Hogwarts, Great Hall

It was finally the night were the Goblet of Fire would decide on the contestants for the Triwizard Tournament.

Dumbledore :,,It is almost time for the Goblet to choose our Champions, I calculate that it will take a few more minutes."

He waved his hand and the torches around the room went out, leaving only the bright blue light from the Goblet lightning the room. The flame died down a little then spat out a piece of parchment. Dumbledore reached over and grabbed it.

Dumbledore :,,The Durmstrang champions is Vikto Krum!"

There was a massive round of applause for the Quidditch star, who left the Great Hall and went into a small room to the side. A couple of seconds later, the goblet spat out another piece of parchment, this time resembling a circle.

Dumbledore :,,The Beauxbatons champion is Fleur Delacour!"

There was even more applause as the tall girl got up and went into the same room as Krum.
After a couple of more seconds, another piece of parchment was spat out of the goblet, which was also caught by Dumbledore.

Dumbledore :,,The Hogwarts Champion is Cedric Diggory!"

There was even more applause as Cedric Diggory, a Hufflepuff student got up and left the hall."

Dumbledore :,,We have our three champions. I hope you will support them..."

Dumbledore began but noticed was staring at the goblet, which was spitting blue flames again. A piece of parchment flew out of the goblet and into Dumbledore's hands. Dumbledore read from the Parchment and his eyes widened, he looked towards the other two School Heads and his Professors. He motioned to them to follow him and they all left the great hall.

Ron :,,What just happened?"

Harry :,,The Goblet chose a fourth Champion..... I guess."

Hermione :,,That can't be this never happened according to the books about the Tournamet."

With the Professors and Champions:

Karkarov :,,The Goblet jus chose a fourth Champion? Are you serious?"

Maxime :,,W'o is it? T'is is unacceptable!"

Dumbledore :,,That is the thing, this person is not even in Hogwarts or anywhere in Britain."

Dumbledore paced through the room his hand running through his long beard, while the champions and Professors looked at each other.

Crouch :,,Just tell us who it is Dumbledore."

Dumbledore :,,Elizabeth Potter."

The room fell silent, Karkarov, Krum, Maxime and Fleur looked confused not knowing who Dumbledore it talking about while all the English people in the room had a look of suprise, shock or worry on their face.

McGonagall :,,That is impossible! Ms. Potter is in the USA there is no way that she threw her name into the Goblet even if she was here."

Karkarov :,,Why that? Who is that person anyway?"

Cedric :,,Elizabeth Potter is the twin sister of Harry Potter they are the Twins that lived."

Crouch :,,But while Mr.Potter joined Ms.Potter didn't, she declined the invitation to Hogwarts and Ilvermony. Because of that her magic was bounded until she either joins our society or she joines one of the both schools."

Maxime :,,T'en 'ow did her name get into the Goblet?"

Dumbledore :,,That is the question my dear Maxime."

Crouch :,,I will order the Goblet of Fire to be examined. In the meantime we have four champions. Me and Bagman will travel to the USA tomorrow to inform Ms.Potter."

1407 Graymalkin Lane, Salem Center, Westchester County, New York

Elizabeth just returned from Highschool walking through the gate as she was knocked to the ground.

Elizabeth :,,What the?!"

She looked up to see one of the younger kids Robert  laying on top of her. He looked at her and quickly stood up helping her up aswell.

Robert :,,Sorry about that Beth."

Robert joined the school 1 year ago his powers was simply enchancting his jumping capabilities allowing to jump higher and further then any other living creature.

Elizabeth :,,Everything okay. Where did you just come from?"

Robert :,,I played dodge ball with Sara and some other kids and well Sara started to use her powers and as she threw the ball at me, I just well jumped."

Sara was a new kid she only has been here for a month now and still has big problems controlling her powers. Her power is that she can increase the speed of things she throws or touches, herself included.

Sara :,,Robert! I am so sorry!!"

Sara came running over to them with the speed of a formel 1 car.

Elizabeth :,,Sara slow down!!"

Sara stretched her legs like in one of those old cartoons to slow herself down, Elizabeth quickly pulled Robert aside as Sara squeaked past them finally coming to a hold a few meters away from them.

