Prologue:
Third person

Maria Fury stood in front of the council, waiting for them to shoot her down.

"Maria, are you sure..."

"I'm sure." She said cutting them off.

"What is the point of rebuilding S.H.I.E.L.D?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Rebuilding? No, we aren't rebuilding. We are making a new one."

"We?" Maria nodded.

"Antonia Stark, Leonardo Rogers, Samuel Banner, Nathan Romanoff, Tarene Thordottir, and Stacey Barton have agreed to help." The council glanced at each other.

"Your father wouldn't...."

"You don't know what my father would've wanted. But I know for a fact he would've wanted it this way." The council sighed.

"Maria, a new S.H.I.E.L.D is not...."

"It's exactly what the world needs." Maria turned and walked out the room.

"Coulson!!"

"Maria."

"How's the new Helicarrier coming alone?"

"Right on schedule." She nodded.

"Good."

Antonia and Stacey walked into the Baxter Building with mixed emotions. They did want to help start up a new agency, but they wasn't exactly "best friends" with the girl they had come to recruit. Against their will that is.

"Alex Richards. Daughter of Reed and Susan Richards. Ha the ability to streach any part of her body and turn invisible." The file rang through their head as they stepped on the elevator and rode up to the top floor.

"Richards!" Reed turned to the girls before him.

"Ah, Antonia..."

"Toni." Reed nodded.

"Toni, Stacey what brings you here?" Toni and Stacey forced a smile.

"We're looking for your daughter. " Johnny Storm, who happened to be walking by, stopped and snorted.

"Why, what'd she do wrong this time?" Toni, Stacey and Johnny snickered, while Reed rolled his eyes.

"Why are you here, looking for my daughter? I thought you didn't like her?" Toni nodded.

"I don't. And that's for Alex to know, and for you to find out."

"Why are you hear?"

"To talk to you."

"About?" Stacey held out the card. Alex took the card.

"What is it?"

"We've decided to make a new S.H.I.E.L.D. One for the new heroes of the world. And unfortunately, your one of them." Alex glanced at the card and back at Stacey.

"I thought you didn't trust me."

"I don't. But someone does." Toni and Stacey began to walk away.

"A new Helicarrier is being built as we speak." They stepped into the elevator.

"Maybe I'll see you there."

Nathan Romanoff stared at the small house. He was bummed he wasn't paired up with his partner, Stacey, but happy he at least knew the guy he was recruiting.

Nathan walked up and knocked on the door.

"Hey Mrs. Parker. I'm looking for your nephew Peter?" May Parker smiled.

"You must be one of Pete's friends!! He's in the living room." May stepped aside and let Nathan threw.

"Something like that." He muttered under his breath, referring to the friend thing.

Peter Parker, A.K.A Spiderman was one of the many heroes Maria wanted to join The New Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. And thanks to Toni suggestion, it was strictly kids and teens, along with very few adults or past agents.

And lucky for Nathan, he only needed to make one trip.

Six of the heroes Maria wanted were sitting in Pete's living room.

"Ahh...perfect." Nathan said. The six teens turned to Nathan.

"Oh hey Romanoff. What brings you to Parkers house? Is he in trouble?" Sam Alexander. A.K.A Nova.

"No. But I can I speak to you all upstairs." The group exchanged glances and nodded.

"So, Nathan, what brings you here?" Luke Cage. A.K.A Powerman.

"Maria." Yet again, the group exchanged glances.

"What about her?" Ava Ayala. A.K.A White Tiger.

"She's making a new S.H.I.E.L.D. A S.H.I.E.L.D for the next generation of heroes." Nathan held out the cards. They each took one.

"These are for us?" Sam asked. Nathan nodded.

"Yep. The Helicarrier will be up and running in a few days. I expect to see you there." Nathan walked towards the door.

"What about Fury? I thought he was dead." Daniel (Danny) Rand. A.K.A Iron Fist.

"If Fury's dead, who's running this "New S.H.I.E.L.D"?" Luke asked.

"Maria is." Nathan said, walking down the stairs and out the door.

Samuel Banner and Leonardo Rogers stood in front of Samuel's girlfriend's best friends house. Samuel sighed. He wished he'd switch with his girlfriend (Antonia), but then again he wasn't a fan of Alex. Neither was Leonardo.

Samuel took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

"You know there was a doorbell right?" Leonardo said, pointing to the door. Samuel shrugged.

"Oh well." General James Rhodes opened the door.

