The sounds of rapid footsteps and deep breathing is the only think that echoes the fancy hallways as Jimin's long legs runs around, desperately searching for the blue eyed man but he's no where to be found.

After he left, Jimin couldn't stop thinking over his words in a spiral, and what made it worse was how he heard gun shots from outside his window seconds later. Hoseok and Yoongi obviously goes after the smaller man through his suicide mission on finding the other Orchid member, but it became lost cause.

That is until he takes a sharp turn and flies backwards from the sudden impact of another body. Hoseok managed fo have caught him from falling in time and he looks up to see Taehyung's desperate expression in front of him.

"Taehyung! What is-"

"We need to get out of here!" He says instantly, "Get Namjoon and Seokjin and run as far away from here as possible!"

Yoongi suddenly grips Taehyung's arms in aggravation, "What the hell is going on?"

At that moment, a loud gun shot rings the air from the guest hallway and Taehyung's heart dropped as he runs down the hallway the trio came through, the only thing running on his mind being that Jungkook is safe.

The moment he barged in through his room, he sees Jungkook standing there with gun in hand and a dead body only a few feet away, dead on the floor.

Sudden the ravenette snaps the gun to Taehyung and the brunette raises his hands instantly, "It's me!"

Jungkook sighs in relief upon seeing the familiar lover and puts down his gun to the rim of his pants, backpack on his back and another in his hand as he grabs Taehyung and yanks him out the room, "Guessing Harry has a lovely way in welcoming a deal."

Taehyung grabs the backpack that Jungkook packed for him as the two move hastily down the hallway, "We don't have time, the building is scattered with bombs, we need to find Zayn."

Suddenly Jungkook freezes in his steps, making Taehyung turn around, "Bombs? How do you know this?"

"Because I spoke to Harry and he-"

"You were breathing the same air as that snake?"

"Don't be ridiculous, I was just warning him to stay away from you!"

"Taehyung I fucking swear," Jungkook groans and only grabs Taehyung's hand and drags him down the hallway, "Lets just go find Zayn, we'll talk about this later."

And so the two quickly move down another large hallway and ran up the grand staircase before coming upon a room with guards outside.

Well, dead guards now.

"Fuck!" Taehyung curses and pushes the door open, only to see Zayn; completely drenched in blood, with a long dagger in hand as he pants heavily down to the four dead bodies on the floor.

Yes he's alive!

The moment he snaps his harsh gaze to Jungkook and Taehyung, his teeth snarled, "I guess you were right, I let a snake in my empire."

Jungkook takes a step closer to him, "We need to get out of here. The building is going to explode."

Zayn didn't say anything at first, only grunts and approaches his closet. His fingers pressed against the wood and the door suddenly slides open to reveal a staircase.

"Emergancy exit, come on-" And just then a loud boom echoed the building, only making Jungkook breath heavily in stress.

"Why do I always end up in situations that involves a building exploding?"

The trio quickly moves down the modern metal stairs case to what appears to look like a large bunker. Zayn walks to one of the metal cabinets and pulls out a bag and cleans his shirtless body with a towel before throwing it off somewhere.

"Before I killed my family and took complete order of Icarus, they always feared for us being attacked. So they made this bunker with an escape route just in case," Zayn explains bitterly while tugging a black shirt over his head and grabs his backpack, "Guess they were finally right at something."

Taehyung and Jungkook awkwardly glance at each other but freezes when Zayn pulls out a large machine gun and removes the safety before nodding to the pair, "Lets go."

The hesitant brunette looks at Jungkook, who only gives him an encouraging nod and held his hand as they follow Zayn through another long tunnel as the ground beneath their feet continues to shake violently. Eventually up ahead they could see a latter with a door and Zayn instantly climbs up and pushes the door open after pressing on the passcode. Jungkook then let's Taehyung go with him trailing last.

The warm air hits their skins from the dark night with the sight of the mansion a few yards ahead, on fire with the sound of screaming and yelling oozing out from maids, cooks or guards.

Who weren't able to escape.

"Jungkook! Taehyung!" A voice yells and Jungkook nearly cries in relief upon seeing his main five rush towards him. A crying Jimin is all Jungkook sees as he rushes towards him and brings him in his arms tightly, letting the smaller sob against his chest as he brushes his hair gently.

His best friend made it.

He's alive.

The rest either have brushed a comforting hand on Jungkook's shoulder or have approached Taehyung with a hug, relieved to know that they are all alive.

Zayn only stares at his once beautiful mansion, his heart slightly cracking to the many memories he had in there.

And the many people who he had considered his family.

His real family.

A hand suddenly taps his back and he tears his eyes to face Seokjin, who stares at the mansion with a frown on his lips from beside him, "I'm sorry about your home..... Don't worry, you can always stay with us for the meantime."

The long haired man only smiles genuinely but shakes his head, "Your offer is flattering but I have a safe house in Cairo I can always go to," He says lowly and looks back at the fire one last time before turning around and put his full attention to Jungkook, who only stares at him after letting Jimin go.

"You warned me from Harry and saved my life, and for that I owe you my life," Zayn says gratefully, sticking a hand out, "You have my complete alliance against the Orchids gang. If you need any resources, contacts, anything at all, let me know and I will provide."

And Zayn meant it.

Jungkook smiles firmly and shakes his hand, "For you as well, you have my complete loyalty."

Zayn offers him an affirmative nod and fixate his gaze to Taehyung, who's standing alone while gazing at the fire with lost eyes. Zayn slowly approaches him and Taehyung snaps his gaze to him, letting out a heavy sigh.

"You sure you'll be alright on your own?" Taehyung asks reluctantly, glancing down at his fingers.

The older only chuckles adoringly, "I have lived on my own for a while, I think I can manage," He snickers and sticks out a hand, "If you personally need anything, let me know, okay little gem?"

The brunette couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude and a familiar family sense in his chest. He doesn't feel all too alone anymore.

So he shakes Zayn's tattooed hand, "If you ever need a little Karma in your life, you know who to look for."

The other suddenly shakes his head with a deep frown, making Taehyung's smile drop slightly as Zayn pulls his hand away and offers him a twitching smile, "I like Taehyung better."

And that was the beginning of a blossoming friendship and a new alliance.
