This year has brought a lot to me. It looks like things are turning around for me and my boyfriend or so I thought. Yes, it turns out I'm pregnant. I grab the pregnancy test from my house to show my boyfriend.

"I can't believe it, I thought you were On the pill?" James asked.
"Yes, I was but I may have missed a few days."
"Why are you so careless Alicia. Don't you care about anything?"
I got quiet
"Alicia"
"I do, but I just forgot."
"And now we have a baby. I can't deal with you."
He storm out the room.
"No, James, wait."
James leaves me in the living room all by myself. Great. Just what I needed.

I look out the window, wondering and thinking about the future holds for me. Me and my child.