Elizabeth :,,And there goes another pair of shoes."

Sara :,,Damn it! Atleast there is no hole in those."

Sara looked at the sole of her shoes seeing that the profile was completely rubbed off.

Elizabeth :,,Better then the last two pairs. Atleast you can still use them."

Sara :,,Luckily I really like those shoes."

Elizabeth :,,So mind telling me from where you two just came?"

Robert :,,From over there."

Robert pointed towards a place near the fountain were some other kids were standing looking in their direction.

Elizabeth :,,You jumped from there all the way here?"

Robert :,,I guess."

Elizabeth :,,Looks like a new record and Sara didn't trashed her shoes. Seems like a improvement in my book"

The two 10 year olds smiled at the older girl who smiled back at them. She patted them on the back and walked back to the fountain with them.

Elizabeth :,,Sara I will try to get some extra hours of training in the simulation room for you. I will also talk to Pietro maybe he will can help you."

Sara :,,Thank you Beth."

Elizabeth :,,As for you Robert. I will talk to Storm about a training hour out in the open for you."

Robert :,,Thanks."

Elizabeth let go of them as she continued to walk towards the manor.

Elizabeth :,,Also no dodge ball playing anymore for you two!"

She could hear the two kids groan which made her smile. Yeah the last 3 years were great for her, not only did the world start to accept mutants more also thanks to Shield. No, the last year was also one of the most peaceful years in her life. Besides stopping some bank robbers that were unfortunate to be at the same bank as her nothing really big has happened and she was glad about it. Charles also started to entrust her with more duties around the school, like showing around the new kids and help them to settle in. She also has some personal students, 2 to be precise who she helps to train their powers. Her adoptive father said that when she continues like that, that as soon as she finishes her education that he will teach her how to run the school meaning that she could be the future Professor of the School for the Gifted.
Anyways she opened the door to the mansion and saw her adoptive father talking to two man.

Charles :,,Ah Elizabeth, just in time."

Elizabeth :,,Hey Dad. Did anything happen?"

One of the two man walked up to her, he had a moustache and wore clothes that looked like he belonged in the Victorian era. He stretched out his hand for a handshake.

Crouch :,,Miss Potter it's a honor to finally meet you. My name is Bartemius Crouch I am Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement in the British Ministry of Magic."

Elizabeth frowned but still shook the mans hand.

Elizabeth :,,Elizabeth Potter."

Then the other man walked up besides him also stretching out his hand for a shake. He had blonde hair and baby blue eyes and he wore a yellow and black shirt with a big wasp in the middle of it.

Bagman :,,I am Ludovic Bagman head of the Department of Magical Games and Sports in the British Ministry."

Elizabeth also shook his hand.

Elizabeth :,,Now I know this sounds rude but what the hell are you guys doing here? I declined the invitation nearly 4 years ago and I have no magic or atleast not anymore."

Crouch :,,I think we should talk about this in a more private area."

Crouch looked towards Charles.

Charles :,,Of course please follow me Gentleman."

The group of four made their way towards Charles office, after they got in Elizabeth joined her father behind his table while the two man of the ministry were sitting in chairs infront of them.

Charles :,,So can we now know the reason why you have come here?"

Crouch :,,Yes of course Sir. Let me start from the beginning, in our society there is a tournament called the Triwizard Tournamet, it is a tournament between three Wizarding Schools, Hogwarts, Beauxbatons and Durmstrang."

Bagman :,,One champion from each school is chosen to represent their perspective schools."

Elizabeth :,,And in how much does that concern me?"

Crouch :,,Well you see Miss Potter the champions are chosen via a ancient artifact called the Goblet of Fire. You write a name on a piece of parchment and throw it into the fire and the Goblet will choose 3 champions."

Bagman :,,Normally it's only 3 names but well there was a little.... incident you could say."

Crouch :,,Instat of 3 champions the Goblet spit out the name of a fourth champion which would be you."

Elizabeth and Charles looked at each other suprise written all over their faces.

Elizabeth :,,How? I never was in Britian or anywhere near that weird Goblet thing or in Hogwarts for that matter."

