Katie was six months now and she was always getting into trouble with her daddy when he wasn't looking

"Katie what are you doing now?" he asks as he comes over to where she was now since she was starting to be the little troublemaker now

Kevin sees what Katie was about to get into

"Katie that is a no no. I think I'm going to need to put you in your playpen while I baby-proof the house cause you are starting to become too much of a dare devil for me baby doll" he says as he puts her in her playpen that he had set-up for her, so she could play safely without getting into a lot of trouble by daddy who didn't like it when she goes where she isn't suppose to go at, and turns into a naughty girl

Katie starts playing with her toys that were in her playpen that daddy made for her to keep her out of trouble

"What am I going to do with that mouse of a daughter of mine" he says as he continues to baby proof the house, so Katie could be safe still while she played with her toys or was exploring the house when he wasn't looking cause he wanted her to be independent a little bit and stay safe as she did it

He knew he couldn't keep an eye on her every second of the day, and where she goes and what she gets into, and what happens to her

"Could this be a cry that she is lonely, and she wants a friend to play with when I'm busy? Should I spend some more time with her?" He was asking himself as he continued to baby proof the house for her, so she stood safe while he was on the phone, watching TV or going over another script for a show that he was going to be cast in

After Kevin got done baby proofing his house he went to see Katie and spend some time with her for a little bit before she went down for her nap or she got hungry for her afternoon snack that she always has before nap time

"Hi Katie" he says as he gets into the playpen with her for a little bit after he got done baby proofing the house, so she couldn't hurt while she explored the house in all fours when she learned to crawl

She waves to him

"Are you playing?" He asks her as he sits close to her while she played with her toys happily

"Ya" she says as she hits one of her toys that makes noise with her hand

"Will it be okay if daddy plays with you?" He asks her as he picks her up and holds her in his lap while she had one of the toys that she was playing with at the moment

"Ya" she says happily to him

"Katie would you like a playmate to play with?" He asks as he plays with her a little bit cause she seemed happy with her toy that she had to play with in the play pen

Katie gives him that why daddy I'm happy with you look, and I don't need anyone else to love me but you look

"I'm scared you are crying out for attention from daddy and he isn't giving you enough attention lately" he says as he plays with her a bit more

Katie goes over to Kevin and gives him a hug with her tiny arms that she had

"Ah thanks Katie daddy needed that right now" he says as he hugs her back

Soon Kevin opens the playpen up, so Katie can slither to her room for her nap

"Katie is today the day that you are going to crawl for daddy huh?" He asks when he sees her get on all fours like she was going to start to crawl for him

Soon Katie puts one hand in front of the other hand and lifts the perpendicular leg after she lifts the other hand and puts that hand in front of the other hand

"Katie you are going to crawl today" he says happily when he sees her move little by little inch by inch

Katie started to repeat the movements that she did to get her going

"Go Katie you can do it" he says as he encourages her as she keeps going to her room slowly but surely

That gave Katie the motivation to go faster

"Katie your crawling" he says to her when he sees her crawl full speed to her room for her nap or a new diaper

Kevin follows behind her just in case she hits a wall or something as she continues to crawl to her room or daddy room cause she sometimes slept with him for her naps cause she really loved snuggling with daddy the best when she was fussy and couldn't sleep on her own

(Later)

"Okay baby doll time for you to go in your crib" he says as he lifts her into her crib for her nap that afternoon after he changed her diaper for a new one

Katie still reached out for him

"You got me princess" he says as he holds her in his arms to help her calm down more, so she could go to sleep in his arms while he rocked her to sleep cause he could tell that the sandman was coming for her very soon

Kevin decided to rock her in the rocking chair that was much better then rocking her side to side while he stood up next to her crib

"I think we are doing just fine with just the two of us and we don't need anyone else right now, but daddy thinks you need a play mate to play with sometimes cause daddy won't be able to play much with work and everything" he says as he sits in the rocking chair with her to rock her to sleep for her nap that afternoon since she missed her morning nap

Kevin decided the next day he was going to go to the orphanage to look at babies that could be Katie play mate when he is busy and she wants him to play with her, and he couldn't cause he was too busy

"Maybe afterwards we can go tot he beach, and play in the water for a little bit" he says as her pretty eyes start to go close

"Night princess I love you" he says to her as he tucks her in her crib for her nap that afternoon
