Entry 1

There's not a lot to say about this quote since it's only one sentence long, but I guess you didn't have a choice of what quote got displayed. So these comments are moreover for the people who picked the quotes. The only thing to say was that it was too short and didn't say much for the story. But obviously, this bill was a little bit biased, so I'm pretty sure your story is much better than what this quote tells. :)

First of all, congrats on winning this bill. Now, the reason I chose your bill as the winning one was the fact that the quote picked really raised my interest and confusion. It really made me want to read the story because of how much I wondered who the enemy could be. Clearly, the quote shows that the genre of your book is definitely mystery and very well inclines readers' interests. Good choice to whoever picked the quote! :)

I'd say that I was really close to picking your entry as the winner. I really loved the quote because of the slight comedy in it. It really made me laugh reading the first chapter of your book. To those of the people who probably read the quote and was wondering who the character was talking about, well, it might just get some of them to go check out your book and see. :)
