Now for the good part.
The Millennial Awards will be judged in ROUNDS.

What that means is, each genre will have 10 - 15 accepted entries. We know that this may seem like a small amount but we have so many genres that we are judging that last years fifteen resulted in 114 books being accepted and read. 

So here's how it works for this season's awards.
⭐️

ROUND ONE: 2 Weeks

Each judge will be assigned 5 books to read the first chapter. Based on the evaluations of round one, the judges will each choose their top three stories to continue to round two.

In this round the judges will be looking for:

✨ Setting Establishment, Character Establishment ✨
✨ Plot Establishment, Grammar/Style ✨

This round is worth: TWENTY-FIVE POINTS ✨

⭐️

ROUND TWO: 2 Weeks

Each judge will read the next TWO chapters of the three remaining books. Based on the evaluations of round two, the judges will select their final story to compete in round three.

In this round the judges will be looking for:

💕 Plot Progression, Character Development, Grammar/Style Progression 💕 

The round is worth: TWENTY-FIVE POINTS + the earned points from ROUND ONE

⭐️

ROUND THREE: 2 Weeks

Each judge will present the best book from their group after reading ONE final chapter. This leaves 3 books for each genre to compete in the final round.

In this round judges will be looking for:

✨ Plot Progression, Characters Fully Introduced ✨
✨ Tone Fully Set, Style/Grammar ✨

This round is worth: TWENTY-FIVE POINTS + the earned points from ROUND ONE and TWO.

⭐️

FINAL ROUND: 2 1/2 Weeks

Each judge will read the 5 chapters of the two books they did not judge. ✨

✨ Each judge will then rate the books out of twenty-five final points allowing each book to have been judged on a scale of one to one hundred points.

The novel with the highest score will be presented as the winner of their genre. ✨
