"Bye! See you at the next one!"

Xavier waved the last person goodbye and he closed the door. The only people left were Prince, Skye, Jonathan, Cameron, Sarah and his mother Susanna.

Sarah, Skye and Jonathan were with Benedict admiring his ring.

"It's so beautiful! It suits you so well"

"Thanks mom"

"They say the bigger the ring, the more memorable you were in bed." Skye teases. Benedict blushed and glanced at the five carat stone.

"What about yours? Mr 50 carats"
Skye hid his hand as he blushed.

"This is not about me, tonight is about you!"

Prince and Cameron give Xavier a hug.

"Congratulations! I can't wait to attend your wedding" Prince says making Xavier laugh.

"Congratulations, I'm happy for you and your fiancé" Cameron said, voice getting quiet as he spoke. He really felt like he was being too forward.

Xavier patted him on the shoulder.

"Thanks! Now our eyes are on you and Jonathan"

Cameron gasped.

"R-Really?"

"Yep, but don't worry, he won't propose tomorrow....unless you were that good" Prince jokes making Xavier laugh and high give him.

"No pressure though right?" Cameron asked.

"Of course! Just go with the flow. The best way to enjoy your relationship is just compromise. Look at me and Benny, he wasn't a furry a first but now...." he says finishing with a smug smile.

"And me and Skye, he gave him up his dreams to be with me and I never want to make him regret that"

Cameron was really in awe. These famous people were just like him! Normal and ordinary!

"What did you both compromise though?" He asked.

"Well I have to have sex for 45 minutes straight. Do you know the stress it causes to hold out just so your partner can have a good time." Xavier confesses making Prince gasp.

"Damn Xavier. The sacrifice I made was....well I.....shit"

Cameron and Xavier shared a worry filled look.

"Oh boy"

Benedict was in the kitchen, turning the ring around his finger. He takes a deep breath and pinches himself.

"So it was real"

"Hey Benny"

He turns around and finds Susanna standing by the door.

"Hey"

She glanced at the ring on his hand and smiled.

"I'm so happy for the both of you. I want to give you something"

She reaches into her bag and pulls out a small red velvet box.

"It's my engagement ring. I was hoping to give it to Xavier but it seems he beat me to it" she says as she handed Benedict the box.

Benedict opened it and finds an emerald cut diamond eternity band. The ring still looked new.

"It's beautiful"

"Thanks, you might need to resize it before you give it to Xavier"

He closed the box and looked at her.

"Thanks....mom"

Susanna hugged him.

"Welcome to the family honey"

"Are you sure you can't spend the night?"

"Nah, we have a two year old waiting for us back home." Prince said.

Benedict sighed sadly.

"Okay fine, call me in the morning okay Skye?"

"Sure. bye Benny, bye Xavier!"

They get in the car and drive off. Skye sighed as he took down his ponytail. He feels a hand on his knee and chuckles.

"At 3am?"

"I wanted to steal you away during the party but you kept dodging me"

"Maybe it was on purpose" Skye teases. They pass by the university where they first met, Skye smiled to himself.

"The other day I went to the OBGYN. She told me I'd need IVF if we plan on having another baby"

"Let's have that option in our back pockets. For now, let's just see what happens naturally.  We should also be focusing on our wedding babe"

"Fair enough."

By late morning, Benedict woke up to find himself alone in bed. He sits up and sighs as he grabbed his phone. He gasped.

"It's noon?!"

He slides off the bed and heads downstairs to find Xavier and Susanna cleaning up.

"Hey"

Xavier smiled and gave him a kiss on the lips.

"Hey yourself, did you sleep well?"

"Yeah..sorry I didn't help with the clean up"

"Don't worry about it. Go brush your teeth, freshen up and come have breakfast. Mom made crepes"

"Okay, one more kiss?"

Xavier chuckled and kissed him again.

"Anything for you bunny"

Once Benedict went back upstairs, Xavier and Susanna continue their cleanup. Suddenly there was a knock on the door. Susanna took liberty to tend to the unannounced visitor.

Xavier heard her scream, he quickly made his way to the front door where Susanna was standing in front of the now closed door.

"What happened?".

"Don't open that door"

He frowned.

"Mom, what happened?"

She shook her head, tears daring to escape her eyes. Xavier sighed and grabbed the door knob.

"Let me see"

"Xavier don't"

"What's going on?" Benedict asked from atop of the stairs.

"Mom just move"

"If you know what's best for you, don't open the door"

Feeling impatient, Xavier pulls the door with full force. On the entrance stairs was a decapitated head of a horse. Xavier felt his blood run cold looking at it, it's eyes were scooped out and replaced with white roses. There was a note attached on it's forehead. Xavier peels it off so he could read it.

"All bets are off. Ps, congrats on the engagement, Cj"

He glances back at the head and gasped.

"The black stallion from the races"

"Sam stay still please"

"No it hurts! It's hurts dada!"

Skye massaged his temples. He was hungover and this toddler screaming was not helping.

"What's going on?" Prince asked, standing by the door.

"Your son is refusing to get his hair brushed"

"Maybe he needs a haircut"

"No!" Skye and Sam said at the same time. Prince nodded, admitting defeat.

"Okay okay, let me help you"

Prince knelt down before Sam and he's immediately poked in the eye.

"When is the tutor coming back?"

Skye sighed and ran the brush through Sam's curly hair.

"No! It hurts!"

Skye dropped the brush.

"You know what, we're all getting haircuts" he said and walked out. Prince picked Sam up and laughed.

"Well, looks like we're changing some things around here"
