Sammy's POV

Before we start I just wanna let you guys know I'm doing Q&A at the end of this chapter so please the stuff at the end, thanks!

I knew that Lynn and Drew were alike but siblings? That can't be true, can it? I mean what are we going to do now? We can't banish the kid because he is her family, and he has a way out of here. I am overjoyed to have Thomas back but I still don't trust him. I know he had his reasons, which are logical. I would do the same for my sister if we were in the same situation, but something seems off. Maybe he's lying about them being siblings. But that still wouldn't explain the bracelet, would it?

I was knocked out of my trance- like state by Theo tapping me on the shoulder. He waved his hand in front of my face before saying, "Are you alright? You know babe we still haven't talked and I'm getting the feeling that you're mad at me for some reason. I think now might be a good time seeing that these guys have quite a bit to figure out at the moment."

I sighed and nodded in agreement, following him into the woods. He's right we haven't talked, and I am kinda mad at him. He knew that if anything ever happened to me I would want him to take care of my sister. My foster parents are great in all but they just don't get my sister. Her autism already makes her stand out, but superpowers are the last straw. If they ever found out she had them we would be done for.

I just about walked into one of the millions of large trees before Theo remarked, " So what is it? Spill the beans."

I took a deep breath before trying to explain in a comprehensive way what I was feeling. When I finally had thought of my words I said, "You know I wanted you to protect her. I just miss her so much. I can't bear to see her hurt or worse. I just can't,-" my voice gave out as I thought of my sister. A lone tear ran down my cheek at her being alone.

Theo pulled me into a hug while saying, "I'm sorry, but I couldn't lose you. Your sister will be okay, she's strong. Right now we need to focus on the task in front of us. Right now is a time where we need each other. We need to band together to fight the evil. What do you say? Am I forgiven?"

I tried my hardest to not give in, but he's right, as always. But he's not fully forgiven. I pulled away from him before stating, "You're forgiven, but you need to take my opinion into consideration more often, Okay?"

He nodded his head, "You know I love you, right," he asked with such honesty I almost squealed.

"Of course I do!" I exclaimed beaming ear to ear, "and I love you too."

A wide grin stretched across his features, and we just stood there enjoying each other's company. Just as I was about to suggest heading back Theo yelled, " I have an idea to communicate with your sister!"

I felt my heart lift before saying, "How?"

He just mumbled, " I hope this will work," before sprinting into the woods.

Me being as terrible at remembering directions as I am followed right behind him. Wel you know there is also the fact that I could talk to my sister! I miss her so much! I just hope she's okay. I also really hope she hasn't been exposed. Her powers are harder to control because of her autism so you never know what is going to happen with her. It also doesn't help that she has one of the hardest powers to control.  She has laser vision which is one of those powers that go with your emotions. You know like Alex's powers. They are extremely hard to control, so her being without someone with her is a big risk right now.

When we got back to camp Theo walked towards Drew who was having an intent conversation with Lynn. They have quite a bit to catch up on so I can see why. "Hey do you think you could help us with something,"  Theo asked pacing next to a nodding Drew and Lynn," We really need to check up on Sammy sister to make sure she hasn't destroyed the entire city by now-"

I shot him a warning glare and his eyes widen.

"So anyway," he started obviously being careful of his next words, " I was hoping you could help us send a letter to her or something."

Drew looked to be pondering the question for a minute before saying, "I think we can but I've never really tried teleporting objects before. Especially ones that the bracelet makes itself but we can give it a try."

Relief washed over me as I thought of possibly contacting my litter sister. "Please try." I begged hoping it would work.

"Wait," Zayn unexpectedly called out, " You can't do that."

I turn to face him and gave him a pointed look, "And why is that?"

"Well for starters lets say the message does get through, big if. Let's say your sister gets it and tells everyone. She gives away our location and whatever else you tell her then what? I mean sure the bad guys already know our location thanks to our little friend Drew over there, and they probably already have ten different ways that they can kill us. The last thing we need to do is send out an unnecessary letter that gives away all of the information we have left," Zayn stated looking at us we were insane.

Everyone stood there speechless at Zayn's remark. Well everyone except for Theo, "Alright smartypants, well what happens when her sister loses control when she thinks Sammy's dead? Huh, what happens then? I can tell you! She kills everyone in her path because she can't control her powers! So what do you want us to do when everybody on Earth is freaking out because they find out certain people they know have superpowers?"

