Eris just woke up with white surroundings. She looked around. She looked at herself and she was wearing a hospital gown. Only then did she realize where she was. She tried to get up but suddenly her head and back hurt so she came back from lying down. The door opened and her father was spat out.

"My mom?" She suddenly panicked when she remembered her mother.

"Daddy, where's Mommy? Did you save her?" Albert was speechless. He just looked at Eris before shaking his head.

"W-What? No... no..." She covered her face and cried again.

"Mommy, I can't. Where is Mommy?" She got off the bed but her father stopped her.

"You need to rest, Eris. You can't leave here, okay?"

"It's your fault, Daddy! If it wasn't for you, Mommy wouldn't have died! It's all your fault!" She blamed her father. Albert hugged her tightly and started crying. She struggled from his arms but he didn't let her go.

"You are so evil, Dad. You're totally a wicked human! Do you know that Aya only befriended me so that she could take revenge on us! Yes, Dad, Aya is one of the family of those who lost their lives! She was just waiting for the right opportunity to do everything she's planning and I know she'll come back to kill us!" She punched her Daddy and accepts it.

"I hope you didn't do that!" She pushes her father away but he continues to approach her.

"Get away from me! I don't have a murderer father!" Eris saw the pain on his face but Albert knew that what Eris' feeling was more painful. She not only lost a friend but also a mother.

"Go away, Daddy. I don't want to see you here, please." As she said, he left in front of her. She just sat on the bed. She is very tired. She wanted all of that to be over. She wants to rest. But it was like a nightmare to her that would hunt her until her death.

How will she welcome the morning if every time she wakes up she will not see her mother? How can she have the desire to go to school if that's what is happening between her and Aya.

"I don't want this any longer..." Her eyes were swollen because she couldn't do anything but cry and cry. She's not only hurt emotionally but also physically.

She went back to her bed and tried to calm herself down. She felt sleepy but she didn't want to close her eyes for fear that Aya might suddenly appear in front of her.

She stared at the white ceiling and wondered what she could do once she got out of the hospital. She's thinking about where she's going because she doesn't want to be with her father either. She intends to leave her father. She has savings so she can easily do that.

In the middle of her deep thoughts, a woman entered. She recognized her immediately because of her uniform, that was her nurse.

"Nurse, when will I be out of here?" That's what she immediately asked.

"Ah, one more day, Ma'am. You only suffered an injury and it's not that bad, so you can go out right away. For now, you need to rest first," said the woman while checking at her injuries.

"Thank you."

When the nurse finished checking her injuries, she also said goodbye. She looked at the fruits on the table. Her father probably brought them but she had no intention of eating them.

She just took the TV remote and turned it on. Just as she turned on the TV, her father flashed on the screen. His hands were handcuffed while being held by the police and mobbed by the media. Eris hasn't even recovered from what's happening and now, she's witnessing yet another problem.

But that's what she wants, right? Her father will be imprisoned and pay for all his sins? But why doesn't she seem happy? It's as if her world has lost its color as the people she loves are gradually taken away from her. She even heard her father apologize before the police took him to the precinct.

"Dad..." She said in a weak voice.

She couldn't take it anymore. Due to the amount of fatigue that Eris experienced, she fell into a deep sleep. She just woke up again because of the hunger she was feeling. She looked at the fruits again. She had no choice but to take the orange. She cried while eating it. She remembered when she was a child that Albert would often give her with this. When she was crying, her counterpart was only orange.

Her father was very sweet before but she didn't know why he suddenly became like this. She wants to know the reason why, because until now, Eris still doesn't understand why her father became like that.

"Mom, Dad, forgive me. I wasn't even able to protect you..." She sobbed as she recalled the memories with her parents.

If only she had known that it was the last time she would be able to be happy with them, she would have stopped the time, if only she could. If she can time travel, she will correct all the mistakes made by them. But there was nothing she could do because that was what was destined to happen to them.
