Ariana's POV

It's been 4 days since I've talked to Justin and met Alexis, I don't know why she has to stay with him I understand he wants to protect her too but I feel he's forgotten that he was protecting me I guess he gave up on me

He's been texting me nonstop but all I've done was ignore him because tbh I do feel hurt that he has her there with him he didn't even offer me to stay with him when Jai was hurting me this is just all to painful

I text my best friend Daniella from back home to see how she's been haven't spoken to her since my first day here

Text:

Me: Hey Daniella I miss you so much girl how are you doing? How's school?

I slowly get up and get in my wheelchair and go the bathroom to get ready to have a bubble bath as I grab my towels I hear my text tone go off hoping its Daniella I check and see, it's Justin

I sigh and read it

Justin: Baby girl please answer me please don't be upset with me. What did I do wrong to make you upset ? It hurts knowing you're mad at me 😢

I reply back to him hoping he isn't crying

Me: I'm upset because you have a girl living with you, is she now your new girlfriend Justin? I get you wanna protect her but why does she have to live with you? I thought I was your girlfriend when you found out that Jai was hurting me not once you offered me to stay with you. I'm heartbroken Justin. You have a house guest living with you and you hardly know her. Just leave me alone for awhile til she leaves or whatever.. And oh please don't cry. I'm the one who should be crying I'm the one with the broken heart

I undress myself and get in the tub to have my bubble bath to relax my sore back I turn on music and play Leave (Get Out) By Jojo

After my bath I get dressed and get back in my wheelchair I go to my room and I go back to lay down and I hear footsteps coming up the stairs and I see my mom walk in

Mom: Sweetie Justin's here he wants to talk to you

I shake my head no

Mom: Awh come on sweetheart he looks upset

I sigh

Me: Fine let him up

My mom leaves the room and Justin walks in

Justin: Can I sit down?

Me: Sure, Justin?

Justin: Yeah?

Me: Have you been crying?

I give him a concerned look

Justin: Mhm..

Me: Why?

Justin: Because you're mad at me you think I'm a fu*ked up boyfriend. Which I am I'm such a screw up baby and I'm so sorry

A single tear rolls down his cheek, I wipe it

Me: No baby I don't think you're fu*ked up I just got hurt because I don't want another girl living with you

Justin: What about if put her up in some motel across town?

I shrug

Justin: Cmon babe what's wrong?

Me: It's not about what I want you to do it's about what you think you should do and want to do

He frowns

Justin: Baby I just wanna help her out, I don't like her as a girlfriend way babe. I'll call Christian or Shawn to see if they have a extra room so she can live there til her parents come back

Me: Okay babe, you're so amazing! You care so much

Justin: I just like helping others in any way I can

Me: Which is why I love you

He smiles

Justin: I love you too

Justin's phone rings, it's Christian

Justin: Hey bro I was gonna call you later to ask you something...yeah yeah she's okay I just wish she was fully recovered...yeah oh I was just gonna ask if a girl could stay with you for a while? Her names Alexis Ramirez she's Jai's new ex, he was doing the same thing to her so I've been helping her out an she's been staying with me but it's only temporary so I was wondering if she could stay with you?...she can? Yes! Thanks bro you're a life saver, literally! Okay thanks love you man bye

He hangs up

Justin: Christian said she can stay with him, oh an he said to feel better soon an tell you that he was thinking about you

Me: Awh that's so sweet of him

I smile

Justin: Yeah he's a good guy plus I think they'd be a cute couple if they ever got together

Me: Awh yea that be cute

Justin: Yeah he hasn't been with a girl for a long time, a guy has needs

He laughs

Me: Awh how come?

Justin: His ex's hurt him pretty bad and he has been scared to try again

Me: Aw poor guy

Justin: Yea well hey baby ima go home and go tell Lex that she'll be staying with Christian

Me: Awh okay baby be careful

Justin: I will be baby I love you

Me: I love you too

Justin leaves and I carry on watching TV thinking about how lucky I am to have a guy like him. My mom comes in my room and interrupts my thoughts

Mom: Hi honey are you hungry?

Me: Yeah

Mom: Okay I'll order pizza, will Justin be coming back tonight?

Me: I'm not sure I think so

Mom: Okay I'll get extra, why don't you call him and he can stay the night

I give my mom a 'for real?!' look, she smiles

Mom: And he can stay in here with you

Me: Thanks mom, I'll call him

She smiles and leaves, I call him

Justin: Hey baby you okay?

Me: Hey babe and yea I'm fine don't worry, guess what?

Justin: What?

Me: My mom said you can stay here tonight and in my room with me

Justin: Oo so I get to cuddle with my babygirl all night

Me: Haha yeah

Justin: For real though tell your mom I said thanks, I'll be there in an hour

Me: I will an okay we're gonna order pizza

Justin: Okay, see you soon baby girl

Me: Love you too

We hang up and I put my phone on the bed, I'm so happy I can finally fall asleep in my baby's arms.