Crouch :,,We know Miss Potter we are just as suprised as you are and I guarantee you that we already started to investigate into this. Whoever threw your name into the Goblet will not get away."

Elizabeth :,,Was that everything you guys wanted to talk about or is there anything else?"

Bagman looked at Crouch who just took a deep breath before starting to talk.

Crouch :,,Well no, you see Miss Potter the Goblet has chosen you as a champion and with that binded you to the tournament."

Elizabeth :,,I am not interested to participate. I don't want to be a witch and my magic is gone anyways so I can't even participate."

Bagman :,,Well your magic isn't gone it is just binded which means it's still inside you, you are just unable to use it."

Crouch :,,I can understand that you don't want to participate but I don't think you will have a choice. When you don't participate then the Goblet will truly take away your magic and that would mean certain death."

Elizabeth :,,What!? How can something that I never used or never will use kill me?"

Crouch :,,To say it the most simplest way. Magic is part of your soul even if you don't use it, it is still there removing it would mean that a part of your sould would die. Which would result in death because of how much it damages the person, nobody in the entire world is known to have survived it."

Charles :,,When would this tournament start?"

Bagman :,,The first task is in 3 weeks, so she would have enough time to get to Britain and to atleast start learning about magic."

Elizabeth :,,Just because I don't have a choice about participating doesn't mean I will now learn how to use magic. Also my magic is still bounded but I have my powers that should be enough."

Crouch :,,We know about your powers Miss Potter and I certainly can say that you are one of the most powerful people to walk on this earth. But it would be wise to atleast learn the basics of magic since you are still entering a magical Tournament."

Elizabeth :,,And I say I don't need magic."

Charles :,,Elizabeth, I know you don't like this but please manners."

Elizabeth :,,... I am sorry.... But as I said I am not interested in the magical world, I have responsibilities here that I just can't give up and I won't give up. So as soon as the Tournament is over I will leave."

Crouch :,,We understand and we already heard of Professor Xavier here about your responsibilities and I totally can understand that you don't want to join the magical world. But like I said before there are some tasks were your powers won't be big of a help for you. So it would be wise to atleast learn about the basics and after the tournament we will bind your magic again and snap your wand if that is what you want."

Elizabeth :,,Can't you just give me some books about the tournament so that I kind of get a picture of what awaits me?"

Bagman :,,The last Triwizard Tournament was 1792 because of some serious injuries the tournament was demolished and it was only recently that it was reintroduced."

Charles :,,I don't like the sound of that."

Crouch :,,We will prepare you as good as we can of course and you of course are free to use your powers as you see fit."

Elizabeth looked at her father but he looked at her with a face that said 'you don't have much of a choice'.
Elizabeth sighed and then nodded.

Elizabeth :,,Very well I will join your tournament. But! As soon as this is over I will leave and won't be bothered again."

Crouch :,,That is acceptable."

Bagman :,,Good, now we should get to England as quick as possible."

Crouch :,,We will come here again tomorrow. You should pack enough stuff that will last you a year."

Elizabeth :,,Great.... hey are muggle things allowed in Hogwarts? Like phones, books and that stuff."

Crouch :,,Of course but what would you need that for?"

Elizabeth :,,I still have a school year to finish myself, I also have two students myself. I will have to give them to someone else but it's just for the case that they need my help with something."

Crouch :,,I understand, there is no problem with you bringing muggle equipment as for your educational section I think that we can do something about your grades so that you can pass this year."

Elizabeth :,,..... thank you I guess."

The Headmaster's Office in Hogwarts

McGonagall :,,You're certain that she is coming today Albus?"

Albus Dumbledores eyes twinkled over his half-moon spectacles as he was peering at the woman who was currently paused in her continual pacing.

Dumbledore :,,She will be here Minerva, Barty contacted me this morning to confirm their arrival."

Dumbledore lifted one hand to forestall her next question.

Dumbledore :,,They are only ten minutes late after all."

