto joins in "Or a nympho, maybe. Hopefully." He smirks which she looked unforgettable

"Keep behaving... exactly like you are right now... and we can all just spend the day in solitary." Dr Reyes says, which they shut up

"I want all of you to think very carefully... about how you'd like to use your time here. And how long you want that time to be."

Illyana grabs her jacket and got up about to leave, but the doctor spoke "Illyana, since you're already up... why don't you show Dani around?" She said

"And why do I have to?" She asked, clearly uninterested in doing so "Because I'm asking you."

She scoffed and the two left the room, walking down the stairs

"How long have you been here?" Dani asked "Are there any other doctors? Why aren't you..." as dani asked, she was cut off

"Shh. What's that, Lockheed?" She looked at her puppet Lockheed, raising it to her ear "Oh, I know." She said looking at the puppet "I hate her, too."

Dani sighs and follows her to the front door, Illyana clicks her fingers at the camera "Dr. Reyes!" The door buzzed and became unlocked, so she finger saluted the camera

As they both walked into the front of the building

"Main building. Dorms. Chapel" she points out "if you believe in that shit And garden. " she said "You don't know how to grow weed, do you?" She asked

"No." Dani answered, Illyana sighs disappointed "What kind of Indian are you?" She questions to herself as she walked to the other side of the statue

"Cheyenne." Dani replies

"I wasn't actually asking." She smirked, getting up onto the stone plate form "You're my lookout." She says eyeing the building, as she shakes a can of spray paint, then jumps down and starts spray painting the lower level of the statue

"Where are we?" Dani asked while looking around

"Who knows? Dr. Reyes always says... the closest town is 20 miles away." Illyana says as she paints, as Dani looks towards the open gate

"But she could be lying... to keep us from trying to escape." She says looking away from her work

"There's no fence." Dani continued looking afar

"Nope." Illyana shakes her head "No fence. Nothing between you and freedom." The blond says as the new girl looked at her

Dani immediately runs through the gate, Illyana smirks and calls out "Run, new girl, run!"

As Dani runs, she noticed a wolf, that was rahne running on the other side a few feet away along with amy

"Faster!" Illyana yelled, and skips after her, as Dani runs through the field, she runs into the barrier, and falling back, with a nose bleed from the face impact, she groans, she sits up and placed her hand against the wall, revealing the orange barrier, which grew out and showed how far it went

Illyana laughs skipping down "Aw. This isn't a hospital, Pocahontas." She turns to her in anger

"It's a cage." She says "And now you're trapped in it forever." Dani gets up still glaring at her

"Man, I really should have warned you."

Dani runs at the girl in anger, but as she gets close, she vanished and Dani collapsed onto the ground

While the two girls watch from the bushes, the native girl sits back up letting out a frustrated yell, punching the ground

Once then twice, they then saw her eyeing the clock tower when they bell chimes

She remembers her dad

"I have to go to help them." Her dad said

"No! No, Dad, please!" Dani cried

"Dani!" Her dad

"Please don't leave me alone!" Dani begged

"Survivor's guilt is a common reaction to trauma." Dr Reyes

"Stay here!" Her dad begged

"You're the sole survivor" dr Reyes words replayed in her head

They followed her to the chapel, breaking some pieces of the clock to get on the roof

There she was, outside of the clock house, about the jump, feeling empty " what you doing?" She gasped when she heard Amy's voice and saw her along with Rahne

"Sorry. We didn't mean to scare you." rahne said next to her, she took a breath and looked down, rahne looking down and noticed the night "Wow, this is really high up. A fall from here would mess you up." She said

"It would kill me"  Dani mutters "Instantly. I wouldn't feel a thing."

"I want to get out of here, too... but not like this."  Rahne said " me either....i mean...my memories are blank...and I don't want to leave until I've got them back" Amy says, feeling slightly empty

"My home is gone. My dad's dead." Dani says upset

"Where I'm from, we believe suicides go straight to hell."  Rahne explains, making Dani lean her head against the wall "Always kinda scared me out of giving it a go."  Rahne muttered, looking down

"I don't wanna be here. I wanna be with my family." Dani stated

" I mean at least you remember them, I can't even remember mine..." Amy mumbled looking beyond the gate bellow while Dani looks at her surprised, then back down

"If they're gone and you're here... maybe it's for a reason. Maybe it's not time to be with them just yet." Rahne said

"But I'm all alone." Dani looked like she was going to cry

" not really" Amy says making the native girl look over " they're still with you" she says " in here" she puts a hand over her heart " watching over you"

"And there's people up here. You calling me us nobody's?" The wolf girl joked "Please. It's going to get better." She lent a hand for her to grab

"We promise." She took her hand, but as she leaned over her foot slipped, maki by then gasp " Amy!" Rahne grunted trying to pull the girl in, Amy used her wind power, only a little to blow her into the room" crap!" Both fell into her "Let's live a little longer, Dani Moonstar" rahne smiles, then heard " alright, now can you two... please...get off me...ow..."Amy groaned while underneath them

" oh shoot" Both got off her " sorry" Dani says but Amy laughs it off " it's fine"

Time skip

As they exited the chapel, they see dr Reyes walk over, and she wasn't happy "Dani, where were you?" She asked

"Uh... we were just... showing her the chapel." Rahne stuttered while Amy nods in agreement

