*Callen POV*
I wake up the next morning and look around at my surroundings. I then realize that Deeks and I fell asleep in the hospital last night talking with Bailey. I look at the chair next to me and Deeks is still asleep. I look towards the bed and Bailey is asleep as well. I look between the two and observe the way they sleep and come up with a conclusion. When they sleep they have the same look on their face. It's a slight smile mixed with a slight smirk. Deeks gives more of a smirk and Bailey gives more of a smile. I smile to my self and quietly get up and leave the room. I go out to the waiting room and see Hetty there.
"Hetty what are you doing here" I ask
"Well I figured I would come check in on my two agents and the one's sister. Where are you going" she asks
"Getting the three of us breakfast. Would you like some" I ask
"I'm fine. Now you best be going before they wake up" she says
I nod and walk off. As I'm leaving I pull my phone out and call Kensi.
K-Callen it's 5 in the morning what do you need
C-I need your help
K-with what
C-just meet me in the center of town in 15 minutes
I hang up and get in my car. I start it and drive off towards town. I get there and Kensi pulls in along side me.
I get out and wait on the sidewalk. She walks over to me and I hand her a cup of coffee that I stopped and got on the way over.
"Thank you. So what do you need" she asks
"Bailey" I say
She nods and grabs my hand pulling my behind her. She drags me into a store and we look around. I watch her facial expression as she looks around.
"Hi excuse me, can I get that one in the middle back" I ask
"Ah excellent choice" the lady says
She packages and hands it to me. I go over to Kensi and drag her out of the store.
"You got it" she asks
"Yeah. I watched how you reacted. The one you looked at like you look at a doughnut is the one I got" I say
"Jerk" she says hitting me
"I'm going to get breakfast for me, Deeks, and Bailey then go back. Do you want to come with" I ask
"Sure. But only if we get doughnuts" she says
"Ugh Fine" I say
We go across the street to the bakery and I get a bakers dozen. We go back to our vehicles and get in. We drive to the hospital and race to the door. I win. I hand her the box of doughnuts and we go up to Bailey's room. I knock on the door frame and then go in with Kensi following behind me. Deeks is awake and so is Bailey but Hetty isn't around.
"Hetty left. She said something about dealing with two love birds" Deeks says
"Spencer and Nell" I say
"How do you know" Kensi asks
"Nell and I talk all the time" I say
"Weirdo" Kensi mumbles
"Ooh is that doughnuts" Bailey says
"Yeah" I say
I open the box and give her one. Deeks gets up, grabs one, and kisses Kensi's cheek. I grab a doughnut as well and sit on the bed next to Bailey so that Kensi can sit in the chair. (What Bailey looks like is above. Her hair is longer and a wavy though)
"So how much longer are you in here" Kensi asks 
"I can leave tonight" Bailey says
"That's good" Kensi says
"Hey Deeks can I talk to you put on the hall" I ask
"Yeah" He says
He gets up and on his way out he kisses both Bailey and Kensi in the forehead. I kiss Bailey on her forehead as well and go into the hall.
"So what's up" he asks
"So I know your sister just came back to you and well me but I don't want her to go away again. I want her to be her and be with me forever." I say
"Get to the point Callen. Gosh. You've never been this nervous" Deeks says
I grab the box from my pocket and show him what's inside. (The ring is below)

"Can I ask your sister to marry me" I ask
"Of course." Deeks says
I turn to go back in but he stops me.
"When are you doing it and how" he asks
"I was thinking tonight but I don't know how. Does she still like surfing and picnics at the beach" I ask
"She's related to me Callen what do you expect. And do you even know how to surf" he asks
"Um not exactly" I say
"Alright. Come in. I'm sure those two will be fine for a few hours" he says
He goes in then comes back out and gives me a thumbs up. We go to my car and get in. I drive to his place and we go in. He throws a wet suit to me and grabs one for himself. I go to the bathroom and change into it. I walk out and Deeks is already outside loading surfboards onto my car's roof. I go out and help him. He then locks up and we get in. He drives to a beach and we get out. He hands me a surfboard and I grab the other one. Once we get to the sand we find a spot for our shoes then head out to the water. We surf for an hour or two then go back to the sand.
"Not bad" Deeks says
"Thank you" I say
We get dried off then get back in the car. We then head back to Deeks' house.
*Spencer POV*
When I woke up the next morning I got ready then headed to HQ. When I got there I went up to ops and saw the tech twins working on something.
"Where's everyone else" I ask
"Callen, Deeks, and Kensi are with Bailey. Hetty said she was going there as well. Sam I'm not sure about." Nell says
And just at that moment Sam walks in.
