Sophie pov
The next day I woke up and got ready for rehearsal. We had the concert in three days. I put jeans, a dark blue tank top, a blue sweater, and a long purple jacket on. I put boots on and got my hair fixed and contacts in. When I came out of the bathroom Taka was still asleep. I got on the bed and gently shook him.
" Taka wake up. It's time to get ready." He groaned and rolled over. I sighed. Every morning is a struggle to get him up. I tickled Taka. Unfortunately it turned back on me. He grabbed me and pulled me down. He was on top of me.
" Was that really necessary?"
"To get you up? You bet." He smirked and spoke.
" Well then. I'll just have to return the favor." He tickled me and I squealed.
" Stop it Taka. It's not funny."
" Then why are you laughing?" I sat up and gave him a kiss. It effectively stopped the tickling. I slipped out from underneath him. He got up and got ready while I worked on music on my laptop.

After the two of us were ready we went to the lobby to wait for the others. Once everyone was there we left in the limo. When we arrived we were greeted by Zain.

That day ten years ago, Lord Michael and Zain had helped us disappear. That was why they were the only two to know about us. Zain had always watched over us.

I gave Zain a hug.
" Hello Sophie."
" Hey Zain. Thanks for the invitation."
" Lord Michael wished to see you girls for Christmas. I must warn you your brothers are here." I gave a sad smile.
" We know. We saw them already. They were in disguises but I know it was them." Zain patted my back.
" Eventually you are going to have to see them again."
" I know. Just not right now. We want to focus on the concert."
"Of course. If you'll follow me."

Zain led us inside and took us to the Grand Hall where we would be preforming. We took our coats and sweaters off and got to work. We got the sound checked and then started rehearsal. When we took a break I put on a Christmas playlist. Soon one of our favorite songs was on and Caroline pulled us up so we could preform it. We had fun and ended up laughing. Suddenly there was a knock on the door.
" Come in." I called. Zain came in with the six butlers. Nai grabbed my hand. I looked at her and gave a silent command to keep quiet and calm.
" Pardon the intrusion girls. These are the butlers of the six kingdoms. They wanted to meet you as the princes will be attending."
" Wow. So the princes are attending our concert." Caroline said in her thick Japanese accent. I snickered.
" Etsuko. Stop acting starry eyed. You're boyfriend is here." Naomi said and then turned to the butlers.
" It's nice to meet you all. I'm Noriko. This is Rin, Kamako, Etsuko, Hisoka, and Atsuko. Oh. And this is Revance. They pretty much are always with us." Taka looked at me.
" Because we get manipulated into going."
" Excuse me? I did not manipulate you. I simply stated the obvious. And used those points to convince you."
" Sure." Soon the two of us were having playful back and forth in Japanese.
"I'm sorry. You don't manipulate me."
" Thought so. I forgive you." I said and leaned into him. Aurora spoke up.
" Oh. We never asked for your names. What are they?" Louis came up.
" I'm Louis. This is Claude, Alberto, Yu, Jan, and Luke. And yes the princes are coming to visit. Lord Michael requested they come to this concert. Said you all were the top female group and that they would be surprised at the concert." I narrowed my eyes at the last bit. I glared at Zain who avoided my gaze. Oh so not happening. I quickly turned back into my happy self.
" Well I hope their highnesses enjoy the show. I'm sorry to cut this short but we need to rehearse some more. It was nice to meet all of you." They all bowed and left.
" They know." Nai said. I nodded.
" Either they know or they're starting to get suspicious. I think we need to have a little talk with Zain."
" Yeah. Let's rehearse and then when he comes back we'll talk." I nodded my head. We rehearsed and then as we were taking a final break Zain came in.
" Girls. We haven't told them. But Lord Michael and I agree it's time you tell them. We won't do anything drastic but please tell them at the ball." I sighed.
" Zain. I wish you both had talked to us. But I suppose it is time. As long as they know we're not giving up our singing life just yet. I think the butlers already suspect something." Zain nodded and then bowed before leaving. Taka came up to me.
" Are you sure?"
" Positive. But don't worry. We won't give up International Pride or you all. We won't let our bloodline ruin anything." The other girls nodded.
" Good. Because we would definitely miss you all." Nagito said. I laughed.
" We would miss you all also."

