Ariana's POV

It's been a few days since all the crap Jai & Selena put me through I'm in bed rest because I can't hardly walk due to my broken ribs and bruised foot but I have Justin coming checking on me once in awhile, while mom is always working

I lay in bed watching The Fosters feeling tempted to get up I soon here my phone go off

Text:

Justin: Hey, beautiful how are you doing? Do you need anything from the store I'm coming over here in a bit

I smile at the text thinking how cute and sweet he is for taking care of me

Reply: Can you bring a pizza if you can? I'll pay you back and a sprite

I sit there and wait and text Tessa

Text:

Hey Tessa I'm so sorry I haven't talked to you in awhile a lot has been going on. And I probably won't be going back to school anytime soon which breaks my heart because. I really wanted to join the cheer team but since what I've gone through I can no longer join. I'll tell the details later. I hope you're not mad at me ~ Ari

I set my phone back down and think why I'm so worthless because I keep getting hurt everywhere I go. I hear my phone going off again

Justin: Sure baby girl no problem

Tessa: No worries girl I heard what happened from Justin I can't believe that happened to you I'm praying for you I feel so bad that you can't join the team I knew how much you really wanted that have you talked to Bethany ?

I start to cry reading Tessa's reply because what she said was true I really did wanna join the team it was my dream to be co caption but I guess what happened, happens for a reason

Reply: Yes I messaged her but she hasn't responded I don't know if she got upset that I got hurt but its not my fault that I did I'm just worthless well I'll ttyl girl

I continue to cry and wait for Justin

Justin's POV

I'm at the pizza place getting a pizza for Ari I sit there and wait til my order is ready and thinking I've already decided what my hearts wants I just hope she wants it to

I get in my car and drive and think over how I'm going to ask her to be my girlfriend

I get to her house it's 3:12pm my hearts racing fast of how nervous I was I get out of the car and grab the pizza and bouquet of flowers I walk towards her house and walk inside up her stairs to her room

Me: Hey beautiful I'm here with pizza and here these flowers are for you

I see her half smile and I notice she's been crying

Me: Beautiful what's wrong? Have you been crying?

She nods with tears filling up her eyes

Ari: I'm worthless Justin

Me: No you're not why do you say that?

Ari: Look at me Justin I'm a mess everywhere I go I get hurt or he finds me Jai loves hurting me and now your ex hates me because she thinks I'm a slut who sleeps with every guy which isn't true and now my dreams of being co captain of cheer leading squad is ruined because my ribs are broken

She breaks down and sobs, I sit next to her and hold her close to me

Me: Ari, you're not a slut Jai is an asshole for hurting you and Selena she was just hurting you because she's jealous that I love you and care about you because she doesn't like seeing me with another girl who isn't her which she has to get over it because I love you Ariana

She gives me a confused look with tears rolling down her cheeks I wipe them gently

Ari: Wait what? You love me?

Me: Of course I do ever since the day of our first date & I got a question for you

Ari: Aww how sweet Justin & sure what is it?

I get a little nervous trying to ask her to be my girlfriend because I don't want she will say

Me: Ariana ever since the day I met you in Ms. Wilson's class I was like Woah wow you're beautiful and when I saw you again at the Mall I just had to ask you out to dinner my heart was filled with love towards you.

I pull out a ring

Me: Ariana will be my girlfriend?

She keeps on staring at me with no answer back I start to feel even nervous than I was before I look at my hands and there sweaty AF

Ari: Yes I'd love to be your girlfriend

I pull her gently towards me and kiss her lips passionately she kisses me back the same way, we both know we've wanted this for so long

Me: I love you

Ari: I love you too

Me: I never want you to feel worthless again okay? You're my baby girl and I'm so lucky to have you

She nods as she smiles cutely, I suddenly put the ring on her finger I see her look at it

Ari: It's so beautiful, I love it

Me: You're welcome beautiful

I hug her as lightly as I can, I'm terrified I'm going to hurt her she's so delicate I can't believe someone would do this to her especially a guy. I need to get revenge, I have to! No one hurts my baby girl like this and gets away with it

I get up and check the time it's 7:55 I have to leave and go home I really don't wanna leave her here alone I sigh

Me: hey baby girl I gotta get going I'll call your friend Tessa to see if she can come stay with you over night alright?

She nods as she looks down I notice she's getting sad, I start to feel bad that I have to leave

Me: Awh baby girl don't be sad I'll see you tomorrow

Ari: Can you just please stay here with me? I feel safe around you baby

My heart melts when she called me baby for the first time. I sigh again, I can't leave her... she needs me, now more than ever.

Me: Okay, I just need to make a phone call okay?

Ari: Okay

I kiss the top of her head and slowly stand up, I grab my phone and leave the room

I call Christian

Me: Hey Christian

Christian: Hey bro it's almost 8 where are you?

Me: I can't make it bro, Ari needs me I I know planned tonight but I'm gonna have to bail I can't leave her

Christian: Awh alright man, you go take care of your girl

Me: How do you know she's my girl?

Christian: We're bros I know when a girl has your heart

I laugh

Me: True dude, well I'll see you soon bro goodnight

Christian: Goodnight

I hang up with Christian and walk back upstairs to her room and stand there at the door watching her beautiful embrace watching tv

I think to myself damn my baby girl is so beautiful