"What is going on" he asks
"There's a case" Eric says
"There's only two of us" I say
"Oh how contrare mr. Kane" Hetty says walking in
"Hetty you have to stop doing that" I say
"Doing what" she asks
"Randomly appearing and giving everyone a heart attack" I say
"That I cannot do" she says
"What do you mean by there is more than two of us" sam asks
"Mr. Beale and Miss. jones will be joining." Hetty says
"Uh Hetty as much as I love being out in the fried is much rather stay in ops for this one" Eric says
"What's the case" I ask
"Cartels" Nell says
"Sam you and Beale will go and talk to the family of the dead sailor and Nell and Spencer go see the crime scene" Hetty says
We nod and sam and Eric head out.
"You two we have coms in and can hear everything so be careful with what you say in the car" Hetty says
"Yes ma'am." Nell says
"And congratulations" Hetty says
"Thanks" I say
We go downstairs and to weaponry so Nell can get what she needs. We go outside and get in my car. I put the coordinates into my phone and head to the scene. We get out and walk over. Someone walks over to us.
"NCIS special agent Spencer Kane. This is data analysis specialist Nell Jones" I say
"FBI agent Howard" the guy says
"What is FBI doing in this case" I ask
"We think it links back to one of our cases" the guy says
"This is our case" I say
"How" he asks
"He's part of the navy." I say
"It's our case" he says
I pull my phone out and call Hetty.
H-mr. Kane
S-FBI is claiming it as their case
H-Ah I see well you know what we'll let them have it until they come to us begging for help
S-but
H-no. Now you and miss. Jones shall come back or you two can go and see mr. Deeks and them at the hospital. Mr. Hanna and Mr. Beale are on their way there.
I hang up and look at the guy and then at Nell.
"Come on. We have to go talk with Sam and Eric" I say
We go to the car and get in.
"What's wrong" Nell asks
"It's their case. We're going to see Deeks and them" I say
"So what wrong with you" she asks
"Nothing I'm fine. However before we go and see them my bandmates are having a cookout and I said I'd drop by. Wanna come" I ask
"Well I am your girlfriend so yes" she says
I start the car and drive to Chads. We get there and I get out then go around to the other side and open Nells door. We interlock fingers and go up to the door. I open it and we walk in.
"Hello people. The party has arrived" I say
"Ugh it's you" Chad groans
"Ooh he has a girl with him" Kelsey teases
"Guys gals this is Nell. She works with me and is my girlfriend. Nell this is Chad and his wife fallen. Caleb and his wife Kelsey. Then Joey and possibly his girlfriend Jewel" I say
"Spencer she is my girlfriend. I asked her last night. And then tomorrow is her brother's wedding" Joey says
"Yeah yeah yeah" I say
"Come on Baby be nice" Nell says
"They aren't nice to me" I whine
Fallon goes to say something but I flat at her.
"Ok. But we have to leave soon. Bailey and Callen are going on a date and apparently we are both needed" she says
"Who's Callen" Kelsey asks
"One of  mine and Nell's co workers. He is in love with one of our co workers' sister." I say
"Oh" She says
Caleb walks in from the kitchen carrying Emmett and as soon as Emmett sees me he smiles and reaches. I take him from Caleb and Emmett instantly attacks my face.
"Hey mister that's my face" I smile
I toss him in the air and catch him again. He starts laughing.
"Did you guys want any food" Chad asks
"Sure. What is there" I ask
"Well if you come to the kitchen you could see" Caleb says
Joey takes Emmett from my arm and I follow Caleb to the kitchen with Nell behind me.
"You okay" I whisper
"Yeah" she smiles
We get to the kitchen and make ourselves a plate. We then return to the living room and eat while talking with everyone. Once we finish eating we say our goodbyes and head out. As soon as I get in my car my phone rings.
S-what Caleb
C-do you guys have a case today
S-no. Why
C-well we all wanted to go and do something which means there's no sitter for Emmett
S-I'll watch him
C-great. Have you left yet
S-no
The other end dies and then Caleb comes out with Emmett's extra car seat. I place it in my back seat and then a minute later Kelsey comes out with Emmett and his diaper bag. I strap him in and place the diaper bag on the other side.
"Thanks spence" Kelsey says
"No problem Kels anything for my favorite" I say
I get back in.
"We're heading to the hospital. Sam and Eric are already there" Nell says
"Ok" I say
We pull in at the hospital and I shut the car off. I get out and then I get Emmett out. I go over to where Nell is standing and take a hold of her hand interlocking our fingers. We go inside and to the floor that Baileys room is at.
"Spencer Nell you got here" Sam says
"We has to make a quick stop" Nell says
"I see. Who's baby" Eric asks
"One of my band mates" I say
"Ok. Well Deeks and Kensi left. They had to go do something. Callen is still in there but we can go in" Sam says
We all nod and go towards the room. With my free hand I knock in the side of the door Frame. Callen looks at me and motions me in. All the others follow behind.