Three days later it was finally time for the concert. I put on a beautiful blue dress and left my hair down. I put teal eyeshadow on. I put on a blue stone necklace Taka had gotten me for our first anniversary. It was my good luck charm and I always wore it. I saw Aurora staring at a old photo album. I went over and gave her a hug. I picked up the brush and fixed her hair. While I was doing it I hummed a tune Nai and I used to sing when we were younger. I saw Aurora watching me through the mirror. I gave her a smile.
" It's gonna be fine. Don't worry."
" Thanks. I'm better now."
" No problem."

With that we all went back stage.
" Okay. We can do this. Get this concert done and then we'll focus on tomorrow. We got this." I said. All the girls nodded and we got into position.

After our final piece we all went and got changed. When there was a knock on the door Nai called out.
" Come in." The door opened to reveal the six butlers again. They definitely knew.
" Hello." I said. Louis looked at me.
" Sophie." I sighed and put my brush down.
" Alright. How did you know?"
" You're not going to try to deny it?"
" It would be pointless considering you already know. I only ask one thing. Do not tell our brothers. We will tell them tomorrow at the ball." Louis stayed silent for a minute then nodded.
" Why come back after all this time?" I gazed at them and then sighed.
" Because we needed to come home at least for the holidays. But we're not giving up anything. We enjoy this life. We're finally able to bring music to other people."
" You have not changed at all Princess."
" Oh trust me. I have. I have become more independent."
" And it appears you've gained boyfriends." I looked away not meeting him in the eye. Audriana spoke up.
" So what if we have? They love us for us. And before you ask yes they know who we really are. They saw us for us. Not as a opportunity to climb the social later or to align two countries."
" Audri." I said. She huffed and went out. I sighed.

I stood up and went out in search of her. I saw Revance and I ran up to them.
" Have you seen Audri? She disappeared." I proceeded to tell them the whole story.
" We haven't seen her. Want some help?" Ryo asked me.
" Please." We split up and searched. I got a message from Kyohei saying he had found her and she was upset. I messaged him back telling him to calm her down and bring her back later.

Taka and I went back the dressing room to find Louis still there. I went and gave him a hug. He hugged me back and handed me something.
"At the very least I'm glad you're safe princess. Take care. I'll see you tomorrow." I nodded my head. After he left Taka spoke.
" Well. At least that's six people on your side. With any luck your brothers will also get on your side." I smiled and gave him a kiss on the cheek. I looked to see my old necklace in my hand.

It was the very necklace Ed had given me on my tenth birthday. I had given it to Louis for safe keeping in a Christmas card I had written him before we left.

I smiled with tears in my eyes. Taka and I met the others and we went back to the hotel.

The next day we got ready for the ball. It was a Christmas masquerade ball. I fixed my hair up in a bun but didn't put my contacts in. I died my hair again. I put a beautiful blue ballgown on with silver heels. I put on a red and blue mask. The boys all wore suits. Taka smiled when he saw me and twirled me around.

When we arrived we waited to be announced. When they finally announced our group we walked down the stairs. After we entered the ball started. I pulled Taka to the dance floor much to his complaints. We danced a dance when I noticed the princes watching me and the girls. I sighed. Time to tell them. Nai looked at me and we nodded. After the dance was over we went over to where the princes were. Naomi asked Will to dance while I asked Ed. As we were dancing Ed kept looking at me.
" Is something the matter your highness?"
" No. You just remind me of someone I knew when I was young."
" Hmm. Really?"
" Yes. You are a very good dancer. Have you been to one of these before?"
" Not quite like this but yes I have been to more formal parties. I am a idol after all." He nodded and then pulled me closer.
" I know it's you Phie." I smiled.
" Hello to you also Ed." He looked shocked and then chuckled.
" Always one step ahead sister." I smiled.
" Of course brother. It's no fun to be behind." I saw Nai leading Will away to the private room Zain had arranged for us. I nodded at the other girls. They took care of their brothers. I looked at my twin.
" Come on. I think we have some catching up to do."

