"HOW CAN YOU EVEN ASK THAT, ALL OF YOU JUST BECAME GENIN A FEW WEEKS AGO," IRUKA yelled.

"Its okay, I know that their probably tired of all these D-rank missions. Bring him in."

The doors to the office opened up revealing a man. He wore a sleeveless v-neck shirt with an obi, pants and a pair of sandals. He also carried a towel around his neck and wore a pointed hat on his head. He smelt of alcohol that he was drinking, making Naruto's nose scrunch up for a second.

"This is Tazuna, you will be protecting him for a while," Hokage-sama said.

The man took a gulp of the bitter drink before he spoke, "So these are the brats that's suppose to protect me. A pink rat, an emo and a...doll?"

Everyone looked around the room looking for the so called doll Tazuna was talking about. They looked up at him in confusion until they followed his eyes to Naruto. Everyone in the office scowled at that comment, except for Sasuke and Kakashi.

But they both could understand what he meant by doll. Naruto wore a black kimono that had small yellow and white flower designs to it and his hair was in pigtails.

He was standing up strait with his hand on his thighs crossed as if he came from the Edo period.

"What, is it a crime for my kit to look fabulous," Kurama said.

"Yeah, I think Naru-chan looks cute, heck for a boy he got me beat," Rin said.

"If I was still alive I would've adopted Naru the second I saw him," Mikoto said.

Soon all the females in Naruto's mind scape started commenting about him, while the men where on the side lines.

"Women," Hagoromo stated.

"Yep," all the men said.

"Wait, WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME," Sakura yelled once she realized what Tazuna called her.

"A. Pink. Rat."

She was going to attack him, but Kakashi stopped her, "Sakura we're suppose to protect the client, not kill them."

'Like she will be able to do that,' everyone in Naruto's mind scape thought, even Sasuke and Naruto.

"Lets go, the faster we move, the faster we get to my country," Tazuna.

~Time skip~

Team 7 and Tazuna were walking towards the land of waves. Kakashi was in the back, Sakura was in the middle with Tazuna trying to land a date with Sasuke, and Naruto, who was getting irritated by Sakura's screeching, in the front.

"Ugh, do you have to deal with this everyday," Indra asked.

"Sadly, yes," Naruto said.

"I hope that our son doesn't marry this banshee. You can clearly see she is completely not in love with him and that she only trying to get his love is because she wants our clans name and the fame that comes with it," Fugaku said.

"I agree with my husband, if our son marries this girl, I'll make sure my corpse flips over in its grave."

Once Sakura stopped her attempts to try and get a date with Sasuke, she notice something.

"Kakashi-sensei, do the Wave country have ninjas?"

"No, not in the wave country. But in most other countries the culture and customes may be different, but hidden villages exist, and so do ninjas. To the many countries of the continent, the existence of a shinobi village means military power. This is how they hold and maintain advantages over each other. But, it's not that the villages rule the countries, they merely stand equally with the country's government. A small island country like the Wave Country doesn't receive much interference from the larger countries and may not need a shinobi village. Within the many shinobi villages, leaf, mist, cloud, sand and stone are large and powerful, which referred to as 'The Great Five Shinobi Countries'. And, these are the only countries whose leader receives the name 'Kage'. The 'Five Kages' are Hokage, Mizukage, Raikage, Kazekage and Tsuchikage. They reign over thousands of ninjas on the world," Kakashi explained.

"Wow, Hokage-sama is so cool," Sakura said.

'What's so good about that old geezer anyway,' Sakura thought.

"Hey, you just doubted Hokage-sama, didn't you," Kakashi asked.

Sakura jumped, Sasuke stayed emotionless, and Naruto actually answered him.

"Yes, I did. Problem?"

"You shouldn't doubt the Hokage, Naruto," Kakashi sighed.

"You asked, I answered, and I don't care if I did," Naruto simply replied.

He soon put his headphones in and continued walking.

"Damn kit, you didn't have to be that brutally honest," Kurama said trying not to laugh.

"He asked, I answered," he mentally smirked.

As they were walking closer to the Wave Country, the ones that actually paid attention, spotted the puddles on ground. Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi knew it was up since there hasn't been any rain for the past month and it was at least 78°F out there. They both casually walked past it like it wasn't even there.