Minerva pursed her lips before dropping into one of the seats that the Headmaster had conjured upon her arrival. Besides her, the four students that she'd brought with her appeared uncomfortable most likely due to he constant pacing and worry. She was just about to apologise to them, although whether that was for her pacing or for them being kept waiting, she had no idea, when the fireplace burst into life. Her head snapped to the side just as the flames turned green. She was just rising to her feet when the first of their visitors arrived.

Bartemius Crouch stepped from the fireplace, brushed the soot from his robes and nodded to those in the Headmasters office and turning back to await the other person expected through the FLOO. He was barely in time to catch the teen who came stumbling awkwardly out of the fireplace. It was only a fortuitous hand that stopped the staggering Elizabeth Potter ending up on her face on the floor. He let her go as she had her hands on her knees trying to catch her breath.

Elizabeth :,,Next time I will Shadow Travel no way in hell am I going through that thing again."

Dumbledore :,,Good Morning, Barty, Miss Potter. Welcome to Hogwarts."

Dumbledore rose to his feet and wave his wand to banish the soot from the two as he did so.

Crouch :,,Headmaster Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall may I present Lady Elizabeth Potter."

Minerva took the opportunity to get her first good look at the teen before her. What she saw made her gasp. It was as though she was looking straight into the past.

McGonagall :,,You look extraordinarily like your mother, Miss Potter. Except for your hair, they are purely all James."

Elizabeth blinked :,,Thank you um Ma'am."

Minerva returned the blink with one of her own. She had been expecting Elizabeth to be wearing traditional black Hogwarts robes. Instead she wore clothes that looked very.... muggle. She wore black combat boots and cargo pants, with a white T-Shirt and a black leather jacket that had a silvery X on the left chest pocket.

Crouch :,,Miss Potter may I present to you Albus Dumbledore the Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry."

Dumbledore :,,It's good to see you again Miss Potter."

Elizabeth stepped forward to shake the Headmasters hand.

Elizabeth :,,I kinda hoped I wouldn't have to come here.

Crouch then turned her attention to McGonagall.

Crouch :,,And this is Minerva McGonagall, Hogwarts Deputy Head, Head of Gryffindor House and Professor of Transfiguration."

McGonagall :,,It's a pleasure to meet you Miss Potter."

Elizabeth nodded :,,Ma'am"

Noticing her eyes flit to the four teens behind her, Minerva turned to conduct the introductions.

McGonagall :,,May I present four of your future classmates. This is Susan Bones, Daphne Greengrass, Hermione Granger and Neville Longbottom."

Elizabeth :,,Nice to meet you."

Dumbledore :,,Before we go any further, I think that it would be appropriate to get young Miss Potter sorted."

Automatically Minerva found herself reciting her usual house speeck that she gave to all of the first years before their sorting but Elizabeth cut her off.

Elizabeth :,,I am not being sorted."

McGonagall :,,I beg your pardon Miss Potter? But everyone who attends Hogwarts gets sorted into one of the four houses."

Elizabeth :,,That may be Ma'am but I am not going to be a Hogwarts student and therefore I won't need to be sorted."

McGonagall turned bewildered eyes onto Dumbledore. But the old wizard just sighed as he ran one hand through his long white beard.

Dumbledore :,,I hoped that you might reconsider."

Elizabeth :,,Sorry not gonna happen. I told you nearly four years ago that I won't join and I stand to my decision."

McGonagall :,,So... you are gonna leave again?"

Elizabeth :,,Yeah, I am sorry for the extra work that I put you and the other people here through. But I have a place were I belong, I have students myself that I intend to return to, alot of people are counting on me."

McGonagall :,,But- alot of people here are awaiting you to return to the wizarding world. You're brother aswell."

At the mentioning of her brother Elizabeth visibly winced.

Elizabeth :,,My brother made his choices and I made mine as soon as this is over I will return to my world. But since I will learn the basics of magic apparently I can keep my wand and magic."

McGonagall was about to say something else as Elizabeth lifted her hand cutting her off.

Elizabeth :,,Look I can understand your argument but I am already part of two worlds I don't need.. no I don't want a third world to come in and fuck everything up again when me and the rest of the mutants just returned to a somewhat normal life."

A gasp was heard and everyone turned to Hermione Granger who had a hand before her mouth.