Once we all gathered in the room we, girls, took off our masks. Our brothers looked shocked to see all of us there. Ed spoke.
" So. You have been together all this time?"
" Of course. We told you didn't we? We did this to sing."
" Yes. You did. Why leave though? Surely we could have helped you convince our parents." I answered my twin.
" Nothing we said would have convinced them Ed. We knew that then." Will spoke.
" Why come back now? It's been ten years. For ten years you all were gone. We had no clues. Nothing."
" That was by design dear brother. As for why we came back we thought maybe it's time we come home or at least close to it for the holidays." Nai said.
" You're coming back." Josh said.
" Like hell we are. We're not going back till we know we can continue the group. At least for a bit longer." Audriana said.
" I don't believe we asked for your opinion on the matter." Keith spat out. And here we go. Scarlett glared at her twin.
" We're not asking for your opinion either brother. I forgot. God forbid we behave on our own. We're supposed to be delicate princess who let people do everything for them. You can't make us go back and that is final."
" Oh really? What about your boyfriends? What if they were to be charged for kidnapping royalty?" Glenn said with a smirk. We all looked shocked then glared hard at our brothers.
" You wouldn't dare." Aurora said with venom in her voice.
" I think we would do just about anything to get our sisters back." Roberto said. I grew angrier.
" Do it. I dare you. We will never forgive you. Ever. That is a promise." Caroline spat out.
" Then this is quiet simple. Come with us and your little boyfriends will be safe." Will said. Just then the door burst open. Revance came rushing in and pushed us behind them. Taka glared hard at all of the princes. I looked at Ed. They were serious. They really would frame our boyfriends for everything. I shared a look with the others. We all were in silent agreement. I put my hand on Taka. He backed up and held me close.
" Taka. I'm sorry. But they're serious. We'll be back. It won't be forever. We promise." He looked at me and saw that I was on the verge of crying. He pulled me closer and kissed my head.
" I'll wait for you. I love you Sophie." I nodded my head unable to respond. I didn't trust my voice.

We all took limos to Charles. They were all staying there that night. The car ride was silent. Ed tried to talk to me but I ignored him and instead stared out the window. When he put a hand on my shoulder I shrugged it off and moved further away from him.
" Leave me alone Edward." I knew he had a hurt look on his face at the fact that I had used his full name but I didn't care. I hope he was hurt. Maybe he'll learn his lesson. He sighed and gave up.