Zayn just looked at Theo like he wanted to rip out his throat and not think twice about it. Then he just said, " You know what happens when you send the letter? The evil people kill usThe do you know what they do? They kill ALL of the humans opposed to just a few. So you know what, send the dumb letter and kill all of humanity. I don't care. Just know, when the time comes I won't be the one who perishes."

Zayn the stormed off to wherever with Alex calling behind him, "Come on dude really? Come back!"

Thomas looked super confused as he asked, "I don't get it. Sammy, what's going on?"

I just looked at him from to Theo and then Lynn and Drew. "Whats happen, guys, is that we are going to send a letter to my little sister. But then we're going to send another letter and the second one isn't going to be so nice."

Lynn looked utterly astonished as she asked, "Who's the other letter going to?"

I looked them all over and said, "Alex's parents."

Just as I was about to explain the plan Alex and Zayn walked out the woods looking a mess. But they both had these cocky smirks on their faces as they said, " We're in."

"When do you ever think we'll meet your aunt though," Theo randomly asked, " I mean you guys have been waiting for how long? You don't even know what you're supposed to be doing. Sending a letter sounds cool and all but what is that going to do if we don't have the skills to back up our mouths?"

"Good point," I sighed sliding my back down one of the big trees.But something felt weird as I slid down. I stood back up as everyone was now trying to get their opinions across. I turned to face the tree and I saw something that could be a great help at the moment, "Guys," I called out trying to get their attention, "Guys you might wanna see this!"

The all came over to me and Lynn gasped before saying, "Another note!"

I opened reluctantly hoping it would say something useful. I open and it read;

You have done well and soon I will come. But now you must do this without me. Write to the enemy but don't be dumb. For what you will do I can see.So be careful and don't forget what we are doing this for or the results will be gruesome.

Thomas broke the silence between us by saying, "What is gro-some?"

"It's nothing," I concluded as I pondered the note before me. So she is coming to help after all? And we should write the note? Why can't this women just give us a straight answer? Would It kill her?

"I don't get it," Lynn muttered grabbing the note out of hands earning a glare from Theo and myself, "How did she know we were thinking of writing Alex and Zayn's a letter?"

Zayn just gave her a 'you dummy' look and commented, " She can see the future remember? Its kinda like your power except she can see it whenever she wants to because it's her main power."

"Well I guess that makes sense," Lynn responded, "I guess we should write the letters now shouldn't we?"

We all looked at each other kind of silently agreeing.

"I'm bored I'm going to explore," Thomas explained starting to walk into the woods.

"Fine I'll go with you since you're not getting stolen again," Alex called running after him almost tripping over a tree branch.

"Awesome," Zayn remarked, "Now that little cherub and party pooper are gone we can get down to business. Let's roast some bad guys and hope they don't come an kill us for it! Yay!"

Despite having an immense amount of problems I laughed and everyone joined in. Zayn looked incredibly but he joined in too. Which is the last thing I thought would happen.

After the laughing fiasco, we decided to get down to business.I let them write the threatening letter while I wrote to my sister.

Dear Lyndsey,

I am okay. I pray that you are as well. I am doing something very important that I definitely cannot explain in one letter. Just know that I love and miss you and that I am okay. Please don't look for and tell our parents I'm safe and that they don't need to worry. Make sure you take your medicines and control your abilities. You will be okay without me. Don't let other people get the best of you. You are strong, smart, and beautiful. No matter what you're differences are you will make it in this world you can count on that. I know you won't be able to write back since you don't know where I am. I just hope you get this so you can know I'm okay. Well it was worth a shot, right? I love you.

"I'm finished!" I called out to the group whipping the last tears from my eyes.

"We're almost done," Alex remarked. He must have returned when I was writing because Thomas was there too.

"Okay," I muttered back folding the letter in half and writing Lyndsey on the top messily. It was pretty cool when the pen and paper came out of Lynn and Drew's bracelets but they aren't the best pen and paper I've ever used. Oh well, I guess you really can't be picky when you're in the middle of the jungle.

"We're done," Drew yelled out grabbing a banana from the pile of fruits Alex and Thomas had apparently collected.

"Cool," I said walking over, "Can I read it?"

Zayn strutted over to me and whispered, "Be open-minded."

I gave him a confused look and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked over to the group, that was now feasting on the fruits. So I hesitantly opened the letter and began to read the words that were obviously in Lynn's handwriting. He was right I should've been open-minded.

I have three brothers. Two of them are younger than me and one of them is older. So I'm a middle child!

My favorite character is probably Zayn. I feel like he's really relatable despite being evil! Not to mention I love his sarcasm!
