Jin's POV 🌸

Korrina's Lucario stood there, thinking about it, before it nodded it's head.

"Are you saying you want do the blood donation?" I asked.

Lucario nodded again.

I smiled as tears started to appear in my eyes before I gave Korrina's Lucario a hug.

"Thank you so much for this, Lucario...How can I ever repay you?" I said.

Lucario smiled and rested it's paw on my hand before it wrapped it's paw around my hand and squeezed it a little.

I noticed that and blushed a little.

Korrina chuckled a bit.

"That's Lucario's way of saying "you're welcome" and considering you as a friend." Korrina explained.

"Oh! I didn't know that! I thought it meant something else because my Lucario, Akami, does that to my hand a lot." I replied.

Korrina starts thinking for a moment before she smiled as she looked back down at me.

"Well if your Lucario, Akami, does that a lot....Then....That probably means Akami loves you." Korrina mentioned.

My face turned red in embarrassment as I continued blushing more.

"Anyways...Let's go on in. We don't wanna keep Nurse Joy waiting all day..." I said as I stood up and looked at Korrina.

Korrina and her Lucario nodded in agreement before we went in the treatment room.

-Minutes later-

After Korrina's Lucario gave Akami a blood donation, I noticed that Korrina's Lucario looked (and felt) dizzy as a dodo bird.

I noticed a spare medic bed nearby and helped Korrina's Lucario rest on it.

Nurse Joy nodded her head after noticing what I was doing.

"Your Lucario should rest for a bit, Korrina...

Doing a blood donation for another can take a toll on whoever is donating their blood to the other..." Nurse Joy mentioned after Korrina's Lucario lied down.

"Here...Drink this slowly. It'll help you with the dizziness..." I said after an hour had passed before I gave Lucario a cup of apple juice.

Lucario nodded at me in thanks before it started to drink the apple juice slowly.

Korrina smiled before she rested her hand on my shoulder.

"You should be a nurse when you're an adult..." Korrina mentioned when I looked over at her.

"Why?" I asked.

"Because you seem to know a lot about health and other pokémon very well..." Korrina explained.

I smiled.

"That seems like a nice idea in the future....I should do that when I'm older..." I replied.

"And you're also really nice to pokémon like how Nurse Joy is...That's another reason why you should be a nurse when you're an adult..." Korrina added.

I smiled and nodded before sitting down next to Lucario and petting it on the head.

Lucario looked at me and smiled after it drank all the apple juice in the cup.

"You feeling okay now?" I asked Lucario.

Lucario nodded before it got off the medic bed.

I got off the bed too as I stood next to Korrina's Lucario.

After I stood, Lucario gave me a hug as it smiled at me.

"You're very welcome, Lucario...." I said as I hugged Lucario back.

Lucario, then, parted from me before heading back over to Korrina.

"I gave Lucario some apple juice so the sugar level is leveled out." I explained.

Korrina nodded in understanding.

I heard a groan coming from the direction where Akami was at and then looked over.

Akami was slowly beginning to gain consciousness as I walked over to him and held his paw.

When Akami was fully conscious, he looked over at me and smiled before he rested his other paw on the side of my face.

"Hey, Jin...." I heard Akami whisper to me.