Hermione :,,That is why you looked so familiar! You are the Shadow Queen one of the most powerful and feared Mutants to walk on this earth."

Elizabeth :,,Well seems like someone knows me."

Susan :,,Mutants?"

Hermione :,,M-"

Elizabeth :,,Mutants are humans that are born with a power. The power of each mutant is different and unique, but there is a categorie system to rank them. I am for example a Omega level mutant, the Omega classification is a term that is commonly used to refer to a mutant possessing powers without foreseeable limits. Both of my students are Alpha level mutants which means that they are very powerful but their powers have limits and then there are the Beta and Gammas. The Betas have formidable powers, my uncle Logan for example is a Beta mutant his healing factor has kept him alive for around 300 years now and he only looks like he is in his early fourties he also was once a science guinea pig for the US goverment which made him even more deadlier then he already was. The Gammas are those that have the 'weakest' powers which doesn't mean much honestly as most powers can be improved and trained to be stronger similar to magic."

Susan :,,Wow, this... is quite alot of information."

Elizabeth :,,Sorry for that I am so used to introduce the Mutant Classifications to the new comers in our school that I just gave my usual speech."

McGonagall nodded at that with a slight smile she also was so used to repeating the house speech each year that she can repeat it as if it was as easiest thing in the world.

Dumbledore :,,So I guess that you, declare yourself neutral from any school?"

Elizabeth :,,No, since the other champions all represent their school that they go to. I think it's the best that represent mine, Xaviers school for the gifted."

McGonagall gasped :,,A muggle school?!"

Elizabeth :,,A mutant school to be correct but I get what you mean we aren't a magical school."

Dumbledore :,,I see... I guess the ministry is ok with this?"

Crouch :,,Yes."

Dumbledore :,,Very well.... could you four be so kind to show our new resident around the castle?"

Daphne :,,Of course"

McGonagall :,,Ah before you go here is your schedule for your independent study course for you to encompasses both individual time with the Professors of each subject as well as peer tutors."

After that the five of them left the office. 

Elizabeth stopped as she and the four others reached the old, stone corridor. The door that they'd just left was guarded by a pair of the ugliest gargoyles that she has ever seen. Lifting a eyebrow she pierced one of her new 'tutors' with a question.

Hermione :,,They guard the Headmaster's office. If you want to get in, you have to tell them the password, if you don't know it then they will relay a message to the Headmaster."

Elizabeth :,,Hermione right?"

She nodded.

Elizabeth :,,Like from the Winter's Tale by Shakespeare."

Hermione :,,Not many people know that. My parents and my grandparents are all Shakespeare buffs."

Elizabeth nodded and then turned to her next Tutor.

Elizabeth :,,Neville?"

The boy in question nodded shylie. Continuing his turn, Elizabeth took in the next girl. She wore wore robes and a tie trimmed in yellow with a animal that Elizabeth thought may be a Racoon on it differently to Hermione and Neville that had a Lion on red ground. She had long mahogany coloured hair pulled back in a ponytail, allowing her happy expression and dancing brown eyes to shine clearly. A large smile was already on her face as she waited to see if she remembered her name.

Elizabeth :,,Susan?"

Susan :,,That is right. It's nice to meet you."

Elizabeth :,,Same. And you are Daphne?"

Elizabeth said turning to the last girl. She stood slightly apart from the other three and while Elizabeth could tell that she was listening intently, her body was turned away as though she disinterested. Her alof look, coupled with her long sleek black hair, slim build and from what she could remember the most brilliant blue eyes that she'd ever seen.

Daphne :,,Correct Miss Potter."

She replied finally turning her head towards her, letting her see those piercing blue eyes once more.

Elizabeth :,,Elizabeth."

Daphne :,,Elizabeth."

Elizabeth :,,And the four of you are going to be my tutors?"

Hermione :,,Yes, we are all top of our year in different subjects. That is why Professor McGonagall asked us if we wouldn't mind giving up some of our free time to get you 'up to speed' as it were.

Daphne :,,Even so it's useless now considering that you will leave as soon as the tournament is over."

