"Well?" I stated bluntly, I wasn't in the mood to make something so harmless nearly cause his death. "Come on it's not like you we only thinking about yourself so what are you so afraid of?"

I stared at him, and he finally looked up at me realising I would tell them if he didn't, "I don't know what I am afraid of, I don't know why I don't want to tell you."

"Well neither do I, it's not something to be ashamed" I was cut off by Krystal.

"Just tell us already!" She screamed at him, her eyes bloodshot in anger.

"Calm down Krystal." I said while putting my hands up in defence, I then turned my head around to look at James. "Just tell them already." I whispered to him.

"Ok! I'll tell you." He jumped up before looking to the ground, "I . . . I was, was in fear for Emerald and the baby, and I thought that if I denied to go you would all stop thinking you couldn't do it without everyone, even though you could do it without me." They all looked at him and then me.

"That's was it!" They all screamed at him in unison.

They looked towards me as if to check. I took a step back, "hey that was all I got out of him."

"But I don't understand, why would you be so ashamed to tell us that?" Snowdrop said walking closer to him, "if anything that's something to be very proud of, you took Emeralds needs in front of your own, however I think this is Emeralds decision and we don't know when he will come back or who he will target."

"But even if he doesn't know about Emerald he'll still target her because she was the one in the end that defeated him, he'll want revenge so we all need to be on watch for Emerald." He had a look of worry plastered on his face his knuckles turning white by his sides with the force he was placing on them.

"You need to stop worrying about me, I can protect myself, and if I am in that much trouble I have Lachlan, and remember how much trouble he has gotten me out of, so he can and always will protect me, you have nothing to worry about." I have him a reassuring smile, but at the same time I knew that he was correct, I would be the first one he would target and if he saw me in a moment of weakness he would attack. However I also knew that Lachlan and all the others would protect me as best as they could, I had nothing to worry about. "I hope." I suddenly said under my breath without realising.

"What was that?" I heard Krystal ask me, she gave me a curious look as if she knew that I didn't know for sure if I could protect myself.

"Oh um it, it was nothing." I smiled at her, she didn't ask any further, however I could see it in her eyes that she knew even I had my doubts. I looked toward the ground, not sure how to make them feel like I could protect myself, then it came to me. "If I spar against you all and win, will you feel a bit more comfortable with me being targeted?" I gave them a half smile and raised my eyebrows in question. They all looked around at each other, and one by one took another step forward to say yes, until finally James was the only one left. "Come on James, your not gonna hurt me." He looked up at me as he ran his hand through his hair, I saw my reflection in his ebony eyes, I remembered how they used to scare me, and how he always reassured me that it was natural, I remembered how he had always been there for me, protected me, and helped me whenever he could. I felt like it was my turn, but I wasn't sure how I could pay him back. "Would you rather it if I only sparred against the others?" He didn't say anything, but just stared at the ground, "you have to give me something, and if I don't fight when I am attacked then I will be helpless, I can't just be able to fight as well as I can if I haven't practiced." I pleaded with him, and finally he looked me in the eyes.

He opened his mouth slowly, as if thinking of the right words to say. "I'll fight against you, but only so you have more of a chance against SD if we don't prepare you, your as good as dead." He gave me a half smile.

"You have given and helped me so much, and I am glad that you feel that you should help."

He started laughing at me, "what, what's so funny?" I asked him completely confused.

"You don't realise?" He have me a questioning look.

"I don't realise what?" I said starting to get slightly frustrated.

"I never really helped you, it was you that helped me, and the entire world." He smiled at me.

"What do you mean, I would have never known any of this if it hadn't been for all of you, come on I would probably be dead by now."

"That's just it, you would be alive, but if it wasn't for you we would have all died facing off SD but having you with us made sure we would succeed and you would have survived on your own."

I looked up at them all,they were all agreeing, I felt like a child again trying to show them I was right when in reality I knew they were the ones correct. "But how? How would me have survived?"

"On your own, just like you had for a long time before we found you" they all smiled down at me agreeing with James.

"Well now that we have all organised that James will help let's change your names." I gave them all an evil grin, and saw them all take a step back before we all burst out laughing.

And here you go people chapter 20 and just incase you all will think I have changed it's still that. I will not update until after someone has commented (wether I have written the new chap or not) so if you want more you must say so, and tell me what you want to happen next as well, but this is not a very long chapter so I expect that I should get to work now so you don't have to wait too long 😊😊😀