When we arrived we girls went to my room and we kept the door shut and locked. I sat in the middle of my bed and drew my knees up. I cried silently. We heard a knock on the door and heard Louis speak.
" Sophie. It's just us. Let us in please." I nodded at Nai letting her know it was fine. The butlers came in. Louis took one look at me and came over. He pulled me into a hug and rubbed my back. I cried into his chest. I heard Audriana speak.
" How could they do this to us?! We just want to be independent! Even if it is only for a bit!!"
"Audri. Calm down." Nai said.
" I will not. Look at Phie. She is broken thanks to them. When we had to leave, the look on her face as she said goodbye to Taka was horrible. They are in love. Is it so bad that we want to do something that makes us happy? Is it so bad that we fell in love with someone who saw us for us? I will never forgive them for doing this to us." I sighed. Nai was about to respond when I spoke.
" She's right. I thought they would support us. I didn't think they would go this far to get us back. I guess I was wrong." Just then there was another knock on the door. I heard Ed.
" Phie. I know you are in there with the others. Please let us in." I sat up.
" Louis. Please inform the princes that we will not see them. We are exhausted and need our rest."
" Yes princess." He and the other butlers left the room. After they did Caroline locked the door. My computer was with me as was my phone and tablet. The girls went and changed into pj's. Suddenly my computer chimed with a incoming call. I opened it up and answered to see Taka there.
" Hey princess."
" Hey Taka. Are the others there?" He nodded and called out for the guys.
" So. How is it to be back in a palace?" Iori asked.
" I'm painfully aware of why we left and stayed away more then ever." I said.
" Hang in there. We'll find a way to get you back. We won't let our princesses down." Kyohei said with a wink. I rolled my eyes and gave a small smile.
" Alright. Very funny."
" Hey. It's true. We can't let our princesses down. After all they make us better." I laughed at what Nagito had just said.
" Alright. That's it. What are you doing? Reading from a script or something?"
" Ah. No fair. You figured it out." I laughed even harder. Then I realized what they had done.
" Thank guys. You cheered me up."
"No problem. Night Sophie. Tell the girls we love them." Ryo said. The others said good night and left me and Taka alone.
" Taka. I'm glad you were so understanding." He shook his head.
" It's okay. I know you did it to protect us. Thank you. But I don't plan on letting them keep you. You're too special to me. I mean..... um...." I giggled. He was never really good at expressing emotions.
" Thanks. I love you also."
" Good night my princess."
" Good night Taka." We signed off and I sighed. I really missed him. The girls came back in and we all ended up falling asleep side by side. Little did we know we had forgotten to lock the door.

Edward pov
I went again to my sister's room. I tried the door and found it unlocked. I quietly opened it and went inside. I saw all the girls sleeping near each other. I smiled and sighed. We had made a mistake. They hated us now. I saw a photo album and picked it up. At first there were pictures of us as children but then I saw pictures of them and Revance. These were the missing years. I smiled at the pictures. There were some of Sophie and that boy, Takashi. There was one with him holding her close to him with his arms around her waist. They clearly loved each other. I put the book down and went over to my twin. I gave her a kiss on the forehead and spoke.
" I'm so sorry Phie. I just wanted my sister back. And instead I lost her. I'll make it right." She stirred but didn't wake. I went out of the room and shut the door behind me. What could we do? I hope everything will be fixed. I decided right then and there that I would convince mother and father to let Sophie continue singing.

A week later
Sophie pov
A week had passed and we were all refusing to speak to our brothers unless it was necessary. The others had gone back to their own kingdoms.

Ed hadn't given up and still was trying to mend things with me. Finally one day I got fed up with it.
" If you want to mend things so badly then think of a way for us to continue singing. And while your at it maybe you should apologize for using our boyfriends as bait. Because right now I refuse to acknowledge you as my brother. You are not the brother I knew." I said. He looked really hurt but I didn't care. I stormed off to my room.

I opened the door and slammed it shut. I opened my computer and saw that Taka was on. I connected and he answered quickly. I saw the hotel background.
" Are you all still at the hotel?"
" Yeah. We won't go back without you. Either we go back with you or we move in with you." I smiled.
" Takashi. I do believe that's the first time you have ever been that straight forward with me." He blushed and looked away. We talked some more.
" How are the others?" I asked. Taka sighed.
" Not good. Kota shuts himself in his room all day and plays games more than ever. Ryo has been silent and hasn't really spoken. Nagito refuses to speak and is mad when he does speak. Kyo won't answer any phone calls and he has become even ruder towards others. Iori snaps at everyone and doesn't care who it is. How about on your end?"
" Yikes. That's bad. Caroline refuses to smile at all or even laugh. Aurora snaps at everyone also. She even snaps at her little brother. Naomi has remained silent and I'm the only one that can get her to talk. Scarlett has been angry and rude. Audri locked herself in her room."
"So it's pretty bad there too. I've been composing songs left and right. But somehow they're all depressing songs. We need to come up with a plan fast."
" Yeah. I snapped at Ed today. It's the first time I've ever done that. Sure I've gotten upset with him before. But I've never actually snapped at him. I don't know what to do. I called him a horrible brother." I started crying. Taka watched me and spoke.
" Hey now. You didn't mean it. I'm sure he knows that. He's your brother and no matter how angry you are you could never hate him right?" I shook my head.
" No. I couldn't. He and I were so close and it broke my heart to leave him and the others. But we wanted to bring our voices to other people and make those around us happy."
" I understand. We'll fix this. Don't worry. I better get off here and drag the others out to eat."
" Alright. I better go eat myself. Love you Taka."
"Love you Phie. We'll talk later." After signing off I got a book out and read. It wasn't long however before I felt tears running down my cheeks. I closed the book and cried.