Elizabeth :,,Well I have my own responsibilities that I have to return to. Mister Crouch also said that I maybe even can keep my magic considering how good I am at it at the end of the school year."

Susan :,,Why don't we talk while walking that way Elizabeth can see the rest of the castle."

Everyone nodded at her as the group started to walk.

Neville :,,Ahm- Just a question what kind of responsibilities?"

Elizabeth :,,My students, my school, the other Mutants my dad. I am the future.. ahm what did you call it again? Ah! I am the Future Headmistress of Xaviers School for the gifted my dad and uncle Hank prepared me for this role the entirety of the last two years."

Susan :,,But you are our age? How can you already be a Professor?"

Elizabeth :,,Well I am not really a Professor I still have to go to college. But I have lived in the school my whole life and I know how everything works there. The other reason why I already have students is because my powers are the best suited to counter those of my students. Now! Enough about me why don't you tell me something about this school and the Wizarding world."

The group of five continued to walk through the Castle showing Elizabeth everything what they deemed was important. They soon reached a great entrance hall and Elizabeth not was astonished by the size of it, the entrance hall of the Mansion is mini compared to this, she then also saw 4 hourglasses with each having a different color of sand in it.

Neville :,,Those count the housepoints not something you have to worry about."

Elizabeth :,,What are those houses you are talking about actually?"

Daphne :,,The four houses of Hogwarts were made by the four founders of Hogwarts. Godric Gryffindor, Rowena Ravenclaw, Salazar Slytherin and Helga Hufflepuff. The houses are named after them and we were their colors. I wear the green and the snake of Salazar Slytherin."

Susan :,,I wear the yellow and the Badger of House Hufflepuff.

Hermione :,,And I and Neville wear the red and the Lion of Godric Gryffindor. The students that wear blue and a Eagle are from House Ravenclaw."

Daphne :,,Each house also stands for different traits. For example Slytherin stands for Ambition, cunningness, heritage and resourcefulness."

Susan :,,Hufflepuff stands for Hard work, patience, loyalty, and fair play."

Hermione :,,Gryffindor stands for Bravery, helping others, and chivalry."

Neville :,,And Ravenclaw stands for Intelligence, knowledge, planning ahead, and wit."

Elizabeth :,,So you are sorted by the traits that make your personality?"

Hermione :,,Yeah."

Daphne :,,You probably would be a Hufflepuff."

The other fours looked at her.

Elizabeth :,,Why that?"

Daphne :,,You are loyal to the mutants to the degree were you abandone youre heritage and from everything you told us you also work hard to help them to improve themselve. Two very big traits for Hufflepuff."

Elizabeth :,,I guess you are right, but I am also seeking knowledge not only to improve myself but to also help others and I also plan ahead as I want to help my father so that I can take over as soon as he retires."

Daphne :,,Like I said a Hufflepuff through and through, well besides the fair play part since your powers are anything else as fair."

Daphne said as she opened the big door infront of them.

Daphne :,,This is the Great Hall, here we gater, eat and celebrate."

Daphne pushed open the door showing a giant room with a open roof. Or so Elizabeth thought but as soon as she stepped inside she saw that the sky was inside the room.

Hermione :,,The ceiling has been enchanted to reflect the sky outside."

Elizabeth :,,This looks awesome."

Elizabeth looked around seeing many students in black robes sitting at the 4 long tables eating lunch, she also sees some students on blue and some in red uniforms.

Elizabeth :,,Let me guess the tables are also seperated by house?"

Neville nodded.

Daphne :,,You can sit down at any table you want since you are not a Hogwarts student."

Elizabeth :,,Anyone of you kind enough to take me in?"

Elizabeth asked her four tutors with a smile.

Hermione :,,You can go with us."

Elizabeth :,,Nice! I am starving see you guys later."

Elizabeth followed Hermione and Neville as they walked to the Gryffindor table, they stopped as they reached the middle of it and showed Elizabeth were she could sit down. She said thanks to Hermione and sat down and instantly regretted it as opposite to her sat a boy with black hair and green eyes. Elizabeth didn't even needed introductions she instantly knew who the boy infront of her was.

Harry :,,Hello."

Elizabeth :,,Hi."
