~Jada's POV~
I wake up to the alarm on my iPhone playing 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody' by Whitney Houston.

I turn it off and get a shower and get dressed.

It's Monday! Monday's finally here! I am in such a good mood!

I hum I Just Can't Stop Loving You to myself as I walk into the kitchen and my parents smile at me as I grab a granola bar for a quick breakfast.

"Well, it looks like someone's in a good mood today!" my Mom observes. "Any reason for that?"

"Yep! Tonight, I'm gonna go on a date with Michael and he says that he has a special surprise for me! Aaaaannnnd, I get to wear the new dress he bought for me!" I squeal.

"Ooooo, my daughter's in love!" My mom teases and my dad rolls his eyes as he chuckles. "When do I get to see this dress, huh?" My mom raise her eyebrows as she asks me this.

"Tonight, before I leave with Michael. Anyway, I have to go to school. See you guys later!" I shout walking out of the house.

"Bye, Hun!" Both my parents shout as I close the door.

I walk to school and go to my locker. I get all the books out that I need and close my locker door.

Michael's right there and he scares the hell outta me.

"Sorry, babe" he giggles. "I didn't mean to scare you!"

"It's okay." I chuckle as he pulls me into a warm hug.

"Excited for our date tonight?" He says as we lean into a kiss.

"Of course! I'm so excited that my parents noticed that I'm in a good mood." I smile and he smiles that beautiful, heart-warming smile, showing his pearly-white teeth.

"I think you'll like the surprise and you'll be even happier!" He grins and we kiss once again.

"Can you guys ever not kiss?" We hear Nicki say as she and Charlie walk over to us.

"Oh, Nicki. You're just jealous because we actually look cute unlike some people" I say and Nicki glares at me.

"Ohh, burn!" Michael laughs and Charlie just glares at him just as much as Nicki was glaring at me.

"Oh, you guys know I'm just teasing ya!" I chuckle.

"Yeah, ok. Whatever" Nicki mumbles.

"Nicki, don't be like that!" I shout as she walks away.

"Don't take it personal. I think she's on her monthly thing" Charlie whispers to us.

"I heard that Charlie! You should shut your mouth right now!" She shouts.

"I'm in trouble now. Oh well. I'm used to it" he chuckles.

"Don't let her get to you, J. She's probably just in a bad mood." Michael says to me as I watch Charlie try to wrap his arm around Nicki's waist but she pushes him away.

"Okay. I won't let her get to me because I don't wanna ruin my mood for our date" I smile as Michael pulls me into another hug.

"Now, we should get to class before we get into trouble." Michael says as we hold hands, walking to class.

We get to class and we sit with Charlie and Nicki.

"Nicki, I'm really sorry for teasing you. I'm just in a good mood and a lot of times when I'm in a good mood, I joke around. Can you forgive me?" I ask her.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever." She waves her hand in the air but I can tell she's still mad.

"Nicki, just because you're on your menstrual cycle doesn't mean that you can be rude to anyone you want." I glare at her.

"For the last time, I'm not on my period! I missed it!" She growls at me and I gasp.

"What?!" She says after Michael and Charlie both gasp too.

"Nicki, can I talk to you over in the corner for a second before class starts?" I ask politely.

"Ugh! Fine! What do you want?!" She grunts as I pull her over to the corner.

"Nicki, have you and Charlie had...y'know, recently?" I ask.

"Umm, yeah, a couple times like 10 days ago, why?" She asks, squinting because she's confused.

"Nicki, do you think you might be pregnant?" I ask quietly and her eyes widen.

"Oh my god. Maybe I am!" She gasps. "That would explain why I've been throwing up every day, getting dizzy a lot and having mood swings."

"You should take a pregnancy test or go see a doctor after school today" I suggest.

"Oh, Jada! What am I gonna do if I am pregnant? I'm not ready to be a mother! I'll be a terrible mother!" She says bursting into tear and the whole class stares at us.

