Third Person Point of view
One night Percy and Amber went on a date to a restaurant. While they were there Amber's mind wandered to something that she had been thinking about a lot recently. She had recently decided that she wanted her relationship with Percy to get more serious. She knew she wanted to have sex with him and she hoped that would happen soon.
Although Amber was still unaware of it, Percy had also been having similar thoughts lately but he hadn't said anything to her mainly because he was well aware of what could happen if he didn't restrain himself. No matter how strongly he felt about her he knew that if he caved to his desires he could very well end up getting Amber pregnant, and he did not want to put a child through the hellish life of being a demigod.

He was sure that any child of his would-be extremely powerful, which would mean they would attract a lot of monsters. The possibility of a child wasn't the only reason Percy was trying to restrain himself, he also knew that if Amber got pregnant he would have to leave her, and that was something he definitely didn't want to do, not only because of how strong his feelings for her had become but also because of his loyalty.

Amber had decided to mention how she felt about him after they got back to her apartment. Once they had finished their meals and paid the bill Percy and Amber went back to Amber's apartment. For a while, they simply talked about many different things from what was going on in their lives to simply stating their love for each other. Amber eventually decided that wasn't enough though, so she kissed him passionately and of course, Percy returned the kiss with just as much passion.

Amber's mind was set on having her first time be with Percy and having it be soon. The fact that if she got pregnant her child would be a demigod hadn't really occurred to Amber even though Percy had talked about demigods before when he told her about some of the events from his past.  Perhaps she just hadn't wanted to think about it since at that moment her desire for sex seemed to be overruling her better judgment.

Percy also hadn't told her about that, or the fact that he would have to leave if she got pregnant because he didn't know how to bring it up, after all, it wasn't an ideal date topic. For the first time in her life, Amber felt like she'd had enough of being a virgin, she was no longer satisfied with just heated make-out sessions she needed something more and Percy was the only guy she wanted to give that to her. Sure she knew she could get pregnant if they weren't careful, and she was slightly annoyed at herself for not thinking to start taking  birth control pills or something but at that moment she wasn't really thinking about any of that and the main thing on her mind was Percy and what she wanted him to do to her.

Amber kissed  Percy and he quickly responded, returning it, after all, it was just kissing. It grew more heated until Percy's tongue was in her mouth. They eventually had to separate for air. After Amber caught her breath she said, "I love you,"

Percy replied, "I love you too,"

After that, much to Percy's confusion she got up and started walking away. At first, Percy just assumed that she was just going to the bathroom or something but as she walked she swayed her hips in a way that made it nearly impossible for him to tear his eyes away from her ass until she went into her bedroom where he could no longer see her. Percy was frozen to the spot for a moment surprised and confused by what she had just done.

He had assumed that she would be too nervous to do something like that to get his attention, for starters she was rather self-conscious of her appearance despite Percy telling her repeatedly that she was beautiful. But then again, she was also smart and she obviously knew full well that although Percy would never admit it he had been practically wrapped around her finger almost since they first met and he had been attracted to her right from the start.

Percy started to follow her until he considered the fact that despite her actions she might not want him in there. Just after that thought went through his mind she called out to him in a tone that he hadn't really expected to hear her use. She'd  said, "Percy, Come here,"

when she said that she hadn't sounded like she was trying to order him around, nor did she sound angry or upset, somewhat to Percy's surprise she had spoken in a seductive tone and he couldn't deny that her doing that had affected him. He would be willing to do what he was pretty sure She wanted, his only concern was what could happen if he did. he didn't want to get her pregnant, and he knew perfectly well that condoms could break and as for the other options, he knew they didn't always work either.

It would be better if they kept their relationship the way it was. Even though he now suspected that they both wanted to take things further. After she'd called out to him he walked into her room.  When he looked at her he was surprised, to say the least, the dress and tights that she'd been wearing before were now gone, and she sat on her bed in lingerie that Percy couldn't help but gawk at. He hadn't expected her to go that far, but then again he was starting to get the feeling that she'd planned this in advance. Seeing her like that had an immediate effect on him.  He found himself taking a few steps closer to her and he felt himself becoming aroused. Before he could say anything to her though, she got up and walked over to him closing the distance between them as she started to kiss him passionately. Since it was just kissing he didn't push her away in order to protest and try and convince her that this wasn't a good idea.

He started to run his fingers through her long blonde hair as they kissed. Eventually Amber pulled away from the kiss only to start kissing down his neck, why he didn't say something right then and there he was not sure, he knew there was a part of him that wanted to have sex with her and now after everything she'd been doing, that desire had only gotten stronger as waves of pleasure shot through him. Moans also occasionally escaped his mouth when she would find a more sensitive spot as she kissed him. Despite all that there was still the more sensible part of him that knew that despite how he was feeling, he shouldn't let this go too far.

Perhaps he should have and tried to convince her to stop but instead, he just let her do it shifting his position to help her.  Once his shirt was off she gazed at his Now bare chest and abs. He knew that he'd been rather muscular even before he became a god but now he was even more so and it was obvious that appealed to Amber. As things gradually got more heated Percy was finding it even more difficult to resist his desires.  It wasn't long before they were on Amber's bed and she soon continued kissing and touching Percy until the pleasure and desire he felt began to overtake the little restraint that he was still hanging on to. Percy still had most of his clothes on except for his shirt, but he knew that his pants and underwear were getting rather tight.