Right after they were at least 2-3 feet away from it, two shinobis came out of one of the puddles. One of them had shoulder-length, wild dark-brown hair and dark eyes. He wears a rebreather that covers the lower half of his face and a large, clawed, poisonous gauntlet on his right arm which had a chain coming out of it that had the other end attached to his brother's own gauntlet. He wore a camouflage suit with bandages around his waist, dark-coloured, knee-length sandals and a ragged black cape. His Kirigakure forehead protector had a single horn on it. He was identified as Gōzu.

The other was his brother, Meizu, who was his twin brother but his gauntlet was on his left arm. And instead of a black cape, his was wearing several pouches around his waist. He also had two horns on his Kirigakure forehead protector. Together they were the Demon Brothers.

They both wrapped their chain around Kakashi, pulling the chain closer to them, they turned him into minced meat.

"KAKASHI-SENSEI," Sakura yelled.

"One down..."

"Four to go."

When both of them laid their eyes on a blonde in kimono, they charged at him. But once the blonde turned around, both brothers slammed their feet down as their feet skid in the dirt. They paused to get a good look to see who was in front of them, but they'll know those whisker mark anywhere. Both of the brothers took off their chain to give Naruto a hug?

"Naru-chan!"

Everyone's jaws dropped to see two scary looking men using the word '-chan' cutely and giving hugs.

"...Can someone tell me what the hell is going on," Hiruzen asked.

"I think that the Demon Brothers know Naruto and their good friends," Mikoto said.

"Gōzu, Meizu, off and Kakashi get down here."

"NARUTO-BAKA, KAKASHI-SENSEI IS DEAD," Sakura yelled.

"Actually*poof* I'm right here," Kakashi said as he appeared in front of them. "Naruto, mind telling us who your friends are."

Both brothers scowled at the Jounin and the rest of the genin.

"Naruto, why are you...," Gōzu said then let his brother finish.

"...with them?"

Naruto whispered the situation in their ears and they understood.

"Now, why are you to trying to kill Tazuna?" Naruto asked.

They knew that if they didn't tell Naruto the truth, they would be punished. They whispered the reason to him and everything that was going on. When they looked into Naruto's eyes they knew that he understood them.

"You do know that you can't trust that sleaze bag," Naruto says.

"We know," Meizu said.

"That's why we're taking precautions."

Naruto said nothing and just walked away. The brothers took their leave back to were they came from. Stood behind Naruto was was an confused bridge builder and three extremely confused ninjas. Once everyone was out of their daze, they ran to catch up with Naruto.

'Just who are you, Naruto,' Sasuke and Kakashi thought.

They continued their journey to the Wave Country without anymore ninjas trying to ambush them and without complications, other than Sakura's whining. Once they made it to the docks that helps you cross the water, Kakashi sat in the back of the boat with Naruto, both reading, but one reading porn and the other reading (whatever you want as long as it's not porn(ya pervs)). Sasuke sat next to Sakura, as she clings onto his arm, in the middle and Tazuna in the front. There was fog everywhere, it was so thick that you could barely see anything.

When they made it to the pier, they started walking to Tazuna's house. As they were walking, Naruto picked up something from in the bushes. He could feel that the being was no threat to him, but after what the Demon Brothers told him he wasn't taking precautions. He threw a kunai at the direction he felt were the being was located and it nearly hit a white rabbit. Naruto felt sorry for what he almost did to the rabbit. He walked towards the fluffy little guy and picked him up, ignoring Sakura's yelling. And as he was walking back towards everyone Kakashi yelled for them to get down. A large sword was thrown at them, but they were lucky enough to duck their heads in time.

When the sword went back the way it came it revealed a tall, muscular man with pale skin, short spiky black hair, brown eyes, and small eyebrows. He was shirtless, with his chest only covered by a belt to which he attached his Kubikiribōchō, wearing baggy pants with the striped pattern typical of Kirigakure and mimetic wrist-warmers extending up to his elbows, with matching leg-warmers. He was Zabuza Momochi, Demon of the Mist.

"So what the brothers told me was true. But I don't see you as the type to stand up from the Leaf, Naruto," Zabuza said.
