"Just relax, deep breaths in and out"

Cameron tried his best to stay still as he's slowly slid inside the MRI scan machine. He closes his eyes and after fifteen minutes, he feels himself slowly slide out.

"Not bad was it, I'll have the nurse help you out while I print these out"

He sighs and sat up, using his core strength to lift his legs off to the edge. The door opens as the nurse wheels in his chair.

"Is the guy I came with still waiting?" He asked. The nurse nodded.

"Of course. He even got some food at the vending machine"

It made him a little happy that Jonathan was patiently waiting. He now realizes that not everyone is going to treat him the way Peter did and that made Cameron more excited for their trip.

They enter the doctor's office and the nurse leaves immediately after Cameron was comfortable.

"So your scans are pretty much normal"

Cameron frowned.

"How? I heard the voices and I saw people that weren't even there"

"You're traumatised Cameron. You had a car accident that left you unable to walk, you needed therapy to deal with that but unfortunately your partner at the time added more trauma to your life with his infidelity, abuse and kicking you out. Your brain is only trying to help but unfortunately with the lack of the necessary hormones, it ended up self destructing than helping"

"Oh....so how we do fix it?"

"Intense therapy, I suggest somewhere away from here. That way if you're done with therapy but you still hallucinate, we can dig a little more deeper"

He nodded. It actually made sense to why he was seeing people from his past.

"Let's talk about your spine"

Cameron frowned.

"What of it?"

"There's a fluid build up. We can take a sample and run a biopsy."

"How about after my trip?"

"Are you sure?"

He nodded and gave the doctor a reassuring smile.

"Yes"

" what does Cj want exactly?"

"Me" Xavier said. Benedict sighed and sat down, caprisun in one hand and a bowl of shredded carrots in the other.

"So what are we going to do?"

Xavier at this point was out of options. By the rate it's going, someone is going to get hurt and he fears Cj might go after Benedict. So he has to stop Cj before things escalate even further.

"I have an idea. But you have to trust me okay bunny?"

"Of course I trust you. It's that imbecile I don't trust. But do what you have to do, if you want any help I'm here"

Xavier nodded and pulled Benedict closer.

"Now that we're alone again, how about we fool around?"

"I'm not really in the mood. My feet are aching"

"Do you want a massage? I'm very useful with my hands you know"

"Of course I know, we do this every night" Benedict responded before he took a spoonful of his carrots.

"You know, when I get pregnant again, I'm going to stop sex until the baby is born"

"That sounds boring" Xavier teases.

"That may be, but remember that I'm the one getting folded like a napkin all the time"

"You fold me too, don't fib"

Benedict chuckled. He thinks about the ring upstairs and he wonders if he should sk Xavier now or wait.

"What are you thinking about?" Xavier asked.

"You...Xavier, should I propose to you?"

Xavier smiled.

"Follow your heart. If you feel the need to do it, then do it and if not, it's fine. I'm yours forever"

Skye almost cried. Sam's once puffy curly hair was now reduced to a short curly bowl cut. Prince held him by the waist.

"It's just hair babe, it'll grow back"

Skye sighed.

"I know but he looked really cute. He looked like my cute little baby"

"Well he still is..."

"I know I know"

Sam ran up to them, feeling the air on his ears for the first time.

"Dada look! She cut my head"

Skye laughed.

"She did! What should we do with her?"

"Nothing! I like it"

Prince ruffled the toddler's short hair and smiled.

"Well you look like your father now" he teases making Skye laugh.

They head back inside, Star and Luke were at the table looking distraught.

"What happened?" Prince asked.

"Uhm....Edward sent a letter"
Prince resisted the urge to roll his eyes.

"What did he say?" Skye asked, he felt Prince's eyes on him but he avoided the man's gaze.

"He was apologising....for everything. He also said he'll never step foot here again and will leave for the military once he's out"

"Oh..."

Prince sighed and walked away with his son. Skye looked at his retreating figure.

"Maybe I shouldn't have asked" he said. Luke stood up, shaking his head.

"Prince will never forgive Edward and that's his right to. I can't imagine how he's feeling right now. We'll never mention Edward again, so we apologise for that."

Skye smiled at him.

"I appreciate it. In the meantime, how about we have lunch? I'll go get Prince and Sam"

"Alright"

"Bunny?" He called out and Benedict turned to his side, murmuring sleepy gibberish. Xavier kissed him on the forehead and headed to the kitchen.

He makes a fruit salad for his fiancé and smiles at himself.

"Hey"

He looks up and chuckles as Benedict had messy hair.

"Hey sleepy head. How are you feeling?"

"Very tired daddy. Hold me?"

Xavier easily picked him off his feet, Benedict held him tightly, nuzzling his head on the man's neck.

"What were you doing?"

"Making you a snack. We're out of syrup"

"Let's go together"

"No no, you stay here. The store is just a few minutes away"

Benedict sighed and he's sat down on the counter. He rubs his stomach and grabs an apple slice.

"Let's share"

Xavier smirked and took a bite of the slice and kissed his fiancé. Benedict moaned in delight. Xavier pulled away and his tongue swiped over Benedict's lips.

"I'll be back bunny"

"Okay, be safe okay?"

"I will"

Benedict stepped down and sighed. Maybe he should dress up and surprise Xavier when he returns.

But little did Benedict know, that was the last time he'd see Xavier that day.
