Residence: He basically lives in Chloe's hotel, which he finds annoying.

Relatives: His Uncle is actually the Butler at the hotel. He has a soft spot for his uncle, and really cares for him.

Friends: The person he would consider his friend is his Kwami, Hoots, but if it was a human friend, it may be Nathaniel, but they barely talk. When they do, they enjoy themselves and would do anything for each other.

Enemies: Hawk Moth mostly. He akumatized his Uncle, now he's got beef with him.

Kwami: Hoots, an Owl Kwami. The little Kwami is actually female and really mean. She is only mean because she's always focused and caring in her own little way. She has a soft spot for Max though. She has a feather tail, and a small beak for a mouth. Her eyes are a deep purple and she does not have wings but little stubs like the rest of the Kwami's.

Personality: Maximilian on the outside is cold and mysterious, which is why some girls at the school swoon over him, though he's aware and utterly ain't interested in relationships as of now. He's trying to find the right girl. He is very intelligent as well and list several outcomes of a situation if needed with a percentage. He's also very sarcastic and smug. But under all that, he's a sweetheart who takes care of his friends and will stand up to anyone. He's got his insecurities that he locks away in fear people will hurt him. He is also so focused on now, that he doesn't have a future. He doesn't know what he wants to do in his life.

As Chouette, he's a little more confident, but he's wayyyy more caring. He still lists out several options and disasters and ideas. He hates Chat Noir's puns with a burning passion as well, and becomes a little sarcastic then. His smile is always on the team, evening it's a smirk, he feels like he can be his usual secretive caring self as Chouette. Other than that, not much changed.