"No one is ever to be unaccounted for, Rahne. Amy. You know that." The doctor reminds

"I'm sorry, Dr. Reyes." Both apologied

"Okay." She nods, then walks away

"Did I just get you two in trouble?" Dani asked worried

"It's okay. She likes us. We're one of the good ones. Amy, Me and Sam." Rahne points at the boy in the cap, who connected a rope to himself which was connected to a anchor

He launched into the air, flying around the hole yelling

"Holy shit, I thought he just exploded." Dani says staring in surprise

"No. That's his thing. He can blast off. Zero to 100 like a cannonball." Rahne says, he slightly hits the floor, making them winch "Not so good at landing, though." Amy said

"Is this, like, practice?" Dani asked

"I don't know. Sometimes it seems like he's out here... just trying to hurt himself." Rahne says while Amy nods in agreement to Rahne

Inside

They talked while walking through the canteen "He grew up in a small town in Kentucky. Did really well in school... but had to drop out to work in the mines with his dad. Help the family and all." Rahne explained as they walked past him, who looked up.

"Poor guy." Dani says sympathetic "Right? Poor guy." Amy said as they looked over at the guy wearing headphones by the sink

"And then there's Roberto. His family's, like, the richest family in Brazil." She said as they handed him their trays, she looked Down cause she knew what was coming

He took dani's tray and said something to her in a different language, then took rahne's "Thanks, doggy." He said in English

Then...attention on her, he took her tray "Snowy" he winked before turning away with the trays and the girls walked away

"Probably living the sweet life before he got here. Something must have gone really wrong. He's also taken a liking to Amy" Rahne says grinning at the girl, who turned shy as usual and looked down

"What's his power?" Dani asked

"He won't tell, but he's got something." Amy said "Parents sent him here to be cured."

"Is there a cure for being an asshole?" Dani joked "Maybe he's just the crazy one.

"No. That spot's taken." Rahne said as they pasted Illyana, who was drawing on her trousers, at the bottom, who looked up at them walking away

Back at her room

"Well, we really enjoyed spending... the day with you, Dani, but I should go." Rahne says

"Yeah, We're not supposed to be in each other's rooms and..."'Amy said and Dani then asked "Why is she always watching us?"

"For our own good. She means well. She's trying to help us. If you follow the treatment, you'll get out of here, Dani." Amy says " yeah, Probably before the rest of us cuckoos. Well, night." Rahne says as Amy waves

"Rahne? Amy?" She runs to the doorway, her calling out their names made them stop "Thank you for helping me."

"What do I know? Maybe we should have jumped." Rahne says

" for once, I agree" Amy says smiling

The two walk away while Dani smiles, the. Walks into her room

That night, a computer runs, saying night mode activating, then biometric scanning

The girls were asleep

The only ones awake were Roberto and Sam, who were in the laundry room"Dish duty is really trimming down the wardrobe." Roberto says, looking at his shirt then throws it in the trash

"Every time your shirt gets dirty... you just throw it away?" Sam asked, with a hand gesture

Roberto leans over to where he threw the shirt and pulls it back out, throwing it over to Sam "Here. It's all yours." He says, then goes back to checking though the clothes

"Cool." Sam says, then throws it over his shoulder, the. Fixing his hat  "Was it scary? " says catching his attention "Working in the mines?" He asked

Sam Nods his head "Yeah. Yeah, sure." He then looks down, the very thought of it seemed to effect him a little

Meanwhile the computer starts beeping as it detects an whole viewing dani's room, words that said psionic energy detected
Appeared, with an orange colour

She stars dealing about the her home being destroyed "No!" Fires, and people screaming

On the laundry room

Before either could say anything, the lights went out "Oh, Jesus." Sam says in shock

"I got it." Roberto turns the lights back on, walking back "You couldn't pay me a million dollars... to go in one of those things." He says, referring to the mines they were talking about

He picking up his basket

"I couldn't pay you a million dollars anyway." Sam said shaking his head

"When we get out of here, I'll spot ya." Roberto smirks "My folks are good for it." He says walking past "Night, Kentucky." He said patting him as he walked past

"Night, man."

On the computer the reading changes and then says 'Psionic energy elevated'

In dani's dream

She was running from and screaming for something big, and terrifying

In the laundry room

Samon slightly jumps at the sound of something hitting the wall of the washing machine from inside, but it was pitch black in there so he couldn't see what was in it, but it was moving

He got up, placing the shirt down, walking towards the machine slowly as soon as he's close, his hand shaking from his power, he holds the side of the door

And a hand presses from inside presses against the see through door

Sam finds himself in pitch black

"Hello? Somebody?!" As he walks around the corner to the light, he sees people and a bunch of men with pickaxes hitting the wall

As he walked past them, the ones he pasted stopped and looked at him

One in particular caught his eye, still hitting the wall

"Dad?" Sam stared in shock

"Samuel." His dad said, skating his head "What did you do?"

The men behind start yelling and one swings at him With a pickaxe

Back in reality

The machine Explodes with fire

He's sent flying backwards, grunting in pain, then looks at the washing machine, that was burnt through, and the glass door shattered, pieces falling off

He stared in shock, wondering what the heck just happened

Dani woke up, looking up at the camera, the reading on the camera still said 'Psionic energy elevated'

But then A message came up said ' additional analysis required' dr Reyes watched curiously

What on earth was the new girls power?