"Hey Grisha. How you doing" I ask
"Good. Who's the baby" he asks
"Well you know Caleb right?" I ask
"Yeah" He says
"This is his. Him and the others along with their wives and Joey's girlfriend went out. So, I said I'd watch him" I say
"Callen" we hear
I look towards the bed and Bailey is waking up from a nap.
"Hey. These are more of my coworkers. This is Spencer. He's my partner. Next to him is Nell his girlfriend and one of our tech wiz'. Behind her is her cohort in crime Eric and next to him is my former partner Sam. The baby belongs to a friend of Spencer's." Callen says
"I wanna hold the baby" she says
Callen looks towards me and I nod. I pass Emmett over to Bailey and that is when Deeks and Kensi walk in.
"Wow Callen. You and Bailey sure work fast" Deeks says
"Can someone please hit him" Callen asks
Sam then goes and slaps Deeks upside the head.
"Love you too bro" Bailey says
"No really who's the kid" Kensi asks
"Caleb's son" I say
"Oh" Kensi says
Emmett starts crying so I go to take him but Callen takes him first and gently rocks him and he calms down.
"Aw look Callen has s soft side" Sam teases
"Zip it Hanna" Callen says
"Awe you could never hate me" sam says
"Come on sam. Stay away from him. He's mine now remember. Cam is over Spallen is on" I say
"Ooh possessive" Eric says
"Finally Beale has a comeback that makes sense" Deeks says
"Took him long enough" Kensi mutters
After that statement we all start laughing but get interrupted by a knock at the door. We all turn our heads and a doctor walks in.
"Wow. A big crowd. Well Bailey you may leave" he says
He disconnects everything and we thank him. I gently take Emmett from Callen and he helps Bailey up. We all walk out so she can change and once she's ready she comes out.
"Who am I staying with" she asks
"Well you have some options. There's me, Kensi, and Monty, or there is Callen and his no personal belongings, or there is always the side of the road" Deeks says
"You are still the same you" Bailey says
"Thanks" Deeks says
*Bailey POV*
I walk up to Deeks and give him a kiss on the cheek. He then pulls me in for a hug.
"I've missed you" He says
"Touché" I say
"Hey that's mine and Kensi's thing" he whines
We pull back and I laugh as I wipe my tear away. I go over to Callen and he puts his arm around my waist.
"I'll stay with Callen. Seems like he needs the touch of a women to make his house a home" I say
"Yeah and then maybe he'll actually stay in one house for longer than two months" sam says
"Mr. Hanna stop picking on Mr. Callen" we hear
We turn around and there's this short person.
"Hello you must be Bailey. I'm Hetty Lange. I was the care taker of Mr. Callen for a while and now I'm his boss" she says
"Very nice to meet you" I say
"Well we Best get going." Deeks says
"Where are we going" Kensi asks
"You, me, Callen, and Bailey are all going out to eat" Deeks says
"Fun" I say
"Mr. Kane who is this little one" Hetty asks
"One of my bandmates kid" Spencer says
"Very well. See you all on Monday" she says
She leaves and we're all still standing in the parking lot.
"Come on Nell let's go take Emmett to the park" Spencer says
"I wanna come" Eric says
Those three leave and it's us four and Sam.
"Sam we really must be going." Callen says
"I'm not stopping you" he says
"Bye Sam. Have a great day and weekend" Kensi says
"Bye kens. And Deeks remember what Callen and I said" Sam says
"Yeah yeah yeah. I break her heart and you guys break me." My brother says
I turn and look at Callen and glare at him.
"What" he asks
"Don't you two ever hurt my baby brother" I say
"Ok hold on. In my defense I didn't remember who he was at first when we told him this." Callen says
"Yeah ok" I say
Sam leaves and then we all head out as well. I go with Kensi in her car and Deeks and Callen go in his car.
"Hey Kensi has Deeks been okay" I ask
"What do you mean by okay" she asks
"Any flashbacks from his childhood" I ask
"I don't know. He doesn't talk to me about his childhood. Callen would be the one to talk to. Callen finds this stuff out because he can relate to Deeks." She says
"Ok" I say
The car stops and I look to see we're at a beach.
"Oh my I haven't been to a beach in forever" I say
"Deeks comes here all the time. This is his happy place" she says
We get out and we go over to the boys. As we're getting closer I spot Callen on one knee.
"Bailey I know we just found you and you haven't gotten to know the almost fixed G but will you marry me and fix me the rest of the way" he asks
I couldn't find my words so I nodded my head in agreement. He slips the ring in my finger then pulls me in for a hug. We all then sit and eat. One we're done eating we leave and I head with Callen to his house. We arrive and go inside. When we get in I realize how his coworkers are correct. He has barely anything in the house.
"We can go out tomorrow to get stuff" he says
I nod in agreement and we go to his room. He gives me a T-shirt and sweatpants and I change. I then crawl in the bed and quickly fall asleep.
