"It's a date Sofia that's it, calm down." Natasha called as the older blonde woman hurried around her room. "It's nothing out of the ordinary."

"But it is!" Sofia exclaimed. "It's my first one in a while and I really like Bruce!"

"Then you should be fine, Bruce really likes you too, he wouldn't have asked you out otherwise." Bethany replied, glancing up from the laptop she and Deanna were looking at.

"Be yourself, smile and have a good time." Pepper agreed, nodding her head. "Bruce doesn't want anything too formal or fancy, you're both simple people so you should be perfectly fine."

"Be careful though." Deanna piped up, her eyes flickering from the laptop screen to the older blonde. "Tony knows about this date and has been with Bruce all day, goodness knows what he's told the poor man."

"Surely Bruce won't listen to Tony." Jane spoke. "He's known the billionaire for years, he should know better than to take his dating advice."

"Are you trying to help me, or make me feel worse?" Sofia asked frantically, her eyes jumping from one woman to another. Before anyone could answer the door opened and Tony popped his head in. The billionaire looked slightly angry as his eyes landed on the two youngest who sat on the bed together.

Deanna smiled innocently as Bethany blinked causally. "Tony." The pair greeted.

"Get off my data base now." The male ordered sternly.

"We were just tweaking a few things to make it better don't worry Stark." Deanna replied sweetly. "Now scram and let Sofia get ready."

"Right." Mr Stark nodded. "Have fun today." With that he disappeared from sight once more, the door shutting behind him.

"Okay let's get you ready." Pepper spoke, almost like she had forgotten her husbands interruption.

An hour later Bruce and Sofia were walking slowly down the streets of New York, the American sun shining brightly and warmly over them. Other bustled around the in a hurry but that didn't seem to faze the couple. The pair laughed lightly together as they exchanged lab stories.

Nothing was overly planned, Bruce hadn't been too sure on what to do and he wasn't prepared to listen to Tony. Sofia just grinned when the curly haired scientist informed her of the lack of plans, the blonde female didn't mind one but, she was just looking forward to spending some time with Bruce without the others.

As they strolled thought Central Park the scientist spoke about their best memories while in a lab as well as some embarrassing moments. Nothing bothered them as they walked happily together, their hands brushing every now and then. Not even the chilling air seemed to matter too much.

"I've had fun Bruce." Sofia spoke as they began their walk back. The duo had been out for a few hours, the sky darkening over head. "It's been nice just the two of us."

"I've enjoyed myself too." Bruce admitted. "We don't get to speak much alone with living with the others."

"No,it's a shame really." The blonde sighed quietly.

"Maybe we could do this again another time?" Bruce suggested. "But maybe next time do something a little more planned?"

"That would be nice." Sofia agreed with a small nice. "But I'm happy just walking and talking, I'm simple like that."
