What's up? I am Esmerald, the funniest, craziest, and single-est boy in the Emerald Nation. I have been through seventeen relationships, at the same time! I love jokes, being powerful, and girls. But this quest has matured me. You see, I used to be way more energetic. Like way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, etc... more entergetic. You can tell because I didn't even jump up and down while I said that, as I would of before the quest. I like to keep stuff short, sweet, and straight to the point so don't expect a lot from me: Here's how it started;

I had just turned fourteen, and as a gift, my Father was returning. I counted down the days for months. Me and Esmeralda, my older sister, who was very annoying, were going out on our daily stroll. 

"What's up?" I asked Eda, a girl that swooned every time I walked by. I blew her a kiss, and grew her a quick tulip at her feet. She sighed.

"Oh, Esmerald!" She exclaimed.

 I continued walking, almost skipping. That day was supposed to be the greatest day in history.

"Oh, Esmerald!" Esmeralda mocked, falling into my hands as she pretended to faint.

"Oh, you!" I laughed and helped her up. "Don't let Emma know I am cheating on her."

"No doubt," Esmeralda chuckled.

"What?"

"You cheated on all of you girlfriends. There is no doubt that you are cheating on Emma."

"It was a joke, you idiot!" I shouted at her.

"Yeah, it did make me laugh," She giggled.

"Whatever," I rolled my eyes. That  day could not be ruined by Esmeralda, and her terrible punchlines. 

Once we got back home, Esmeralda was panting. I felt fine, but all of a sudden, she stood up. She cleared her throat and said, "Young Esmerald, you and the five other kids are going to The Jade Palace to serve the Jade King like your fathers. There is a murderous plan, and you are going to risk your life to save the king." Her voice was different. That is how I describe it. Different. 

Anyway, I asked what was going on and then I blacked out to the sound of her laughing. That's all I remember before the whole blacking out phase. Oh wait! I do remember one more important thing; The first words I ever said were Earth Rules. Now that I think about that... Those were not my first words!