I didn't know it but a certain butler had heard everything.

Louis pov
There was a butler meeting today at Nobel Michael. After it was over we all stayed and talked for a bit.
" Have you all had any luck with the girls?" Yu asked. I smiled sadly.
" I got Sophie out and riding a horse. It seemed to lighten her mood for a bit. I finally saw a little bit of the old her. But then Prince Edward came and her mood darkened again."
" It's the same with me. Every time I get Caroline out and smiling her mood darkens once Prince Roberto shows up. What about you, Jan? Has Princess Audriana left her room?" Alberto asked turning to Jan. Jan shook his head.
" I can't get her to stay out. She leaves for a little bit but every time quickly returns." I sighed and spoke.
" At this rate I wonder if the princesses and princes will ever reconcile?" Claude answered.
" I doubt it will happen without a little nudge. Those girls haven't changed. They can still hold a grudge like crazy." We all sighed then I thought of the conversation I had over heard.
" You know. I don't think their the only ones suffering." I told the others the conversation I had overheard between Sophie and Takashi. They all seemed to ponder this.
" So the members of that group are suffering also. It was almost better when we didn't know where the girls were." Luke said. I got an idea.
" What if we brought those boys to the girls for a little bit? Maybe it could help things."
"You have a point. And while we're at it I think the princes need a little nudge in the right direction." Claude said. It was settled. I would convince Princess Sophie and Prince Edward to allow the other princes and princesses to come over. We, butlers, would go to pick up this boy band group and surprise the girls. Hopefully this plan would work.

Sophie pov.
I sat in my room listening to music and working. I heard a knock on my door.
" Come in." The door opened to reveal Louis.
"Pardon for the interruption. I was thinking maybe the girls would like to stay over for a bit." My face lit up for the first time in a while.
" Really?" He nodded.
" Very well. Arrange for it. Thank you Louis."
" It is nothing your highness." He bowed and left the room. I smiled. He was always so thoughtful and caring. He was more like a brother than a butler. Soon my phone lit up with messages.

Just got a message from Louis. I'll be there. Naomi
Can't wait. Might be a nice break from everything. Caroline
I'm coming. Jan keeps bugging me about leaving the room. Audri
Definitely coming. Need some girl time. Scarlett.
I'll be there. I miss my big sisters. Aurora

I smiled. Girl time was much needed and we were finally getting some.

A week later
A week later the girls and boys came. The girls and I hugged and went to my room. Audri looked awful but I didn't comment on it. Later that day my phone rang. I answered it.

Hello?
Hey Phie.
Taka. What's up?
You know I was just thinking how beautiful your home most be. It must have roses everywhere even in the inside. The hallway to your room must be decorated beautifully with red and blue roses.
Wait. How do you know this? I heard him laugh.
Open the door to your room and step out in the hall. I did as he asked.
Okay. Now turn around.

I did to see Revance standing there smiling. I stood shocked then ran towards Taka. He grabbed me and spun me around. I sank my head into his chest and cried.
" You're here. You all are really here."
" It's us Phie. Your butlers came and got us. Said we needed to see you." Taka said and put his hands on my face. I smiled and laughed.
" I don't believe it. They are sneaky." I pulled back and greeted the others. Kyo spoke.
" I told you we would be back for you all." I laughed.
" Our princes have come to save us." We went into my room. The other girls were shocked but then grew beyond happy to see the boys. I motioned for Taka to leave. The two of us walked around.