"Nicki, calm down. Don't worry, everything will be okay. You'll have Charlie, Michael and I to help you. And you'll be an amazing mother!" I say rubbing her back.

"Okay. Let's go back to the table. The guys have to know about this" she says, wiping her tears.

We sit down at the table and Nicki looks over at Charlie.

"We need to go get some pregnancy tests later." She says with tears in her eyes and he just nods as he pulls her head to his chest and hugs her.

He looks over at me with wide eyes and mouths, 'Oh my god!' and I just nod.

-After school-
Michael and I are walking back to my house from school.

"Now, don't forget to be ready by 4:45!" He reminds me with a smile.

"Michael, I'll probably be ready by 4:00 let alone 4:45!" I giggle and so does Michael.

"Okay, pumpkin. I'll be back around 4:45 to 5:00. Can't wait to see you in that sexy dress!" He winks and I blush as I wave to him and walk into my house.

"Mom! I'm home!" I shout.

"Hey, sweetie! How was school?" she shouts from the kitchen as I walk by my dad, who's on the couch reading the paper.

"Meh, it was okay. But, Nicki was in a bad mood" I say, walking into the kitchen.

"Oh, why?" Mom asks me, frowning.

"Well, she missed her monthly. So, I suggested for her to take a pregnancy test and she's scared that she might be pregnant." I sigh.

"Awww, poor girl. There's nothing to be scared about. Okay, maybe the pain at the end but it'll all be worth it when she's holding a baby in her arms. There's nothing that warms your heart more than having a child of your own to take care of and love." She smiles warmly at me.

My phone dings because I've just received a text message.

It's from Nicki. It says: 'Please call me!'

I dial her number and she answers right away.

She's in tears.

"Hey, Nicki! What's wrong? Did you take the pregnancy test?" I ask.

"J, I did! It's positive! I can't do this on my own! I can't have a child! I need an abortion!" She sobs into the phone.

"No, no, no. Nicki, don't get an abortion! You CAN have this child. And you will NOT be doing this on your own! You have me, Michael and Charlie to help you out. Trust me, you're not alone in this. We'll be there if you need us." I say.

"Okay" she sighs heavily. "Thanks, J. And I'm sorry about earlier."

"It's okay. I'm sorry, Nicki, but I have to go. It's 4:00 and Michael told me to be ready for our date by 4:45. I'll talk to you later." I say.

"Okay, you enjoy your date, girl. I love you."

"Love you too, N. Bye." I smile.

"Bye." She says and I hang up.

"Who was that, sweetie?" My dad asks as he walks over to me.

"It was Nicki. She took the pregnancy test and she's pregnant." I smile.

"Aww, the baby will be sooo cute! She's such a beautiful girl and Charlie's such a handsome boy." My mom coos.

"Yeah, and I told her that I'll help her out if she needs it. Anyway, I have to go get ready." I say walking up the stairs.

I walk into my room and put my dress on.

I walk into the bathroom that's connected to my room to do my hair and make up.

I curl my long, brown hair and put a red bow on the side.

I put on red eyeshadow and red lipstick. I finish putting my eyeliner and mascara on just as my cell phone starts ringing.

"Hello?" I answer it.

"Hey, babe. I'm outside" Michael sings softly into the phone.

"Just in time. I just finished my make up." I smile then hang up.

I walk downstairs and my parents gasp.

"Wow, Jada! You look absolutely stunningly gorgeous!" My mom cries.

"Thanks mom." I smile.

"My princess is such a beauty!" My dad says wiping tears from his eyes.

"Thanks Daddy! I have to leave now. See you both later!" I smile as I leave.

Oh and don't judge me because I called my father Daddy. I only call him that when he calls me princess.

I walk out and see Michael holding open a door to a limo for me.

"Oh my god! This is so-wow!" I gasp as I hug him. "I love you" I whisper.

"I love you too. Now, let's go, shall we?" He says bowing down as I go to get into the limo.

I wonder what the surprise is!
