Jim was getting ready. He tried on different suits and went through 5 suits before he found the suit he thought was right and went to her office when it was time. He knocked on the door, adjusted the cuff links on his suit, and adjusted his tie. He begins to shake waiting and she opens the door and sees him at the door dressed up. She saw flowers and he smiled and said, "I didn't know what or if you liked flowers so I just grabbed what I thought you thought would think was cute." 

Claire smiles and says "Thank you, I-I... I don't know what to say." Jim smiles and says "Me either. All I know is, is that I want to give us a shot." Claire smiles and says "Me too." Jim smiles and then begins to think of Mia and says "I think she would be proud that I'm trying to move on." Claire smiles and says "I think she'd be more than proud, Jim. I'd think she'd be over the moon that you're trying." Jim smiles like an idiot and says "Shall we get going?" Claire smiles and says "Yeah, let's go." she hooks her arm on Jim's and they leave

At a Restaurant with Jim and Claire

Jim and Claire walked in and the waiter comes up and says "Welcome. Do you have a reservation?" Jim says "Table for 2 and the name is Wright." The waiter says "We've been waiting Mr. Wright. Right this way." They were brought to the table and they sat down the waiter got them their drinks and they were laughing, having fun, Jim started to feel like he's with the person who he's meant to be with. Claire says to pull Jim back into reality "Hey? You okay?" Jim smiles and says "Sorry. Was I staring off into space?"

Claire smiled and says "Yeah. You okay?" Jim smiles and says "Yeah. And for the first time I do feel okay. Like I'm where am supposed to be. With you." Claire blushed and looked down and smiled. Jim lifted her head up and says "You don't have to hide blushing from me. 'Cause you're perfect just the way you are." Claire smiled like an idiot. They finished their food and Jim had brought her home and says "I had a really great time with you tonight. Would you like to go out again at another time?" Claire smiles and says "Yeah, I would love that."

Jim looked into her eyes and says "Do you think we reach the goodnight kiss stage?" Claire smiled and says "Here." She grabbed his hands and put them on her face. He cupped her cheeks with both hands and they both lean into a passionate kiss. Claire wrapped her arms around his neck as he wrapped his arms around her waist. She felt butterflies in her stomach and when they pulled apart Jim looked into her eyes felt like their were fireworks going off in her eyes. Like she was the one. Then again he felt like Mia was the one. But he lost her. Now he's moving on like Mia wanted and he wants her in his life every hour every minute.

Claire was happy for the first time in her life. She found a guy that liked her for her. Jim kisses her forehead and says "Goodnight. I'll see you for therapy." Claire smiled and says "Yeah. And for our second date." Jim smiles and says "That too." Claire walked to her door and Jim was walking back to the car smiling. He felt like the date was a success. He felt empowered. He slid on the car hood and jumps in through the window of the car. Claire laughed and yelled "Goodnight!" Jim yells "Goodnight, Love!" Jim waves and she waves back and goes into the house. Jim says "That was so perfect. She's perfect." Then he starts the car and drives off.

A couple of weeks later at Claire's Office

Jim had an appointment with Claire and she was excited to say the least. She was happy to see Jim. He put her smile back on her face. Jim knocked on the door. She walked over and opened the door and says "Hello." Jim says "Hi. Good to see you. Still look as beautiful as ever." Claire blushed furiously at his comment she didn't look away as she remember what he said at their date 'You don't have to hide blushing from me. 'Cause you're perfect just the way you are.' Jim smiled at her and says "At least you remembered what I said about looking down." Claire was smiling and says "I'm only doing that cause you're here."

Jim smiled and says "I guess we should get this sessions started right?" Claire says "Yes. Let's." They sat down and Claire asked "So how was your date with this girl you're seeing?" Jim smiled knowing she's pretending that she doesn't know. Jim says "It went great. She's perfect. And I'm glad that I found a way to move on with her." Claire smiled "Where's you're guys relationship going?" Jim says "Don't know. But we're going on another date. But I feel she's the one." Claire was happy to hear that. Jim says "I bet you're relieved to hear that." Claire says "How do you know how I feel?" Jim says "The eyes. They never lie, love. You're happy, excited, relieved, and smiling more." She says "You make me smile."

He smiles "Good. Cause you make me smile too." They smiled at each other and when they got closer they kissed. She felt something in the pit of her stomach like something was squeezing her. Jim felt his heart melt for her. They pulled away and laid their foreheads together. Jim says "Thank you, Claire." She says "For what?" He says "For making me smile again." She smiles and says "I'm happy I could help." He cups her cheek and kisses her. She felt safe under his grasp like she was melting under his grasp.