" I can't believe this is where you grew up." I laughed.
" Well it is. Come on. I have a place to show you."

I took him outside to the rose garden Ed and I had taken care of together when we were children.
" Wow. It's beautiful."
" Should be. Ed and I took care of it when we were younger. We begged mom and dad for a week to let us have a little garden. We were so excited when they finally said yes that we got the others to help us." I stopped talking. Taka smiled.
" You really didn't have that bad of a life."
" No. I didn't. I just wanted more freedom. Although I exchanged one set of restrictions for another. But I'm glad I did. I met you and the guys. I fell in love with a genius composer. And I made a lot of new friends." Taka pulled me close and gave me a kiss.
" I'm so lucky to have met you. I fell in love with a princess who isn't scared or nervous by the real me." We stayed like that for a bit. Suddenly it began to snow. I looked up at the sky and smiled.
" The first snow of Christmas." Taka said.
" It's beautiful." I answered. Suddenly I noticed the princes looking out the window at the snow. I giggled.
" Maybe it's time I forgive them." Taka looked at me and I put a finger to my lips. I went underneath the window.
"Hey geniuses! You're gonna fall!" They looked at me. Glenn huffed.
" We are not."
" Oh really?" Suddenly they looked shocked.
" Hey wait. You're actually talking to us." Roberto said. I laughed very hard.
" Who else would I be talking to? Jeez. Some princes." Taka came up and hugged me. Ed chuckled and spoke.
" Sophie. We are truly sorry."
" I know Ed. I'm sorry for taking my anger out on you." Taka spoke up.
" Hate to interupt but it's cold. Is there any way we can go inside?"
" Sure. Let's go."

We went inside. I saw Louis and the other butlers talking in a corner. I stopped and motioned for Taka to be quiet. I went over and threw my arms around Louis. He stood shocked for a minute and then chuckled.
" Princess."
" Thank you all. Not only for bringing Revance here. But I'm guessing you had a little chat with princes." The butlers looked away. I laughed.
" It's okay. They needed it." Louis smiled.
" I'm guessing this means you're back to being yourself."
" Well. Somewhat. I still need to talk to Ed. But thank you. It was the best Christmas present I could have asked for." I waved goodbye and ran over to Taka. He twirled me around and then put a kiss on my forehead. I smiled.

We walked to where I knew the princes were. I opened the door to find them still at the window. I went and grabbed Ed. I gave him a hug. He gave me a hug back.
" I am really sorry Phie. I should have listened to you. I just wanted my sister back. And instead I lost her."
" It is okay Ed. I understand. We left so suddenly. Let us try again. And this time try to get to know Revance a little better. And do not use them as bait again."
"I promise. I will not be making that mistake again." I smiled. I looked at Taka and motioned for him to come over. He came over and I went to him.
"Let's try this again. Ed this is Taka. Taka meet my twin Ed." They exchanged greetings and I sighed with relief. I noticed the other princes watching. I went over to them.
" You know. I am not the only one you have to apologize to."
" We know." Wilfred said. I snickered.
" I guess not much has changed. You are still scared of your sisters."
" For a good reason Sophie." Glenn said. I laughed.
" Point taken. Don't worry. I don't think they're angry anymore. At least not wanting to rip you apart angry." Ed came over and pulled me away for a minute.
" I have an early Christmas present for you. It took me two weeks but I convinced mom and dad to let you continue singing. On a few conditions. First you have to make your headquarters here. Second you still have to do princess duties even when you are on tour. And third mom and dad would like to fully extend an invitation to Revance to make their new headquarters here in Charles." I was shocked. Then I threw my arms around him.
"Thank you. So much."
"Anything for my sister. Does this mean I am forgiven?"
"Definitely."

Everyone made up and we all spent a wonderful Christmas together. That was only the beginning of our hectic lives as idols and princesses.
