There are days when all I want to do is sit inside all day

Even when the other kids all want to go outside and play

And it's not because I'm sad about one thing about the day

I just don't feel quite right, so for now indoors I'll stay.

I always have a smile on my face so big and wide

But that don't mean I'm looking how I'm feeling deep inside

And sometimes you can see it when you look into my eyes

That what you see is there for all the bad to hide behind

But that don't mean tomorrow I won't feel so very grand

So each time that you see me ask for me to take your hand

For it may not be tomorrow, but one day I won't feel blue

And there's no one I would rather spend a good day with, than you!
