I just arrived at the ER with Ari, my heart is hurting for her I can't believe her dumbass ex would hurt her like that I wish I could've saved her on time. But at least she's alive and with me

I check the time its 11:55pm and Ari still in the back with the docs, I pray to God to have her in my prayers 'Dear God please help Ari heal she doesn't deserve the pain she's going through Amen'

I go over to the first doctor that comes out of the room Ari is in after I finishes praying

Me: Hi hi I'm Justin I came in with Ariana how is she, is she okay?!

Dr: She's got a got a few broken ribs, black eye, we're gonna run some more tests and hopefully she'll be okay

Me: Can I see her?!

Dr: Not right now Sr we have to do more tests she says her head was hurting so we have to check that out

Me: Okay thank you

I go back and sit down my heart is racing because I'm worrying about Ari, I get on Twitter and type 'So worried about her I hope she's okay idk what I do if I lost her I mean Ik we ain't a couple yet but I do love her '

Ariana's POV

I'm in the room alone with my eyes closed because I can't even see clearly my ribs hurt,my head hurt f*ck everything hurts.

Few mins past I hear someone walk in but I can't see who it is

Me: Hello? Doc?!

??: Well well

Me: Selena!? Why are you here? And what do you want!

She starts laughing

Selena: I see you recognized my voice huh

Me: Well which other bitch here do I know that would hurt me ?

Selena: Haha true

Me: How the f*ck did you know I was in the hospital and again what do you want!

Selena: Let's just say a little birdie told me and I wanna hurt you

I hear her foots steps coming closer she slaps me across the face

Me: Owww! What in the actual f*ck?! Lemme guess you know my ex? Jai? He told you!

Selena: Told me? Bitch I sent him to you

I get confused on how she knew Jai

Me: How do you know Jai anyways he's from back home in the U.S

Selena: Well as you don't know sweetheart I'm from the U.S as well I'm not Canadian

She cracks up laughing

Selena: Oh bless your sweet little naive pathetic heart no wonder Justin likes you

Me: How am I pathetic?

Selena: Because I know your type, the sweet little innocent new girl from outta town who tries out for the cheerleading team who dates the most popular guy, are you kidding me? It's textbook

I start to laugh because she's the who's actually pathetic

Me: Clearly you have no idea who I am and I can totally tell you watch to much damn TV if you believe every new girl is a hoe or a slut because maybe that girl was you when you were new here. But sweetheart that isn't me

Selena: Oh really it isn't? Then why are you with Justin ? He's popular you know?

Me: He asked me out. I never thought he would ask me out but he did, if you're jealous because he actually likes nice girls then that's all on you because you did cheat him

She gets angrily upset and comes over to me and chokes me

Selena: If I hear someone say that again that I cheated on him ima hurt them

I try to speak as she's choking me

Me: But you did cheat on him, you had sex with another guy while y'all two were still dating

She let's go of me and punches me

Selena: Okay yes I cheated on him and it was amazing, but I still do love Justin and it hurts me that he wants you

Me: Well you're a f*cking bitch you did break his heart its not my fault he likes me

She goes again and tries to choke me but I yell for help

Me: HELP!!! THERE'S A EVIL VISITOR HURTING ME!!! HELP HELP! IM BEING ATTACKED

Docs and Justin all run in

Justin's POV

I hear screaming from Ariana's room doctors and I run in to see what's going on as I walk in my hearts stops when I see Selena

I grab Selena by the arm and drag her out the room

Me: What the f*ck are you doing here?

Selena: I came here to talk to your precious Ariana

She says in a evil way

Me: Stay away from her

Doctors come out and pulls me to the side to talk, Selena stands there like an idiot

Me: Yes? Everything ok?

Dr: Sadly no, she just had a mini heart attack and she has two blood clots in her throat

I look at Selena with anger

Me: What did you do!!!!

Selena: I choked her

Dr: We're gonna have to call the cops on you ma'am

Selena: I actually don't give a shit

She starts laughing hysterically because she knows she hurt me

Me: Doc is Ariana gonna be okay?!

Dr: Yes she'll be fine eventually

I nod and walk to the restroom

I walk inside the restroom check the time its 2:30am I slide down the wall and begin cry

I wipe my tears as I grab my phone to text Selena

Text: Why do you always f*cking hurt me just please leave me tf alone, don't you get that I'm over you? I'm trying to be happy all over again and you try to ruin it for me why!? Please explain

I sit there waiting til she replies with tears still rolling down my cheeks, I hear my phone go off

Selena: Because it hurts seeing you with someone else that isn't me, I still love you Justin. I know I cheated on you but I'm so so sorry about that. & I know deep deep down you still love me too

I cry into my hands after reading her reply

I think to myself ' why does she always get in my head making feel so confused does she really love me? Or am I really falling in love with Ari? I don't know what to do'

I lay down on the restroom floor deciding what my heart really wants