Amber must have noticed his increasing discomfort since she reached toward him and started to undo his belt and then his pants. Due to the fact that the second thoughts about what they were doing were long gone, and the fact that his clothes were getting increasingly uncomfortable Percy didn't protest and once they were off, dropped them to the floor.

While she was removing Percy's pants Amber's hand momentarily brushed against his now rather large erection, although Percy wasn't sure if she had done it on purpose or by accident. When Amber started to kiss him heatedly once again Percy obviously realized that she wasn't done with him yet. He had suspected as much but he hadn't been certain until she once again put her lips against his. He certainly wasn't complaining, he loved her and he was obviously enjoying what they'd been doing, He returned the kiss and before long her tongue was exploring the familiar territory that was his mouth.  While they were kissing Percy couldn't avoid getting a taste of himself from Amber, although that was a bit weird for him it didn't stop him from continuing to kiss her. Percy eventually broke the kiss and based on the look in his eyes Amber was  sure that  she was going to get what she wanted.

Looking at Amber, Percy said with a smirk on his face, "There's something wrong here but I can take care of that,"

Amber was confused for a moment until she realized that he was fully naked while she still had some clothes on even if they weren't hiding much. he started kissing her, He started on her mouth, but then quickly moved to her neck, then her collarbone, He was about to remove her bra and Panties but hesitated until she gave a quick nod and he removed them exposing the rest of her body including her decent sized breasts, and the fact that she was already slightly wet. he kissed and massaged her breasts. a gasp escaped her mouth when he sucked on her nipples. Percy resumed kissing her going lower and lower. While Percy was doing that Amber let her hands roam freely over Percy's tanned muscular body.

He thought her cheeks might have reddened once again after that comment but he wasn't sure since it could have just been from their previous activities. Now that all their clothes were off they looked at each other, her blue eyes meeting his gold and sea green ones. they could both see that the other's eyes were darkened with lust and desire. His doubts long gone Percy knew he wanted this but he still asked, "Are you sure you want to do this?"

He was just asking in case she was having Second thoughts. Sure he would have been kind of disappointed if she'd changed her mind, but he certainly wasn't going to continue if she no longer wanted to.

She said, "Yes do it I want my first time to be with you,"

"And I'm glad mine will be with you," Percy murmured in reply. In truth, Percy was kind of pleased that Annabeth had refused when he had once asked her when she thought she would be ready for sex. Of course, at the time he had been kind of disappointed by her response but now he was happy that his first time would be with the woman he loved with all his heart, and who loved him just as much. Rather than the girl who had eventually dumped him.

Percy shifted his position slightly so he was lined up better with her entrance before thrusting into her. he hadn't done it too hard but still, he paused when at first it seemed to hurt her. That was what reminded him that he had just taken her virginity and lost his own in the process. He gave her a moment to ease her pain, and so she could get used to his size before she told him to continue. When she said that he did but he started out slowly for her.

In the heat of the moment, they had both forgotten  about protection so there was a good chance their actions would have consequences. Before long Amber told Percy to go faster. Not bothering to argue, he did what she asked and increased the pace of his motions. when Amber was once again breathing at her normal pace  Percy was eying her, what he was hoping to do to her next was the main thing on his mind. Amber made it clear she was willing to continue, so they quickly did, switching their positions for what they would be doing next which happened to be anal as Percy plunged his erect dick into Amber once again.  when they finally finished, satisfied with what they'd done Percy started to say, "That was...he paused trying to find the best word,

"Amazing," Amber suggested,

Perhaps tomorrow she would ask him but not that night since it wasn't really the best time for a conversation like that. Besides, after everything they'd done she was kind of tired so she would leave that conversation for another day.

Percy knew that for both of them sex was a new experience and neither of them had really known what they were doing, he assumed that like he had she had just done what her body, what her instincts were telling her to do, Whether that was the case or not Percy knew they still seemed to be able to make it a pleasurable experience for each other so he certainly wasn't complaining.

"How did I get so lucky to end up with you?" Amber eventually wondered aloud as she lay beside him.

"Guess you were just at the right place at the right time," Percy replied a smile clear on his face as he looked at the woman he loved with all his heart.

"Perhaps it was fate," Amber commented not realizing the effect her statement would have on her boyfriend.

Some of the pleasure faded from Percy's mind and his expression at his girlfriend's statement. he couldn't help but wonder, had the fates brought them together on purpose? if they had why? most of Percy's life had been extremely difficult full of danger and generally bad luck. he had hoped he might have escaped that by becoming a god but what if he hadn't? what if the fates were still messing with his life? what motive could they have for making him and Amber meet?

Noticing the change in her boyfriend's expression Amber asked, "What's wrong?"

Not wanting to ruin her good mood Percy promised to tell her another time. wanting to enjoy his time with his girlfriend Percy pushed the dark and depressing thoughts out of his own mind, for now,  leaving only his love for Amber and the pleasure that remained from having sex with her. Percy and Amber now laid side by side,"I love you," Percy murmured, before giving Amber a quick peck on the lips and wrapping an arm around her.

"I love you too," Amber replied before they fell silent and not long after fell asleep.

It was the next morning that they finally realised what they'd forgotten and that they'd probably just made a big mistake.
