I went to put my toys away

So I opened up the chest

But the chest said "I have got no room,

The closet would be best"

So I opened up the closet

And tried to put the toys in there

But the closet yelled

"No not in here!

You must go look elsewhere!"

So then I went up to the shelves

And they said "You'd better not!"

So I looked under my bed

But there was not one empty spot

So, you see, I really tried my best

To put my toys away

But since they've got no place to go

I'd better go ahead and play!
