Lloyd P.O.V

I step out the car and close the door behind me. 'Home sweet home' I thought to myself as I walked towards the church and open the doors. I would spend every Christmas here and sit through it's long ceremonies

Then memories of the good old days, the past came rushing to my mind, rumi and I would come here together every year, we even had our first kiss here.

The fond memories replayed in my head. After a short while I was determined to find the love of my life and there she was, talking with her parents, she looked exactly like how I remembered her, her  rose red cherry lips, her light pink cheeks, her beautiful long snow white hair being held in a pony tail, her pale milky skin, her slim figure and lastly her far too bright blue eyes.

But something was different about her eyes, they still shined brightly but the glow in them were gone. I was brought out of my thoughts when a tall dark handsome man put a arm around harumi's waist and she reached out and kissed him on the cheek.

I also noticed the little boy harumi  was holding, which her mom called grandson, 'Was that her son and husband'? 'did she meet someone else?'  I felt my heart sink at the thought, can't be true, she wouldn't just forget about me like that right?, we've been together for over six years, but what if it is true, what if she is with someone else, happily married with a child. 'Well what did you expect Lloyd that she'll just sit around miserable and wait for you for four years?'

As I look back at the man, harumi and the child I couldn't help wondering what if I had brought her would me, would that be me and her with our child, what if?

The reception had finished and we were getting ready to leave, I knew I had to talk to harumi, so what if she is married, what if she as a child, whether we're together or not I just want her back in my life. As I exited the church I saw her hug the man and leave, 'this is my chance' I thought as I made my way towards her. "Hey rumi." she turned and looked at me "Lloyd, y-your here, when did you get, how are you here? " she said with a shakey breath, "I came to see you, look I know you're married but I-" I didn't get to finish what I was saying because I was cut off by a confused harumi

"I not married" "You're not?" I said happiness forming up my face than I noticed the boy she was holding, he had pure blond hair, slightly tanned skin and really green eyes. "Who this?" I said pointing down to the boy. "This is my son Logan" she said. Logan so he is her's, wait so if the man I saw before isn't the father than who is? 

"I should get going now" she said as she started to turn away. "Wait I could take you home if you like" I said hoping she'd say yes. "No that's okay I'm already going with skylor" she said. I was about to reply when skylor came to view "Hey rumi sorry, I'm having a bit of a problem with the car,  honestly the engine is totalled so it's getting towed " skylor said.  It's okay, don't worry about me, I'll get home safe" rumi said with some annoyance in her voice. "Go" "Thanks "skylor said taking off. How convenient.

I turn back to see harumi already leaving, "Hey, your not walking home are you" I ask, "Yes I am" she said a bit more stern. "Come on rumi it going to rain and my car is just around here, your not going to make it home on time" I said as I heard the church bells ringing stating that Christmas as officially started "Please rumi let me take you home, it is Christmas." She sighed "Fine."
