Adrienne's P.O.V
"Oh wonderful." I mumbled as my eyes fluttered opened. I had just finished spying on the Avengers and the condition of Mockingbird. She was still in a coma and the others all had their guards down, so it wouldn't be too hard to catch them now. But alas we have a responsibility now.
"What's wrong Love?" Loki asked, walking over to me and sitting next to me on the bed. Narfí had gone for a nap not long ago, just before I used my magic at a long distance for the first time. Sighing I rolled over and rested my head on Loki's shoulder and re-closed my eyes.
"The Avengers have a new friend." I explained.
"Someone with skills?" He questioned.
"No just an Agent, but she could still cause a problem. By the looks of her files and memories she's been a S.H.E.I.L.D Agent since being young. Her parents were friends of the dear old Directors. She could most likely uses a computer to track the Avengers and guide them while on a mission." I extended.
"So we must take her out as well?"
"If it comes to it. If now we leave her be or use her to our advantage. You know, take over her mind and get her to work from the inside." I suggested.
"I like that idea, but we will never be able to get close enough."
"We don't do it now, only when she becomes a problem is all. Besides I think Angel will kill her before we even have a chance to get near her." I chuckled.
"Oh?"
"She made a comment about Mockingbird that the Angel didn't really appreciate, angered her quite a bit. So maybe the goody-goody Angel will kill her first, saves us getting our hands too dirty." I chuckled again, this time it was a darker and more sinister chuckled.
"Wonderful" Loki repeated my words from before as he twirled his hair around his fingers idly. We sat in silence for a while, just enjoying the peace. However, of course, with the family I seem to have peace isn't something that comes often. Why do I even bother?
Narfí began to wail, making both me and Loki sigh in sync. "Why did I have a kid?" I questioned, rolling myself off the sofa and heading towards the door. "I convinced myself at a young age I wasn't going to have kids, that they were a bed idea." I mumbled to myself.
Loki chuckled as he heard my mutters. "Shut up!" I yelled back at him as I entered the boys room.
"Oh how wonderful are you?!" He yelled back in reply. Rolling my eyes I picked up Narfí and gently rocked him back to sleep. "You know what, that can be your new nickname. Wonderful!" Loki said as he also walked into the room.
"How about no."
"How about yes."
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"Yes."
"ACHOO!" Narfí interrupted the current argument making me laugh.
"Still no."
