As with Lambda, she was sitting on the roof awaiting orders from Kokonoe
Kokonoe: Ok Lambda your task is simple I'm gonna need you to find a box full of pizza and then find a couple of algae and use it as toppings for Raph's "surprise pizza."
Lambda: Understood.
Lambda began her task Kokonoe instructed her to do, She gathered up some algae, opened up the pizza box, and added Algae onto the pizza.
Lambda: Objective complete.
"Raph's gonna be so pissed," Kokonoe said as she smirked

Back at the lair, Tsubaki was reading a book on the Nox Nyctores weapons, Noel was tending to Leo's injuries and Raph was still thinking about Jin. While Makoto relaxing on the couch, when Ragna, Donnie, and Mikey came back.
Ragna: Hey guys we're back.
Makoto: Hey! Where were you guys?
Ragna: I Went to Mr. Murakami's place and tried out his Pizza Gyoza or whatever it's called.
Raph: And...
Ragna: It was good, It was way better than Noel's cooking.
Donnie: What's her cooking like?
Ragna: You don't wanna know. So How's Leo doing?
Tsubaki: He's still recovering.
Ragna: anyway, how was your latest patrol?
"Not that great," Raph replied
"I'm guessing you ran into Jin?" Ragna asked.
Raph: Yep not only that but I also encountered Tigerclaw and get this he had a sidekick with him
Ragna: Sidekick? what did she look like? You know what? I don't wanna know.
Mikey: What a coincidence we encountered him as well, but he was acting all creepy when he saw Ragna.
Raph: How was Jin creepy?
"As soon as he saw Ragna he was like "Let's kill each other BROTHER!" Mikey explained as he tried to impersonate Jin's creepy voice.
Ragna: That was the worst Jin impersonation I have ever heard.
They then heard footsteps so they went into battle positions. But it was just Lambda and she brought home 2 boxes of pizza.
Kokonoe: Hey guys sorry we're late.

Donnie: Hey Lambda, you look... Different.

Kokonoe: That's her pre-battle armor, anyway Lambda brought home some pizza.
Mikey: Awesome!
Lambda puts the two boxes of pizza on the kitchen table for everyone to eat.
Everyone dug in and ate two slices of pizza each.
Noel got up and puts one of her slices of pizza and gives it to Leo.
Leo: Thanks Noel.
Noel: Your welcome.
But as soon as Raph tried to have some fresh pizza he was zapped.
Noel: Raph! Are you alright? What happened?
Kokonoe: Sorry, he's not getting any.
Mikey: Why?
Kokonoe: He got too reckless and rushed in without a plan while he disobeyed my orders. You see I planted an electric chip in the pizza box so that he can't touch it.
Raph: Then where's mine?!
Kokonoe: Oh yours is right there.
Raph snatches the other pizza from Lambda and opens his "special pizza" and looks completely shocked to see that his pizza had Algae for his toppings.

Raph: You... You really did put algae on my pizza, didn't you!
Lambda: ...

Raph: Don't give me that! You made this on purpose!
Raph pins Lambda to the wall as he takes out a Sai and threatens Lambda by pointing it at her throat
"Raph, What the hell do you think you're doing?"  Ragna asked.
"I'm about to turn Lambda into scrap metal!" Raph yelled
But Tsubaki steps in and grabs Raph's hand gently.
Tsubaki: You don't want to do this.
Raph calmed down a bit and puts away his sai.
Raph: I'm letting you off the hook this time.
Mikey: Please don't tell me we have to eat the algae pizza as well!
Kokonoe: Don't worry it's just for Raph.
Donnie: Oh good...
Raph instantly closed his "Special Pizza" and puts it in the trash.
Raph: Forget it, I can't eat this. I'm outta here.
Ragna: Hey! Hey, where the hell do you think you're going?
"What does it look like, I'm going out to calm down," Raph said as he left.
Noel: Um, is he always like this?
Donnie: Well yeah you could say that.
Tsubaki: He probably just needs space,
Ragna's mind: Can't believe what an asshole he is.
"Oh Ragna, There's something I want to show you!" Mikey said as he grabbed Ragna's hand and lead him outside the sewers.
Ragna: Where are we going?
Mikey: Did you know that we have a vehicle?
Ragna: You have a vehicle?
Mikey: Of course we do, here I'll show you.
Mikey leads him further down the sewer until they came across a vehicle that looked like a van but with gadgets
Ragna: What the hell is that?
Mikey: Ragna, I give you... the Shell Razor!

Mikey followed Ragna in the van as he showed him around and Ragna looked impressed on how it was built.
Mikey: What do you think? Pretty cool right?
Ragna: Yeah I guess.
Mikey: Anyway let's head back,
Ragna: You go on ahead, I'm gonna go out and kick some Foot Clan ass. can you also tell Gramps that I'll be out.
"OK, I'll let the others know," Mikey said before he heads back to the lair.
Kokonoe: I didn't know the turtles had a vehicle, speaking of that, I made a vehicle for you Ragna
Ragna: You made a vehicle for me?
Kokonoe: Yep it's right next to Shell Razor,
Ragna walked around the Shell Razor and saw a motorcycle with a red painting on it.
Kokonoe: That is your vehicle Ragna, I call it the Blood Runner

Ragna: You made this for me?
Kokonoe: Uh-huh. It's equipped with a high durability armor that can withstand blasts from lasers, bullets, you name them, as for the helmet, it's equipped with night vision technology and it can locate your allies anywhere, and it also fires seithr projectile blasts, and while your busy fighting, the bike also has an auto mode that drives by itself.
Ragna: Not bad Professor,
"So what are you going to do with it?" Kokonoe asked.
"I think I'm gonna take this out for a test drive," Ragna said as he got on the vehicle before putting on his helmet.
Ragna: And to find Raph.
He started the ignition before he drove off in the sewers.