"Sam, Leo. I assume your here to see Cameron?" The boys nodded.

"Yes sir." Leo said. Roody opened the door.

"Where's Toni?" He asked, shutting the door.

"She got Alex." Roody frowned but didn't say anything.

"She upstairs in her room." The two boys nodded and walked up the stairs.

"Hello Samuel, Lameonardo."

"It's Sam."

"And Leo."

"That's what I said." Cameron jumped down off her dresser.

"No, you said-"

"What brings you here, without Antonia?" Leo sighed.

"I assume you've heard about the New Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D?" Cameron shook her head.

"Nope!" Cameron said, popping the "p".

"Well, Maria's forming a new S.H.I.E.L.D. One for the teenage superheroes of the world." Sam held out the card and Cameron took it.

"Will Antonia be there?"

"She's on of the founding members." Cameron smiled.

"Then I'll be there."

Tarene Thordottir made her way down the Asgard prison. Through the person who Maria wanted was not there, the man who knew her whereabouts was.

"Ah, my dear niece. What brings you for a vist?" Tarene straightened.

"I came not to speak, but for an answer to a question. " The God of mischief walked up to the glass.

"Is that so?" Tarene swallowed and nodded. In truth, she was afraid of her uncle, no matter how many times she was told not too.

"And what might that question be?"

"Your daughter, Laura. Where is she?" Loki, her uncle, frowned.

"Why do you ask? Did your father send you!? Does he want to punished her for the things I have done!!!!!" Tarene flinched at her uncles tone.

"My father knows nothing of this vist. I've told Hemdail not to alert him." Loki lowered himself on his knees so he was face-to-face neice.

"And what makes you think he'd listen." Tarene's eyes narrowed.

"I have told him the reason for my vist and he swore not to share." The God thought for a moment and looked at his niece once again.

"Why have you come looking for my daughter?" Tarene held up the card.

"Back on Midgard, S.H.I.E.L.D was destroyed and Nick Fury was killed." Loki raised an eyebrow.

"However, his daughter Maria, decided make a new S.H.I.E.L.D for the new heroes of Midgard."

"And you want my daughter to join. You want my daughter turned against me don't you!!!! Don't lie to me, your father sent you!!! It's all a trick, a trap to turn my daughter against me isn't it!?!!!" Tarene backsd up in shock.

"ANSWER ME!!!" Tarene turn and ran.

"I'm guessing your meeting with your uncle did not go well?" Tarene sighed and sat on one the steps next to Hemidal.

"No, it did not. He thought Father sent me."

"That is understandable. Your uncle and father were always rivals." Tarene sighed.

"Have I failed?"

"That depends. Have you given up?" Tarene looked up at Hemidal.

"What?"

"Have you give up?" Tarene shook her head.

"No."

"Then you have not failed." Hemidal pushed down on his sword and the Bifrost opened.

"For the first time since you have been alive I have found your cousin. Loki's spell must've worn off." Tarene stood up.

"Thank you Hemidal." He bowed.

"Anything for you my princess."

The two girls stared at each other.

"How did you find me!?"

"Your fathers spell wore off." Laura raised an eyebrow.

"Why are you here dear cousin?" Tarene pulled out the card once again. Laura took it and raised an eyebrow.

"Is this a trick? Trying to turn me against my father?" Tarene shook her head.

"No cousin. We simply want you to join." Laura frowned.

"Did your father send you?" Tarene shook her head stood in the spot she arrived.

"My father knows nothing of my arrival." Laura watched her cousin carefully.

"The New Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is what we are calling it." Laura frowned.

" The New Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D........doesn't your father work with this Midgard organization? S.H.I.E.L.D?"

"Again. My father knows nothing of this. Only the Man of America and the Black Spider know as of know." Laura nodded and the two stood in silence.

"I would never betray my father."

"I wasn't asking you too. Hemidal!!!!" The Bifrost opened and carried the Asgardian princess back to Asgard.

Not far off from New York, a man stared at the Tv screens.

"The New Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is just like the old S.H.I.E.L.D!!! Always keep secrets from the public!!" The man frowned.

"The New Agents.....hmmm......they may pose as a threat." A holographic screen pulled up. He typed something and a face of every teen superhero known to man showed up.

"Let's give them a welcoming gift." He pushed on one of the faces and it blinked red.

That face was Luke Cage, more commonly known as Powerman.

"Welcome to the game of life, and death. "
