'I know that voice..." Karin thought, clenching her left fist in her lap.

"Yes, you are in the right class. You're the new student, right? Come on in, please," Kakashi said as he let Asuka inside the classroom.

Everyone's eyes widened as they stared at the orange hair girl that walked into the classroom and stood in front of the class next to Kakashi-sensei. Some of the boys were blushing madly at how beautiful the girl was, and the girls were fuming in jealousy exceptionally, Karin. She stood up and pointed a finger at Asuka.

"What in the world are you doing here!" Karin shouted.

The class was surprised at Karin's sudden outburst and turned to face her. Asuka, however, kept a blank expression as she looked at Karin.

"I didn't expect to see you again, Karin Uzumaki," She replied.

The class looks back from Karin and the beautiful orange hair  Asuka standing at the front of the classroom. Kakashi cleared his throat loudly from behind his mask and motioned for Karin to sit down before looking back at Asuka and asking her to introduce herself.

"Hi, everyone. My name is Asuka Kuramitsu," She introduced herself with a bow of her head.

At the mention of the surname, the class looked at her surprised.

"Kuramitsu!" The loud classmates shouted.

"Um, isn't the Kuramitsu family the founding family of the Sound nation...As well as the owners of Kuramitsu electronics," A girl with purple hair and lavender eyes said quietly.

"Yes, my great-grandfather was the founder of the Sound Nation and first mayor, but now my grandfather is the new mayor," Asuka replied."They also own Kuramitsu electronics which my uncle created and has been running since graduating from college. I enjoy drawing and spending time with my father, and yes, I know Karin. We used to be best friends in middle school. That's all you need to know about me."

Naruto turned his head and looked back at the raven hair boy sitting right next to him at the desk in front of Sora Senju.

"She is Karin's old best friend, so it looks like you might have another fan girl Sasuke," He said into Sasuke's ear.

Sasuke groaned in annoyance."As if one Karin wasn't enough, same with Sakura," He muttered back.

"Oh, man! I was hoping for an exciting girl for once instead of another potential fangirl," Kiba groaned while resting his hands behind his head.

"That just makes another annoying girl to add to the list, but who knows, maybe she might be different," Suigestu replied back.

"Alright, Asuka, why don't you take a seat next to Sora and  Takeshi," Kakashi said, pointing at Sora and a boy with spiky white hair with medium-length side bangs framing his face.

Asuka nodded and walked over to the desk where Sora and the other boy Kakashi mentioned. She smiled slightly at Sora as she sat in the left chair next to Sora while Takeshi was on the right of him.

Soon as she sat on down, she felt a tap on her arm and looked away from Sora as she noticed the source of the tapping was Naruto, who was sitting in front of her. She tilted her head to the side slightly as she looked at Naruto curiously.

"Hey, nice to meet you, Asuka-chan! My name is Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze dattebayo," He did with a giant smile on his face.

"Well, it is nice to meet you, Naruto," She replied in a quiet and soft angelic voice with a barely noticeable smile.

Naruto blushed a little and turned away. He looked to his left and mouth at Sasuke."She nothing like Karin, believe it!"

Sasuke only 'hned' and mouthed back. "I don't believe it."

Naruto smirked before he tapped on Asuka's arm again.

"Hm?" She questioned as she turned back to face Naruto.

"Hey, I just wanted to tell you that the one over there is Teme, known as Sasuke Uchiha. However, you must have heard of him through," Naruto said.

Asuka looked over at Sasuke, who was sitting next to Naruto, and glanced at him briefly."I have never heard of him; nice to meet him through," She said and quickly brought her attention to the front of the classroom where Kakashi was talking.

Sasuke looked at her dumbfounded as Sora chuckled slightly at Sasuke's expression.

"Did you see that?" Kiba asked his neighbor Suigestu.

"Even the people in the underworld saw it," Suigestu replied back quietly.

"Looks like Sasuke is not as popular as he thinks for once," Takeshi whispered into Sora's ear.

Naruto was grinning like no tomorrow at the shocked expression on Sasuke. It was the first time a girl didn't blush or start flirting with Sasuke after looking at him.

Naruto leaned forward in his chair to speak to his friends."Who knows, guys? Maybe she will turn out different from Karin," He whispered to Suigestu and Kiba.

"Enough talking, Naruto, and do your homework for your first period, especially since I doubt you did it at home, and leave Asuka alone. I'm sure she is not interested in talking," Kakashi annoyedly stated.

The class broke into laughter, seeing Naruto was just insulted by his own sensei saying the new girl wouldn't be interested in talking to him.

However, Sasuke was still shocked by what had just happened but shook his head and brought his attention to his English assignment. However, he couldn't help but glance at Asuka sitting at the desk behind him reading her schedule now and then, which wasn't unnoticed.

'Sasuke, what are you seeing in her glance at her like that. If you really knew her, you wouldn't be interested in her at all.' Karin thought, annoyed.

However, Karin wasn't the only one to notice the glancing coming from Sasuke.

'Seems the Uchiha is intrigued by Asuka already. Sakura is not going to enjoy that. I just don't understand what she sees in him and not me. However, Asuka, I wonder what you're truly like. I didn't get to know you yet since we ran into each other.' Sora thought, looking at the girl next to him, reading her schedule for her first period after homeroom.

Ding, ding, ding!

The students got up quickly as they heard the singing ring of the bell, signaling the end of homeroom with Kakashi.

Asuka got up from her seat and put on her backpack, and was about to walk out of the room to her next class when suddenly she felt a hand grab her arm roughly, stopping her from walking.

"What do you think you're doing here?" She heard a familiar voice ask from behind her making her sigh internally.
